[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the invention according to claim 1 is to form a groove cover (1) having a rectangular shape in a plan view and a frame frame that fits in the groove of the side groove, and trap dust in the frame frame. And a shaft portion protruding outward and horizontally on both upper sides of the frame frame receives the groove cover portion or the groove cover portion on the back side of the groove cover and close to the end plate. A dust removing screen (2) pivotally supported by a supporting raising member, the screen being suspended in the side groove to partition the inside of the side groove and catching dust in flowing water flowing in the side groove. On the other hand, there is provided a grooved lid with a dust removing screen, wherein the grooved part is rotatable around the shaft portion and is locked on the back side of the grooved lid so as to be stored. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a grooved lid with a dust removing screen according to the first aspect, wherein the grooved lid is divided into two parts with a hinge member interposed therebetween, and is placed on the raising member. A shaft portion of the screen is pivotally supported on a raising member located on one side of the rotatable groove cover.
[0007]
As in the invention of claim 1, the shaft portion of the frame frame of the screen is pivotally supported by a groove cover portion or a raising member supporting the groove cover on the back side of the groove cover, and the screen is suspended in the side groove to form the screen groove. When the inside of the groove is partitioned so that dust in the running water flowing in the side groove can be captured, the side groove can be properly covered with the groove cover without being disturbed by the screen. Since the shaft portion of the screen is pivotally supported by the groove cover portion or the raising member that supports the groove cover, there is no risk of losing the screen due to maintenance or the like, and management becomes easy. Further, when the screen rotates about the shaft portion and is locked on the back side of the groove cover so that the screen can be stored, the screen can be easily stored and stored when the screen is unnecessary.

The groove cover is rotatable about the axis of the hinge member. When the shaft portion of the screen is pivotally supported by the located raising member portion, one part of the groove cover can be opened and closed by hand, and when the one part is opened, the screen appears, thereby facilitating dust removal work. Even when the date and time have passed while the screen is covered with the groove lid, the hinge member is visible from the outside, so that the operator can easily find the screen, and the dust collection work captured by the screen proceeds smoothly.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the groove cover with a screen for removing dust (hereinafter, referred to as “screen groove cover”) of the present invention will be described in detail. FIGS. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of a grooved lid with a screen according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is an explanatory perspective view in which it is laid immediately before a collecting box, FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view of the grooved lid with a screen viewed from above, 3 and 4 are perspective views in which the groove cover of FIG. 2 is opened and the screen is suspended, FIG. 5 is a view taken along the line AA of FIG. 4, and FIG. FIG. 7 is a plan view in which the screen is slightly lifted and shifted laterally as shown by the white arrow in FIG.
[0009]
The grooved lid with a screen includes a grooved lid 1, a screen 2 and a raising member 3.
The groove cover 1 is a grating groove cover having a disk-shaped rectangular parallelepiped shape (rectangular shape in plan view). The main member 11 composed of a large number of metal strips and a metal connecting member 12 orthogonal to this are formed into a lattice. Then, the side plates 13 are brought into contact with and fixed to both end surfaces of the main members 11. The slit 10 is formed by forming the assembled lattice. Specifically, after the gap width between the main members 11 is arranged in parallel at a predetermined pitch with the band width direction of the main members 11 up and down, a plurality of connecting members 12 are cross-arranged on these main members 11, The grating-shaped grating groove lid 1 is formed by pressing. The connecting member 12 is formed of a twisted bar obtained by twisting a metal bar, commonly called a crossbar.
[0010]
The groove cover 1 here is divided into two parts. Mizofuta 1 of the two-divided parts are connected by interposing the hinge member 1c, it becomes rotatable about the axis 1c first hinge member 1c.
Reference numeral 18 denotes an attachment plate that covers a part of the slit 10 and is fixed to the groove cover 1. The handle 16 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-115439) disclosed by the present applicant is attached to the mounting plate 18. A vertical shaft portion extends downward from the handle 16 in a T-shape, and a small hole provided in the mounting plate 18 is loosely inserted therein. A stopper is provided at the tip of the vertical shaft portion. Reference numeral 17 denotes a holding body made of a press-formed product.
[0011]
The screen 2 includes a metal frame 21, a partition bar 22, and a shaft 23. The screen 2 forms a frame 21 which fits in the cross-sectional groove of the side groove 6 (FIG. 4), and a partition bar 22 capable of catching dust is disposed in the frame 21. Here, the frame 21 is formed by bending a steel bar (or a metal pipe) into a U-shape, is slightly smaller than the cross section of the side groove 6, and fits in the groove 61 of the side groove. To form a substantially rectangular frame. Partition rods 22 capable of catching dust are vertically arranged at appropriate intervals in the frame 21. The upper ends of both ends of the U-shaped frame 21 are bent outward on both sides and extend horizontally to form a shaft 23. The shaft portion 23 is pivotally supported (rotatably supported) on the back side of the groove cover 1 and on a groove cover portion near the end plate 14 or on a raising member 3 for supporting the groove cover 1. In the present embodiment, the two shaft portions 23 are inserted into the through holes 321 provided in the raising member 3, and the screen 2 is supported so as to be rotatable about the shaft portion 23. The width of the screen 2 is slightly smaller than the inner width of the raising member 3, so that the shaft portion 23 is lengthened and the longer shaft portion 23 is inserted into the through hole 321. If the depth at which the shaft portion 23 is inserted into the through hole 321 is manually adjusted, the screen 2 moves in the groove width direction from FIG. 6 to FIG.
[0012]
The raising member 3 raises the height of the groove cover 1 without directly placing the groove cover 1 in the side groove 6, and here is formed of a hollow square base. The raising member 3 is placed on the step 63 of the side groove 6 provided with the flowing water groove 61, and the groove cover 1 is placed on the raising member. The groove cover 1 divided into two parts via the hinge member 1c is placed on the raising member 3, and the one-piece product 1a is rotatable around the shaft portion 23 of the hinge member 1c. The shaft portion 23 of the screen 2 is pivotally supported by the raising member located at the position (2). In the present embodiment, the groove lid 1 and the raising member 3 are integrated with the groove lid 1 in addition to the groove lid 1 in a fixed manner on the raising member 3, but the groove lid 1 can be detached from the raising member 3. You may.
[0013]
The raising members 3 are arranged in parallel on both sides of the lower surface of the groove cover. Reference numeral 4 denotes a horizontal member connecting the opposed inner walls 32 of the raising members 3 to each other. Here, an L-shaped steel is used. The horizontal member 4 has an inverted L shape in cross section, and the upper surface 41 is fitted to the upper surface 31 of the raising member 3, while the vertical surface 42 is installed near the through hole 321. If it descends, it comes into contact with it. The horizontal member 4 prevents the screen 2 suspended from the downstream side in the gutter 6 from sometimes flowing downward by flowing water.
The horizontal member 4 abuts and locks on the screen 2 so that the screen 2 can more reliably partition the inside of the groove and catch dust in the flowing water flowing through the side groove 6 even when the flow of the flowing water is tight. It has become.
[0014]
The raising member 3 is provided with a projecting piece 34 for accommodating and storing the screen 2 on the opposite wall surface side (FIG. 6). The protruding piece 34 has an L-shaped piece in an L-shape when viewed from the side, and a lower portion thereof is fixed to the opposing wall surface 32 of the raising member 3 by welding. When dust is not required to be removed by the screen 2, the shaft 23 is rotated from the suspended state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 around the shaft portion 23 and lifted up to a position substantially horizontal with the back surface of the groove cover 1 (FIG. 6). While lifting the lower portion of the screen 2, the shaft 23 is displaced downward and to the left as indicated by the white arrow in FIG. Thus, the screen 2 can be stored by being locked to the upwardly-facing portion 341 of the projecting piece 34.
[0015]
Such a grooved lid with a screen is disposed, for example, immediately before the collecting cell 7 as shown in FIG. 1 and is used to remove dust contained in flowing water flowing into the collecting cell 7 immediately before the collecting cell. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 8 denotes a concrete lid, reference numeral 9 denotes a road surface, and reference numeral 61 denotes a groove bottom of the side groove 6.
The screen 2 is suspended in the groove to partition the inside of the side groove 6, and captures dust in flowing water flowing in the side groove 6. Since the axis first divided parts 1a side groove lid 1 when caused to rotate a has a lid halves of 1c 1 groove lid 1 around the hinge member 1c is opened O, captured dust this opening O It can be easily taken out by using.
[0016]
In this embodiment, the grating groove cover 1 is used as the groove cover 1, but the groove cover 1 may be a rectangular shape in plan view made of a steel plate such as a striped steel plate. In this case, the edge (short side) of the groove cover 1 having a rectangular shape in a plan view is regarded as the end plate 14. Although not shown, a through hole is provided in the groove cover 1 near the end plate 14 (the main member 11 at the end) of the groove cover 1, and the shaft 23 of the screen 2 is inserted into the through hole, and the screen is inserted. 2 may be supported (rotatably supported) by the shaft portion 23. In such a case, for example, the main member 11 of the groove cover 1 is slightly cut off to provide a through hole in the side plate 13 of that portion, or the side plate 13 is slightly extended downward, and a through hole is provided here. . The screen 2 may be provided with a mesh material instead of the partition bar 22, or both the partition bar 22 and the mesh material may be provided in the frame 21 as needed.
[0017]
The grooved lid with a screen configured as described above can cleanly cover the side groove 6 without being disturbed by the screen 2. Therefore, the appearance of laying the groove cover 1 in the side groove 6 is good and the appearance is improved. When the screen 2 hangs from the raising member 3 in the side groove 6 and partitions the inside of the groove as shown in FIG. 1, dust in flowing water flowing in the side groove 6 can be captured by the screen 2. Even if the side groove 6 is covered with the groove cover 1, the screen 2 is installed at the place where the hinge member 1c is present, so that even if the date and time pass, the operator can easily specify the place.
If dust accumulates on the screen 2, if the lid is opened by rotating one side of the groove lid 1 on the hinge member 1c as a fulcrum, the screen 2 appears there, so that dust can be easily removed. , Can be cleaned.
Since the screen 2 is pivotally supported by the portion of the groove cover 1 on the back side of the groove cover 1 and near the end plate 14 or the portion of the raising member 3 for supporting the groove cover 1, the screen 2 is not lost due to maintenance or the like. In addition, when the screen 2 is not needed, if the screen 2 is locked to the protruding piece 34, the screen 2 can be stored and kept in an unobstructed space on the back side of the groove cover 1, which is extremely convenient.
[0018]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to those shown in the above embodiments, but can be variously changed within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. The shape, size, number, material, and the like of the groove cover 1, the screen 2, the raising member 3, the horizontal member 4, the side groove 6, and the like can be appropriately selected according to the application.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the gutter with the screen for dust removal of the present invention can cleanly cover the gutter with the gutter without being obstructed by the screen, and there is no risk of losing the screen for maintenance or the like. It has many excellent effects such as storing and storing the screen when it is not needed.
