Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner that can switch from a normal refrigeration cycle to a hot gas heater cycle in order to supplement the heating capacity of a heating heat exchanger of a hot water heating device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a vehicle air conditioner, a hot water heating device (main heating) that introduces cooling water of an engine into a hot water heater in an air conditioning duct and heats air flowing in the air conditioning duct by the hot water heater to perform heating. Device) is common. In this type of hot water type heating device, when the outside air temperature is low and the cooling water temperature is low, when the engine is started to drive the hot water type heating device, there is a disadvantage that the startup of the hot water type heating device is slow and the heating capacity is insufficient. .
[0003]
In order to solve this inconvenience, there is a refrigeration cycle device provided with a hot gas heater cycle (auxiliary heating device) to assist the heating capacity of a hot water heating device in addition to a normal refrigeration cycle (for example, see Patent Document 1). . According to this, when the heating capacity of the hot water heater of the hot water heating device is insufficient during the heating operation, the flow of the refrigerant is switched to the hot gas heater cycle by the switching valve, and the high temperature and high pressure discharged by driving the refrigerant compressor are discharged. The gas refrigerant (hot gas) is introduced into the indoor heat exchanger acting as a refrigerant evaporator through the decompression device, and the indoor heat exchanger heats the air flowing in the air conditioning duct to supplement the heating capacity of the hot water heating device. I have. In this case, it is better to switch to the hot gas heater cycle when the water temperature of the hot water heater is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature and set the maximum temperature, and to introduce the gas refrigerant from the refrigerant compressor from the decompression device to the indoor heat exchanger acting as a refrigerant evaporator. Have been.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Normally, an air mix door is provided in the air conditioning duct of the vehicle air conditioner so that an air mix door can be opened and closed with respect to a hot water heater downstream of the air in the indoor heat exchanger. This is performed by changing the mixing ratio of the amount of air passing through the hot water heater and the amount of air bypassing the hot water heater by opening and closing the door.
To switch to the hot gas heater cycle, a mechanical switching adjustment mechanism in which an air mixing door is connected to an
[0006]
For this reason, even when the outside air temperature is low when the engine is started or the vehicle is running, switching to the hot gas heater cycle is not performed unless the opening of the air mix door is maximized. And the comfort in the passenger compartment may be reduced.
In addition, in order to switch to the hot gas heater cycle when the opening degree of the air mix door is not less than the maximum value and is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, it is necessary to provide a plurality of proximity switches and the like on the rotation path of the
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is that when the outside air temperature is low, even if the degree of opening of the air mixing door is not the maximum, the heating capacity can be increased by a hot gas heater cycle at a predetermined value or more in terms of cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle air conditioner that can ensure necessary heating performance by supplementing the above, promptly start heating, and can also eliminate insufficient heating and always maintain good comfort in the vehicle interior.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature detecting unit is equal to or lower than a predetermined value, the air conditioning control unit controls the cycle switching unit to switch to the hot gas heater cycle. That is, when the outside air temperature becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined value, for example, even if the opening degree of the air mixing door is not the maximum, the cycle switching means is controlled to switch to the hot gas heater cycle, and the gas refrigerant flows into the indoor heat exchanger and the hot gas heater Cycle heating is performed. Therefore, even when the outside air temperature is low, the heating can be quickly started up, and the insufficient heating can be eliminated to always maintain good comfort in the vehicle compartment.
[0009]
In the invention according to
[0010]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the air conditioning control means includes a correction operation means for correcting a predetermined value of the target opening of the air mix door in accordance with the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature detection means.
[0011]
