【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention places or arranges in a space such as a building or a facility to beautify the space and to adsorb and decompose and remove volatile organic compounds, harmful gases or odorous gases that diffuse and stay in the space. The present invention relates to an art flower capable of purifying the interior of the space by eliminating odor and controlling humidity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In Japan, with the expansion of industry, in addition to the emission of large amounts of soot and sewage and the dumping of enormous amounts of industrial waste, extreme pollution has already spread to air, water, and soil.
Furthermore, in the present situation, huge amounts of exhaust gas are continuously being emitted due to the automobile society, and due to the progress of the chemical industry accompanying the expansion of the industry, not only consumer goods but also durable consumer goods, building materials, furniture, clothing and clothing are synthesized. Chemicals and chemical agents have been heavily used.
[0003]
On the other hand, in recent years, in addition to the improvement of construction technology accuracy, the use of construction hardware and new building materials has significantly improved the hermeticity of buildings and facilities. Adhesives during construction, and volatile organic compounds that volatilize from synthetic chemicals and chemicals used in furniture and the like, volatilize and stay in the buildings and facility spaces, and this causes numerous diseases. The cause of the so-called sick house syndrome has been elucidated, and the increased airtightness makes it easier for the buildings and facilities to smell odors peculiar to business and handling products. This is particularly noticeable in stores, especially in residential buildings, where the smell of pets is mixed with the odor of living, resulting in an unpleasant odor. hand That.
[0004]
In addition, the increase in airtightness makes the building and facility space warm throughout the year and impedes ventilation, resulting in frequent dew condensation, increasing the growth of molds and bacteria, and the gathering of sanitary pests such as mites. At present, the space of current buildings and facilities is extremely dangerous, unpleasant and unsanitary, such that these carcasses become allergens and induce atopic dermatitis and pediatric asthma.
[0005]
Although it has been proposed to frequently exchange with the outside air as one of the measures for solving such a problem, the outside air itself has already been extremely contaminated in urban areas. Not only is circulation required, but maintenance costs are high as well as enormous equipment costs, so they are limited to large buildings and facilities or some luxury hotels and shops. Therefore, in small-scale buildings and facilities, sterilization and deodorization means by ozone release or air purifiers by negative ions have been attempted in recent years. As long as it is not diffused at the required concentration as a whole, it is ineffective, and ozone has a high danger with a peculiar odor, and a high concentration that can realize air purification even with negative ions has not been developed. These means have not been widely used in terms of function and effect.
[0006]
In recent years, however, in cases where the main components remaining are silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, such as industrial waste such as casting waste sand and sand and mud or coal ash in sharpening work, a large amount of alkali pretreatment and high-temperature and high-pressure treatment are required. It is possible to produce artificial zeolites with various performances that have a large amount of fine pores and also have strong cation exchange ability or anion exchange ability and catalytic activity, and also maintain a large amount of moisture absorption and desorption, so-called humidity control. In view of this fact, the inventor of the present invention conceived of purifying the environment by positively and efficiently exhibiting the performance of the artificial zeolite while at the same time beautifying the interior of the building or the facility space, and thus came to the present invention.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide an art flower having an environment purifying function that can be freely placed or arranged in a building or facility space and that can be beautifully decorated in the space and create a safe, comfortable and hygienic space.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means used by the present invention to solve the above-described problem is to actively absorb volatile organic compounds and harmful gases or odorous gases that are volatile and stay in buildings and facility spaces, or to absorb moisture. It is preferable to use an artificial zeolite powder having an average particle size of 60 μm or less as the artificial zeolite powder to be used. Is at least 120 m 2 / g, and furthermore, the volatile organic compound and the harmful gas or the odor gas which are adsorbed are decomposed and eliminated or the odor is eliminated, and the adsorption saturation is removed to maintain the adsorbability for a long time. When its base substitution capacity (meq / 100 g) is 200 mg or more, it is substituted by calcium ions, iron ions, or magnesium ions. Selected artificial zeolite powder is used.
[0009]
In order to make the selected artificial zeolite powder exhibit the adsorptive property and the hygroscopic property in the art flower, the basis weight of the coarse woven or knitted fabric or the nonwoven fabric should be at least 20 g / m 2 or more. The coating film is appropriately colored and formed with continuous cells so as to allow ventilation and moisture permeation during coating, and is coated so that the porosity after coating is maintained at least 30% or more. Once the purification substrate is formed.
[0010]
The purification substrate thus obtained is cut into a petal shape having an appropriate shape and size, and cut into a petal member and a leaf-shaped shape having an appropriate shape and size to form a leaf-shaped member. The flower is formed by laminating or connecting and developing a suitable number of them, or deforming and bending one of them.
[0011]
An art having an environmental purification function in which a flower body and a leaf-shaped member are tied or fixed to a stem member or a vine member made of an appropriate material with a fastening material such as a thread, a wire, or an adhesive tape or an adhesive. It depends on the composition of the flower.
Furthermore, since the present invention also requires a vivid color impression in order to enhance the aesthetics, the entire outer surface of the petal member or the leaf-shaped member is appropriately colored and wrapped with a breathable fabric. A cleaning substrate forming a petal member or a leaf-shaped member is formed using a base fabric made of coarse woven or knitted fabric, and a plurality of petal members formed of the cleaning substrate and colored in different colors are laminated appropriately. By forming a flower body in such a manner, the present invention has a configuration in which an aesthetic appearance in which various colors are mixed is created.
[0012]
In addition, a configuration in which a plurality of florets are tied or fixed to an appropriate stem member, or a plurality of florets or leaf-shaped members, or a floristic and leaf member is tied or fixed to a vine member. And a configuration in which art flowers formed of various types of flower bodies and leaf-shaped members are integrally arranged.
[0013]
[Action]
Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following operations. That is, an artificial zeolite powder having an average particle size of 60 μm or less, a specific surface area of 120 m 2 / g or more, and a base substitution capacity (meq / 100 g) of 200 mg or more is added to a relatively coarse woven fabric, knitted fabric or nonwoven fabric. The coating is formed by applying an appropriate color tone at a weight ratio of 20 g / m 2 or more in terms of the basis weight and applying the coating, and the coating forming film is formed of open cells, and the artificial zeolite powder is also applied. Since the purifying base material has a porosity of 30% or more, an art flower formed after forming a petal member or a leaf-shaped member with the purifying base material is placed or arranged in a building or facility space. In addition, harmful gases and odorous gases, including volatile organic compounds that diffuse and stay in the building or facility space, can easily come into contact with the purification base material forming the art flower and can flow.
[0014]
An artificial zeolite powder having an extremely large contact surface area ratio and an extremely large specific surface area is formed on the purification substrate by a coating film having an open-cell structure, and the basis weight of the artificial zeolite powder is 20 g / m 2 or more. Since it is applied in a weight ratio, it has an enormous adsorption capacity, and a large amount of a volatile organic compound, a harmful gas or an odorous gas which adheres and flows is positively and strongly adsorbed.
In addition, this artificial zeolite powder retains calcium ions, iron ions, or magnesium ions having a high degree of substitution, and has a large base substitution capacity. Volatile organic compounds, harmful gases or odorous gases are decomposed and eliminated to make them harmless or deodorant, and adsorption saturation is also prevented, so that the adsorbability is maintained for a long time.
[0015]
Furthermore, the artificial zeolite powder coated on the purification substrate has an extremely large contact surface area ratio and also has a huge moisture absorption capacity due to its large specific surface area and relatively large amount of coating, so that it can be used for buildings and When the facility space is in a humid state, moisture is positively absorbed, and the moisture in the building and the facility space is kept substantially constant because the moisture is released with drying. An art flower is formed on the outer surface of the petal member or the leaf-shaped member, which is covered with an appropriately colored and air-permeable cloth and forms an art flower, whereby a clear and colorful feeling is remarkably exhibited, Alternatively, a coarse woven or knitted fabric is used as a purification base material for forming a petal member or a leaf-shaped member, and the petals are formed by laminating a suitable number of each of the multicolored petal members to form a flower body. The color tone of the members is transmissively mixed to create a fantastic aesthetic.
[0016]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a base cloth 1 used in the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of a purification base material 2. FIG. Adsorption and decomposition or adsorption and deodorization of volatile organic compounds and harmful or odorous gases that are placed or placed in a space and volatilized and stay in the space together with the beauty of the building or facility space, and absorb and dry in humid conditions This is realized by using the art flower 8 in order to provide a safe, comfortable and sanitary space for the purpose of controlling the so-called humidity at the time of moisture release.
[0017]
For this purpose, it is advisable to use a cloth-like purification base material 2 in consideration of the processability of the art flower 8, and the purification base material 2 is a volatile organic compound that volatilizes and stays in a building or facility space. And volatile organic compounds, harmful gases or odorous gases or moisture in order to positively and efficiently adsorb and decompose harmful gases and odorous gases, absorb and deodorize odorous gases, and absorb and release moisture. It is important to be able to do so.
[0018]
Therefore, in forming the purification substrate 2, a woven fabric 1A made of a relatively coarse plain woven fabric or a twill woven fabric, a knitted fabric 1B such as a tricot knitted fabric, a Miranys knitted fabric, or a Russell knitted fabric belonging to a warp knit, or a nonwoven fabric 1C or the like Is used.
In this case, since the artificial zeolite powder 3 is applied to the base cloth 1, it is desirable that the base cloth 1 be made of a material having excellent adhesiveness. As the synthetic fiber material, a polyvinyl alcohol-based, polyamide-based, polyester-based, or acrylic-based material is desired.
[0019]
Using the coating material, the artificial zeolite powder 3 has a weight ratio of at least 20 g / m 2 or more in the basis cloth 1 and the coating forming film 2A has an open cell structure. Also, the purification substrate 2 is formed by being colored and applied with an appropriate color tone so that the porosity in the state of being coated with the coating forming film 2A is maintained at 30% or more. The artificial zeolite powder 3 applied to the purification base material 2 actively absorbs volatile organic compounds that diffuse and accumulate in buildings and facility spaces, as well as harmful gases, odorous gases, moisture, etc. in contact circulation. From the viewpoint of moisture absorption, it is desired that the particle size is small and the so-called contact surface area ratio is large. Therefore, the average particle size is preferably 60 μm or less. It is preferable that the thickness be 10 to 30 μm because it becomes worse.
[0020]
In addition, the artificial zeolite powder 3 is required to efficiently absorb and absorb volatile organic compounds, harmful gases or odor gases, or moisture, which diffuses and stays in a building or facility space. Since a large surface area is desired, the specific surface area is preferably at least 120 m 2 / g or more, preferably about 180 to 240 m 2 / g.
What is more important is that if only aggressive and efficient adsorption is performed with a large contact surface area ratio and an enormous physical adsorption capacity, the adsorbability will eventually be lost due to adsorption saturation. Fortunately, however, the artificial zeolite powder 3 retains the catalytic action and does not decompose or eliminate volatile organic compounds or harmful gases adsorbed by the strong base-substitution ability accompanying the large base-substitution capacity or eliminate odors due to odorous gas. As a result, the adsorption saturation is eliminated, and the adsorbability for a long period can be maintained.
For this reason, the artificial zeolite powder 3 to be used preferably has a base substitution capacity (meq / 100 g) of at least 200 mg or more, preferably about 240 to 280 mg.
[0021]
As the coating material for coating the artificial zeolite powder 3 on the base cloth 1, the present invention is intended for environmental purification, and therefore, there is a danger of generation of volatile organic compounds due to deterioration and aging due to use over time. It is desired that there is no danger of generating odor, and specific examples of the coating material include a coating material made of an acrylic resin emulsion or an acrylic rubber emulsion.
Means for applying the artificial zeolite powder 3 to the base cloth 1 using such a coating material is a dip coating method, a spray coating method, a roll coating method, or the like to a required amount to be added. The cleaning base material 2 is formed by drying after being put on by a drying process. In such a case, it is essential that the coating film 2A for coating and holding the artificial zeolite powder 3 on the base cloth 1 with a required amount of attached attention is maintained so that air permeability and moisture permeability are maintained by open cells. Need to be formed. For this purpose, a foaming agent for forming open cells is blended. An example of the foaming agent is ammonium stearate.
[0022]
The purification substrate 2 thus formed is to form the petal member 4 by cutting it according to the shape of the petal to be formed as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3A, in the case of a flower in which a large number of petals having different sizes and shapes are stacked, about 3 to 5 types of petal members 4 having different sizes and areas are formed. In the case of a flower whose petals are radially developed like a flower or a gerbera, the flower body 4A is formed using the petals 4 having substantially the same shape and size as shown in FIG. 3B. Of course, in the present invention, since the art flower 8 is formed, the petal member 4 is not limited to the petal member 4 but is deformed as shown in FIG. A method of forming the flower body 4A by bending is also adopted. In such a case, the purification base material 2 is cut by a method of punching and cutting with a cutting die formed in advance in the shape of the petal member 4, or a method of cutting with a heating cutting die.
[0023]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the leaf-shaped member 5 generally has a small leaf near the flower and has a gradually increasing leaf toward the root. ing. Therefore, it is only necessary to create a shape suitable for each kind of flower and to have a size of about 3 to 5 kinds.
In addition, in the case of the leaf-shaped member 5 exhibiting aesthetic appearance, such as an ornamental plant, as shown in FIG. 5, a leaf vein pattern 5A formed on the surface of the leaf-shaped member 5 by a fusing means using a welder or a pressurizing and heating pressing means. The formation of the mottled pattern 5B is desired.
[0024]
Furthermore, although the purifying base material 2 is colored in an appropriate color tone, the petal member 4 and the leaf-shaped member 5 formed from the purifying base material 2 require an art flower 8 for which a clear color feeling is required depending on the purpose of use. The formation has a lack of color.
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to form an art flower 8 by covering the outer surface of the petal member 4 or the leaf-shaped member 5 with a highly colored and air-permeable cloth 20 and forming a flower body 4A. In the proposal, specific examples of the cloth 20 include muslin, cell, organza, and kanakin.
Of course, a woven fabric formed by weaving a synthetic fiber material can also be used, but materials such as acrylic fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and polyamide fiber are preferable from the viewpoint of providing vivid coloring.
[0025]
FIG. 7 shows a method for forming a flower 4A using the petal member 4 thus formed. When forming a flower 4A having a large number of petals, the flower is formed as shown in FIG. 7A. A method has been proposed in which petal members 4 each having a smaller shape are sequentially laminated on the inner side from the outer side of the flower body 4A so as to overlap each other, and the lower end 40A is integrally sewing-stitched 40B, or the petals are connected and developed radially. In the formation of the flower body 4A for the broken flower, the petal member 4 is radially deployed along the outer periphery of the appropriately shaped calyx member 41 attached to the back side of the flower body 4A, and the sewing machine suture 40B or the adhesive bonding is performed. The method of causing it is convenient.
[0026]
FIG. 8 shows an attachment method in the case where the flower 4A or the leaf-shaped member 5 is attached and fixed to the stem member 6 or the vine member 7 to form an art flower 8, and FIG. Of the flower body 4A formed in the shape and the size of the petal member 4 in which the lower end 40A of each petal member 4 is integrally sewn together with the sewing machine 40B, and then threaded or wired. Alternatively, it is made by binding and fixing with a fastening material 42 made of an adhesive tape or the like. Further, FIG. 8B shows the tip of the leaf-shaped member 5 formed in a required shape and size at an appropriate position on the vine member 7. 5C shows a state in which 5C is tied and fixed by a fastening member 42 made of a thread, a wire, or an adhesive tape.
In this case, it is preferable to further screw an adhesive tape on the upper side where the winding is fixed from the viewpoint of aesthetics.
[0027]
The stem member 6 and the vine member 7 are not particularly limited and may be used as long as they are lightweight and strong and can be fixed and tied. Generally, a hard foamed plastic rod is used. In order to form the art flower 8 with the arrangement 80 in order to enhance the properties, the stem member 6 and the vine member 7 are freely deformed or bent, so that the stem member 6 and the vine member 7 are prevented from being broken. It is desirable to use a reinforcing wire screwed from above.
[0028]
FIG. 9 shows a use mode of the art flower 8 to be mounted and used, which is inserted into an appropriate mounting container and mounted and used at an appropriate position in a building or facility space. Shows a use mode in which the arrangement 80 is performed.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the petal member and the leaf-shaped member forming the flower body maintain air permeability of at least 30% or more in porosity, and have an average particle size of 60 μm or less and a specific surface area of 120 m 2. / G or more and a base substitution capacity (meq / 100 g) of 200 mg or more of an artificial zeolite powder substituted with calcium ions, iron ions and magnesium ions with a basis weight ratio of 20 g / m 2 or more, and The deposition film is formed of a purification substrate that is colored and applied in an appropriate color so as to maintain air permeability and moisture permeability by open cells, and furthermore, this petal member is appropriately laminated. Alternatively, the purification base material is formed by connecting and expanding radially, or by deforming and bending one sheet to form a flower body, and binding and fixing it to the stem member or vine member together with the leaf-shaped member, so that the purification substrate is relatively large area Therefore, by placing or arranging them at an appropriate position in a building or a facility space, not only the sense of quality is exhibited together with a sense of quality, and the aesthetic appearance of the building or the facility space is remarkably enhanced, but also the building or the facility space is remarkably enhanced. Actively and efficiently adsorbs volatile organic compounds, harmful gases or odorous gases that evaporate and stays inside. Is maintained and exhibited.
[0030]
In addition, a large amount of moisture is absorbed when it is humid, and moisture is released when it is dry, so it exerts a humidity control effect, suppressing the occurrence of dew condensation and preventing the growth of mold and bacteria and the gathering of sanitary pests. Together with this, buildings and facility spaces are kept safe, comfortable and hygienic.
Further, by forming the outer surface of the petal member or the leaf-shaped member by wrapping a cloth having excellent coloring properties and air permeability, a sharper and more colorful color feeling is strongly created, so that the space of a hotel, a store or the like is created. It is an art flower that has an environmental purification function that has many features, such as a remarkably enhanced appearance.
