Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the stopper simply inserts a ring-shaped elastic member into the tube. Therefore, the position of the stopper is easily shifted during disassembly and cleaning. There is inconvenience that must be done. Since the stopper in the case of Patent Document 2 can be operated from the outside, a child or the like may inadvertently remove the stopper and spill the liquid inside. Further, since the stopper is visible from the outside when the lid is opened, there is a problem that the appearance is impaired. In the case of Patent Document 3, the structure is complicated, and it is difficult to recognize that the lock release button is a stopper, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to disassemble and reassemble at the time of disassembly and cleaning performed by the user.
[0007]
Further, the conventional connection structure between the drinking member and the tube has a structure in which the upper end of the tube is inserted into the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface of the straight portion at the lower end of the drinking member. According to this structure, it is necessary to increase the clamping force of the tube at the insertion portion in order to maintain the certainty of the insertion of the tube and the sealing property. However, when the tightening force of the tube is increased, the detachability of the tube during disassembly and reassembly is disadvantageously deteriorated.
[0008]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a water bottle with a drinking spout which has solved the above-mentioned problems associated with disassembly and reassembly.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides a plug fitted to an opening of a water bottle main body, and has a penetrating portion, and the spout member communicating with the inside of the water bottle main body at the penetrating portion is vertically moved with a constant stroke. The upper end portion of the coil spring, which is inserted as much as possible and fitted on the outer periphery of the spout member, is supported by the spring receiving portion of the spout member, and the lower end portion is supported by the penetrating portion. In the mouthpiece with a spout in which the spout member is pressed down by pressing the spout member against the urging force by a lid attached to the stopper, the spout member reaches the upper limit of its stroke. At that point, a configuration was adopted in which a stopper that hit the bottom surface of the penetrating portion was attached to the lower end of the drinking member.
[0010]
The function of the stopper can be exhibited by a nut screwed to the spout member or a clipper sandwiched by the spout member.
[0011]
By providing the stopper as described above, the stopper is positioned at a predetermined position, cannot be seen from the outside of the stopper, and cannot be removed from the outside.
[0012]
Further, as a connection structure between the mouth member and the tube, a screw portion for screwing the nut to the mouth member and a connection port for inserting an upper end portion of the tube at a lower portion thereof are provided, and the tube inserted into the connection port is provided. A configuration in which a tightening portion to be tightened is provided below the nut can be employed. According to this configuration, the tube itself does not require a tightening force, and the tube can be tightened by the tightening portion provided on the nut instead.
[0013]
Further, as a specific configuration of the connection structure, a large-diameter portion that is slightly larger than the diameter up to the distal end is provided in the middle portion of the outer peripheral surface of the connection port, and a tube fitted to the connection port in the middle portion thereof. The connection surface is provided through a step portion having a smaller diameter than the screw portion at the lower end of the drinking member, or the flange is provided at the upper end. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the upper end of the tube is inserted into the connection port, and the collar is fastened to the step with a fastening portion of a nut.

Is achieved.
[0020]
The coil spring 36 is fitted around the guide portion 38. The inner diameter of the coil spring 36 is naturally larger than the outer diameter of the guide portion 38 including the guide ribs 42, 42, and the coil spring 36 can freely move in the length direction of the guide portion 38. it can.
[0021]
The above-described coil spring 36 is provided with an upward biasing force on the spout member 31 by engaging a lower end portion of the coil spring 36 with the penetrating portion 19 and slides upward, but a nut as a stopper for setting an upper limit of the slide stroke. 44 is screwed into the screw portion 39. The screwing position is set at a position where the spout member 31 hits the bottom surface of the penetrating portion 19 when it reaches the upper limit of the stroke.
[0022]
The upper end of the flexible tube 45 is inserted into the connection port 41. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower end of the tube 45 is bent in contact with the inner wall of the water bottle main body 1, and the lower end reaches the bottom surface. Thereby, the drinking spout member 31 is communicated with the inside of the water bottle main body 1.
[0023]
The lid 46, which is rotatably attached to the hinge receiving portion 12, closes the upper portion of the plug 5 and simultaneously pushes the upper end surface of the spout 35 with the sealing member 47 attached to the inner surface thereof to compress the coil spring 36. The drinking member 31 is pushed down to the lower limit of the sliding stroke while the packing 34 hits the step portion 21. The lock button 24 described above is inserted into the guide portion 25 to lock the lid 46 in the closed state. The lock button 24 is provided with a lock claw 48 at an upper end thereof and is urged outward by a coil spring 50. When the lock button 24 is depressed, the lock claw 48 is engaged with the engaging portion 49 of the lid 46, and locks the lid 46 in the closed state (see the state of the solid line in FIG. 1). When the lock button 24 is further depressed, the lock is released, and the lid 46 is pushed open by the urging force of the coil spring 36 that pushes the spout member 31 upward. Further, the spout member 31 is stopped at the upper limit of the stroke when the nut 44 contacts the bottom surface of the penetrating portion 19 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1).
[0024]
The water bottle with a drinking mouth according to the embodiment is as described above. When disassembling and cleaning the water bottle, the lid 46 is opened, the plug 5 is removed from the shoulder member 4, and the plug 5 is connected to the plug ring 6 and the plug 7. At the same time, the tube 45 and the nut 44 are removed and the spout member 31 is pulled out of the guide recess 18. When reassembling, follow the reverse procedure.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, the nut 44 is used as a stopper, and when the spout member 31 reaches the upper limit of its stroke, the nut 44 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the penetrating portion 19, but instead of the nut 44, A clipper 44 'made of an elastic synthetic resin as shown in (a1) (a2) to (d1) (d2) of FIG. 3 can be used.
[0026]
The clipper 44 'shown in FIGS. 3 (a1) and 3 (a2) has an intermediate portion between a pair of clipper pieces 51, 51 connected and integrated by a connecting portion 52, and an arc-shaped holding portion 53 facing one end thereof. , 53, and finger hooks 54, 54 provided at the other end. The finger hooks 54, 54 are gripped by fingertips to open the holding portions 53, 53, and the drinking member 31 (FIG. 4 (a) ) (See (b))). In this case, the spout member 31 does not require the screw portion 39 as described above. Instead, an engagement groove 40 is provided at the lower end of the guide portion 38. The holding portions 53 are formed in an L-shaped cross section so as to engage with the engagement grooves 40.
[0027]
The clippers 44 'shown in FIGS. 3B1 and 3B2 are provided with finger contact portions 56, 56 at target positions on the outer peripheral surface of the ring portion 55, and from the inside of both ends of one finger contact portion 56 to the other. Arms 57, 57 are provided inside both ends of the portion 56, and arc-shaped holding portions 53, 53 facing the middle portion of each arm 57 are provided. The finger portions 56, 56 are pressed with fingers to elastically deform the ring portion 55 into a flat state, and the holding portions 53, 53 are also changed to a flat state. The fingertips are released from the portions 56, 56 and are forcibly pushed up to the lower end of the guide portion 38. At this time, between the connection port 41 and the engagement groove 40, the connection port 41 side is formed in a tapered shape so that the side of the connection port 41 becomes thin so that the holding portions 53 and 53 can smoothly slide to the engagement groove 40.
[0028]
The clipper 44 'shown in FIGS. 3 (c1) and 3 (c2) is provided with a pair of semi-cylindrical clipper pieces 59, 59 opposed to each other, and connects the intermediate portions thereof with a thin connecting portion 61. An inward holding portion 53, 53 is provided at one end of 59 so as to face each other, and finger hooks 62, 62 are provided at the other end. The finger hooks 62, 62 are pressed down with fingertips to open the holding portions 53, 53, and are inserted from the connection port 41 of the spout member 31 to engage the holding portions 53, 53 with the engagement grooves 40 (see FIG. 4).
[0029]
The clipper 44 'shown in FIGS. 3 (d1) and 3 (d2) is provided with cut-off ends 64, 64 on a cylindrical body 63, and with L-shaped bent portions 65, 65 in the middle of the cut-off ends 64, 64. Thus, the circumferential convex portion 66 and the concave portion 67 are formed complementarily, and the convex portion 66 is provided with outwardly directed finger hooks 68, 68, respectively. When the fingers are hung on both finger hooks 68 and twisted in a direction approaching each other, the diameter of the cylindrical body 63 is expanded. This is inserted from the connection port 41 of the drinking spout member 31, and one end of the cylindrical body 63 is inserted. Is engaged with the engaging groove 40.
[0030]
Each of the above-mentioned clippers 44 'hits the bottom surface of the penetrating portion 19 at the upper limit of the stroke when the mouth member 31 rises, similarly to the nut 44, and stops the rise of the mouth member 31.
[0031]
Next, a modified example of the nut 44a, which is a modification of the nut 44, and a connection structure between the drinking spout member 31 and the tube 45 will be described with reference to FIGS. In this case, the nut 44a serves as a stopper portion 71 whose outer peripheral surface at the upper end swells and whose upper end surface is enlarged in diameter. In addition, an inward flange portion 72 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion, and is like a union nut. This nut 44a is common to both FIG. 5 and FIG. The reason why the diameter of the upper end surface of the stopper portion 71 is increased is mainly for reinforcement.
[0032]
The tap member 31 in the case of FIG. 5 is provided with a screw portion 39 and a connection port 41 similar to those described above at the lower end. A minute rib 74 is formed all around the middle of the connection port 41, a slight taper is provided from the rib 74 to the tip, and a step 73 at the upper end from the rib 74 (a small diameter is formed on the connection port 41 side). It is straight until it reaches the stepped part. The rib 74 corresponds to a large-diameter portion formed in the middle portion of the outer peripheral surface of the connection port 41 with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter up to the distal end thereof in the claims.
In addition, instead of providing the rib 74 in the connection port 41, as shown in FIG. 5C, the entire connection port 41 may be formed in a tapered shape in which the distal end side becomes thinner. In this case, the portion having a diameter difference in the middle portion corresponds to the large diameter portion in the middle portion in the claims. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4D, a tapered portion may be formed from the intermediate portion of the connection port 41 to the front end and a straight portion may be formed from the rear end. In this case, the middle portion of the tapered portion or the boundary portion between the tapered portion and the straight portion similarly corresponds to the large diameter portion of the middle portion.
[0033]
When the upper end of the tube 45 is inserted into the connection port 41 and pressed against the stepped portion 73, the tube 45 receives some resistance at the rib 74 and is prevented from slipping out. Then, when the nut 44a is inserted into the tube 45 and screwed into the screw portion 39, the inner peripheral surface of the inward flange portion 72 tightens the tube 45 on the outer periphery of the rib 74 (see FIG. 5B). If the inward flange portion 72 of the nut 44a does not reach the rib 74, the nut is insufficiently tightened, and if it exceeds the rib 74, the nut is overtightened, so that the nut 44a stops just when the nut 44a reaches the rib 74. The upper end of 44 a is regulated by the lower end of the guide rib 42.
[0034]
In the case of the drinking spout member 31 in the case of FIG. 7, the step portion 73 between the screw portion 39 and the connection port 41 is formed larger than in the case described above. Although the connection port 41 is illustrated as being straight over the entire length, the connection port 41 may be tapered on the distal end side as described above. A flange portion 75 protruding outward is provided at the upper end of the tube 45. When the nut 44a is screwed into the screw portion 39 in a state where the upper end of the tube 45 is inserted into the connection port 41 and the flange portion 75 is in contact with the step portion 73, the flange portion 75 of the tube 45 is connected to the step portion 73 and the nut 44a. It is clamped between the inward flange portions 72 (see FIG. 7B). Also in this case, by regulating the upper end of the nut 44a with the lower end of the guide rib 42, it is possible to prevent the tightening amount of the nut 44a from becoming excessive or insufficient.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the stopper for stopping the rise of the spout member at the upper limit of the stroke is attached to the lower end of the spout member inserted into the through portion of the stopper, so that the mounting position of the stopper is It is constant and can be easily installed in the correct position even when the user reassembles it. Further, since the stopper is provided inside the stopper, it does not affect the external shape of the water bottle. Furthermore, since it cannot be operated from the outside, it is possible to prevent the stopper from being accidentally removed.
[0036]
Further, by providing a connection portion provided with a screw portion for screwing the nut to the spout member and a lower portion thereof, and a fastening portion provided on the nut for tightening a tube inserted into the connection portion, The nut has the above-mentioned stopper function, and there is the convenience that the tube can be attached and detached only by operating the nut. In addition, the tightness of the nut ensures the sealing property of the tube, and at the same time, the looseness of the nut is prevented by the elasticity of the tube due to the tightening.
