when the covering element covers the body, part of the outer diameter of the plug part is sleeved in the inner diameter of the opening of the sucker part in a sealing mode, and the outer diameter of the plunger is sleeved in the inner diameter of the cylindrical leakage-stopping piece in a sealing mode.
