Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cushion member for a grounding portion, which is mainly attached to a grounding portion of furniture having legs such as a chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A cushion member for a ground contact portion of furniture is widely used for legs of a chair and also for a table. The cushioning member for the grounding portion is required to have a function of preventing the floor surface from being damaged by the grounding surface when the furniture is moved in the room. The form is simply that the felt is attached to the grounding surface of the leg with an adhesive tape, or JP-A-11-286361 uses a sheet of fiber for the cushioning member for the grounding portion, and the adhesive itself is coated with an adhesive tape. It describes a technique for mounting on the grounding part of the leg. In addition, the leg protection cap using rubber or synthetic resin as the material has a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and has a shape that is reduced in diameter from the bottom to the opening. , In close contact.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of using the conventional cushioning member for the grounding portion, the cushioning member between the grounding portion surface of the furniture and the floor surface was no problem in quality, and it was possible to avoid damaging the floor surface. There was a problem to be solved.
First, among furniture, especially when limited to chairs, the floor surface is frequently dragged every day, so that the fiber sheet and felt as the cushion member are worn out so strongly that they have to be replaced with new ones. The adhesive tape for fixing the chair to the grounding surface of the chair leg weakens the adhesive force due to friction, and the cushioning member for the grounding portion peels off in a short period of time, and only the adhesive sticks to the grounding surface of the chair leg. If you drag the chair without noticing it, the adhesive will move to the floor surface side and stick, so it is troublesome to remove it cleanly and replace it with a new cushion member There was a problem that it took time and was not easy. In order to solve the problem, there is also a method in which the grounding part cushion member is driven into the grounding part surface of the leg with a nail or nail and fixed, but the work to remove it also requires tools and strength, and it must be replaced several times. During the operation, the nail hole on the ground contact surface of the leg spreads and became painful, and there was a problem that the tip of the leg was damaged and it could not be worn for a long time.
Second, leg protection caps are simple and easy to handle, but recently there are many modern chairs and tables with a lot of interiors, and when they are fitted with leg protection caps at the ends of their legs, they look very ugly in appearance. Also, for the product manufacturer, the leg protection cap type has to produce many types of leg tip types according to the size and shape of the leg parts of the chair etc. to be mounted, so the production efficiency is poor. There was a problem to say.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and has as its object to provide a cushioning member for a grounding portion in which a method of fixing a cushioning member to a grounding portion of furniture is improved.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventions realized by the embodiments described in the following sections have the following configurations.
<Configuration 1>
A concave plate, a cushion material fixed to a lower side of the concave plate, a convex plate removably fitted into a concave portion provided on an upper surface of the concave plate, and a screw formed in the convex plate through the screw hole of the convex plate. A screw for fixing a board to a ground portion of a leg of a chair, and a cushion member for a ground portion of furniture.
[0006]
The cushion material fixed to the lower side of the concave plate is a material that does not damage the floor, such as felt or rubber. The concave plate has a concave portion on the upper surface for detachably fitting the convex plate. The convex plate is fixed to the ground portion of the chair leg by screws. When the cushion material is worn, the convex plate and the concave plate are separated, and the concave plate is replaced together with the cushion material.
[0007]

Where you are.
[0009]
In the material of the cushion member for the grounding portion of the furniture according to the present invention, the convex plate 2 is made of a hard plastic or metal to secure the strength of the main body of the convex plate 2 when tightened with wood screws. Is also possible. The concave plate 2 can be made of a soft plastic material such as a vinyl resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polystyrene in order to facilitate attachment and detachment.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
In this manner, the cushion member for the grounding portion of the furniture of the present invention prevents the generation of sound or vibration sound caused by friction or impact between the grounding portion of the furniture and the floor surface when moving the furniture, The grounding section is slippery, facilitating the movement of furniture without damaging floor surfaces such as flooring, tatami mats and carpets. Also, since the felt part with severe wear can be fixed without using adhesive, double-sided adhesive tape, etc., the unpleasant and troublesome peeling work of the adhesive stuck to the ground surface and the floor surface is eliminated, and when the felt is worn Now you can easily replace it with new felt, semi-permanently and without soiling anywhere. In addition, it is economical because only the concave plate 1 integral with the felt is necessary at the time of replacement, and if it is smaller than the ground contact area of the furniture legs, it is difficult to see from the exterior and the interior of modern chairs and tables is not impaired .
