【従来の技術】
家具の接地部用クッション部材は椅子の脚に使用されるほか、テーブルなどにも広く使用されている。この接地部用クッション部材には、家具を部屋の中で移動する際にその接地部面で床表面を傷つけないようにする等の機能が要求される。その形態は単純にフエルトを粘着テープで脚の接地部面に装着するものや、特開平第１１−２８６３６１号公報には接地部用クッション部材に繊維のシートを用いて、それ自身は粘着テープで脚の接地部に装着する技術が記載されている。その他、材質にゴムや合成樹脂を用いた脚保護キャップは、底のある筒状を呈したもので、底から開口に向かって、縮径した形状で、使用法としては、脚に嵌着し、密着した形で用いられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の接地部用クッション部材を使用した場合、いずれも家具の接地部面と床表面との間の緩衝部材質的には問題なく、床表面を傷つけることは回避できたが、次のような解決すべき問題があった。
第１に、家具の中でも特に椅子に限定した場合、毎日頻繁に床面を引きずられるため、クッション部材である繊維のシートやフエルトの摩耗は激しく、新品への交換を余儀なくされたが、クッション部材を椅子の脚の接地部面に固定するための粘着テープは摩擦によって粘着力が弱まり、短期間で接地部用クッション部材は剥離し、粘着剤だけが椅子の脚の接地部面にこびり着き残ってしまい、さらには、それを気付かずに椅子を引きずってしまうと、粘着剤が床表面側にも移り、こびり着いてしまうため、それを綺麗に剥がし新しいクッション部材に取り替える作業は手間も時間も掛かり容易でないと言う問題があった。また、その問題を解決するために接地部用クッション部材を脚の接地部面に釘や爪で打ち込み固定するものもあるが、それも外す作業には道具や腕力が必要であり、数回取り替えているうちに脚の接地部面の釘穴は広がり痛み、脚先端部を傷つけ長期的には装着出来なくなってしまう問題があった。
第２に、脚保護キャップは簡便で扱い易いものであるが、最近はインテリア性あふれるモダンな椅子やテーブルが多く、その脚の先端に脚保護キャップ等を装着すると、外観上とても格好悪く見えてしまうし、また、製品製造者側にとって脚保護キャップ型のものは装着する椅子等の脚先部の大きさや形状に合わせて脚先型を何種類も製造しなければならないため生産効率が悪いと言う問題があった。

本発明は以上の課題を解決するためになされたもので家具の接地部とクッション部材を固定する方法を改良した接地部用クッション部材を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
次項に説明する実施の形態によって実現される発明は、それぞれ次のような構成をしている。

凹型板と、この凹型板の下側に固定したクッション材と、上記凹型板の上面に設けられた凹部に着脱可能にはめ合わさる凸型板と、上記凸型板のネジ穴を通じて、この凸型板を椅子の脚の接地部に固定するネジとを備えたことを特徴とする家具の接地部用クッション部材。

図７は前述の図１に示してきた形態の他に、簡易型としてフエルト本体を家具の脚の接地部面に直に木ネジで装着するタイプの斜視図である。

【発明の効果】
このようにして、本発明の家具の接地部用クッション部材は、家具の移動に際し、家具の接地部と床表面の摩擦や衝撃により生ずる音や振動音の発生を防止し、床表面の上を接地部が滑り易くして、フローリング、畳やカーぺットなどの床表面を傷つけることなく、家具の移動を容易にするのである。また、摩耗の激しいフエルト部も粘着剤、両面粘着テープ等を使用せずに固定出来るので、接地面部及び床表面にこびり付いた不愉快且つ、面倒な粘着剤の剥離作業が無くなり、フエルトが摩耗した際には容易に半永久的且つ、どこも汚さずに新品のフエルトと交換できるようになった。また、交換時にはフエルトと一体の凹型板１だけでいいので、経済的であるし、家具の脚の接地部面積より小さくすれば外観からは見えにくくなりモダンな椅子やテーブルのインテリア性も損なわない。
