Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door structure, and more particularly, to a swing opening / closing door structure in which a base end is pivotally supported by a door frame and a tip end swings to open and close.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, in a door structure in which a base end side is pivotally supported by a door frame and a front end side swings and opens and closes, a square member or the like is attached to the door frame or a step is formed to follow the door frame. A door stop is provided, and the front end of the door is brought into contact with the door stop to regulate the closing position of the door.
[0003]
By the way, when the door is closed and closed, there is a risk that a finger or the like may be pinched between the door tip and the door stop, or between the door tip and the door frame. When the door was closed vigorously due to a difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the room, fingers and the like were sometimes injured.
[0004]
In addition, when the door is closed vigorously, the tip of the door violently collides with the door stop, generating a loud impact sound when the door is vigorously closed. In some cases, the door was damaged, such as cracking.
[0005]
Conventionally, a door structure in which a concave portion is formed in at least one of opposing portions of a door and a door frame and a soft elastic material is attached to the concave portion in order to prevent a door finger jam accident (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2) has been proposed. However, all of these methods prevent a finger jam on the base end side of the door pivotally supported by the door frame, and do not consider finger jamming on the front end side of the door.
[0006]
Also, as a method of cushioning the impact when the door is closed, it is common practice to attach an elastic body such as rubber to the door stop, but in addition, the amount of elastic deformation is increased by using a coil spring or the like. There has been proposed a device in which the shock absorber described above is disposed at a door stop (for example, see Patent Document 3), and a device in which the door stop itself is disposed on a door frame so as to be elastically movable (for example, see Patent Document 4). However, these have a problem that the structure for improving the shock absorbing property of the door is complicated, and the cost is increased.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a door structure which can greatly reduce the impact when the door is opened, yet has a simple structure and can be constructed at low cost.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The door structure according to the present invention is provided with a door frame that constitutes a door opening, a door that is pivotally supported by the door frame, and that opens and closes the door opening by swinging at a tip end side, When the door is closed, the door stop member made of an elastic material with which the front end side of the door comes into contact, and is located in a gap formed between the front end of the door and the door frame when the door is closed. And a protection member made of an elastic material provided at one or both of the end of the door and the door frame.
[0010]
As the material of the door and the door frame, various materials such as woody materials such as wood and wood plywood, and metallic materials such as stainless steel and aluminum can be used. Further, as the elastic material, various rubber materials such as polyethylene resin and polyurethane resin can be used, and it is preferable to use a foam of these rubber materials. Further, as a method of fixing the door stop member and the protection member, for example, screwing, adhesion with an adhesive, fitting and fixing using elastic deformation, or a combination of these joining methods can be used.
[0011]
Further, the door structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the door stop member and the protection member are integrally formed and disposed on the door frame.
[0012]
Further, the door structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the thickness of the protection member is formed larger than a gap formed between a tip of the door and the door frame. Here, the thickness of the protection member, when the protection member is provided at both the end of the door and the door frame, refers to the total thickness of the protection members provided at both. I do.
[0013]
Further, the door structure according to the present invention is characterized in that a corner of the protection member is chamfered.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a door structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0015]
In the door structure according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a door opening is formed by a door frame 1, and a base end of a door 2 is hinged to a vertical frame 12 on one side of the door frame 1 by a hinge 21. Supported. As a result, the front end side of the door 2 is swung to open and close the door opening. The door frame 1 and the door 2 are formed of a wooden material, and the vertical frames 11 and 12 of the door frame 1 are formed of wooden pillars. The one designated by reference numeral 22 is a well-known opening / closing handle disposed on the front end side of the door 2, and the opening / closing handle 22 causes a latch (not shown) disposed substantially at the center of the front end edge of the door 2 to move forward and backward. .
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, an elastic body 3 made of foamed rubber is disposed on a vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 facing the front end of the door 2. As shown in FIG. 3A, the elastic body 3 is formed by integrally forming a square rod-shaped door stop member 4 and a plate-shaped protection member 5, and has a substantially L-shaped cross section as a whole. Has formed. The elastic body 3 is disposed over substantially the entire length of the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. In the present embodiment, a notch 50 is formed in a part of the protection member 5 substantially at the center of the elastic body 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the latch of the door 2 moves forward and backward with the notch 50.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the door stop member 4 constituting the elastic body 3 has a contact surface 40 on a side surface facing the door 2. When the door 2 is closed, the closing position of the door 2 is regulated by bringing the inner surface of the front end of the door 2 into contact with the contact surface 40. A plurality of sink holes 41 are formed in the door stop member 4 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, and a screw 43 is passed through a through hole 42 provided at the bottom of each sink hole 41. Is fixed to the vertical frame 11 by screwing it into the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1.
[0018]
Similarly, the protection member 5 constituting the elastic body 3 is also fixed to the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 by screws, as shown in FIG. That is, a plurality of sunk holes 51 are formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the protection member 5, and a screw 53 that is passed through a through hole 52 provided at the bottom of each sunk hole 51 is screwed into the vertical frame 11. It is fixed to the frame 11. The protection member 5 has a predetermined thickness T1 and is disposed so as to be located in a gap S formed between the tip of the door 2 and the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 when the door 2 is closed. I have. The gap S is formed at an interval capable of accepting at least a finger or the like, and is preferably about 20 mm to 30 mm. A corner of the protection member 5 facing the door 2 is chamfered to form a curved portion 54.
[0019]
On the other hand, a second protection member 6 made of foamed rubber is disposed at the tip of the door 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3B. That is, a plurality of sunk holes 61 are formed in the second protective member 6 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, and a screw 63 passed through a through hole 62 provided at the bottom of each sunk hole 61 is used for the door 2. The screw is fixed to the door 2 by screwing into the tip. A corner of the second protection member 6 facing the door frame 1 is chamfered to form a curved portion 64. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3B, a cutout portion 60 that allows the latch of the door 2 to advance and retreat is formed substantially at the center of the second protection member 6 in the longitudinal direction. Is disposed over the entire length of the leading edge of the door 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. Alternatively, they may be arranged vertically avoiding the second latch portion.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the second protection member 6 has the same thickness T2 as the thickness T1 of the protection member 5, and when the door 2 is closed, the tip of the door 2 and the vertical frame of the door frame 1 11 is provided so as to be located in a gap S formed therebetween. The total thickness of the thickness T1 of the protection member 5 and the thickness T2 of the second protection member 6 is formed to be slightly larger than the gap S. Thus, when the door 2 is closed, the second protection member 6 at the front end of the door is brought into contact with the protection member 5 of the door frame 1, and the protection member 5 and the second protection member 6 are slightly elastically deformed. 2 is completely closed.
[0021]
According to the door structure of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, when the door 2 is closed, a finger F or the like is mistakenly placed between the tip of the door 2 and the door stop member 4 of the door frame 1. Even if sandwiched, the door stop member 4 is also elastically deformed at the same time as the second protection member 6 at the door tip is elastically deformed. Thus, pressure, impact, and the like applied to a finger or the like can be absorbed, and even if the door 2 is closed vigorously, the finger or the like is safely injured.
[0022]
Moreover, since the door stop member 4 itself is made of an elastic material, and there is a deformation space on the opposite side of the contact surface 40 of the door stop member 4, when the finger or the like is sandwiched, it is not enough that the door stop member 4 is only deformed by compression. Instead, it bends and deforms to escape to the opposite side of the finger or the like. Therefore, pressure, impact, and the like applied to the finger and the like can be released in the opposite direction, and the finger jam can be effectively prevented.
[0023]
In addition, since the door structure of the present embodiment utilizes the bending deformation of the door stop member 4, the thickness of the elastic material is set to be larger than the thickness of the finger or the like in order to secure a deformation amount that allows a finger or the like only by compression deformation. This is not necessary, and the door stop member 4 can be formed thinner than the thickness of a finger or the like. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to a thinly configured door frame in order to save installation space.
[0024]
In the door structure according to the present invention, when a foreign object such as a finger is sandwiched, the door stop member 4 locally elastically deforms at the portion where the foreign object is sandwiched in the longitudinal direction, whereas the door does not sandwich the foreign object. When the door 2 is normally closed, the door 2 can be supported by the entire length of the door stop member 4 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the door stop member 4 is deformed at least by the thickness of the finger or the like when the finger or the like is pinched, and is not significantly deformed when the entire door stop member 4 supports the door 2 without pinching the finger or the like. The material, shape, and size of the door stop member 4 are determined in consideration of the elastic coefficient, the second moment of area, and the like so as to regulate the closing position of the door 2 without doing so. Thus, the door structure of the present embodiment can reliably regulate the closing position of the door 2 without separately providing a rigid door stop on the door frame as in the related art.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the door structure of the present embodiment can be applied to the front end of the door 2 even when the finger F or the like is mistakenly inserted between the front end of the door 2 and the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. At the same time that the provided second protective member 6 is elastically deformed, the protective member 5 provided on the vertical frame 11 is also elastically deformed, so that it is possible to absorb the pressure, impact, and the like applied to the finger or the like, and the door 2 closes vigorously. Even if it is injured, it is safe without injuries to fingers.
[0026]
Furthermore, in the door structure of the present embodiment, even if the door 2 is closed vigorously and the front end of the door collides violently with the contact surface 40 of the door stop member 4, the door stop member 4 is not only deformed but also bent. Therefore, the impact can be remarkably reduced, and the door is not damaged such as a loud impact sound is generated and the glass fitted in the door is broken.
[0027]
Moreover, in the present embodiment, the total thickness of the thickness T1 of the protection member 5 and the thickness T2 of the second protection member 6 is slightly larger than the gap S between the tip of the door 2 and the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. Since the door 2 is closed while the second protection member 6 at the tip of the door is in contact with the protection member 5, the momentum of the door 2 can be reduced by frictional resistance between these protection members. Thus, the closing impact of the door 2 can be reduced.
[0028]
Further, since the facing corners of the protection member 5 and the second protection member 6 are chamfered, even when the door 2 is closed while the protection members are in contact with each other, the corners of the two do not catch on each other. The door can be closed smoothly. When the door 2 is completely closed, the protection member 5 and the second protection member 6 are elastically deformed and come into contact with each other so as to press each other, so that the airtightness of the door can be improved. Note that even when the total thickness of the thickness T1 of the protection member 5 and the thickness T2 of the second protection member 6 is formed smaller than the gap S, the tip of the door 2 abuts on the contact surface 40 of the door stop member 4. Therefore, predetermined airtightness can be ensured.
[0029]
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the door stop member 4 and the protection member 5 are integrally formed as the elastic body 3 having a substantially L-shaped cross section, the elastic body 3 is provided on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. Then, the door structure of the present invention can be easily configured. Therefore, unlike the conventional door structure, there is no need to add a square member or the like to the door frame or to form a stepped portion, and it is possible to provide a simple and inexpensive door structure.
[0030]
As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, the door structure of this invention can be implemented also in another form.
[0031]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the elastic body 3 including the door stop member 4 and the protection member 5 is fixed to the vertical frame 11 made of a wooden pillar with screws, but as shown in FIG. While the fitting groove 72 is formed in the hollow vertical frame 71, the fitting protrusion 31 is provided on the bottom of the elastic body 3, and the fitting protrusion 31 is elastically deformed and fitted into the fitting groove 72, whereby the elastic body 3 may be fixed to the vertical frame 71. Similarly, the second protection member 6 is elastically deformed and fitted into the fitting groove 81 formed at the tip of the metal door 8 having a hollow structure. The member 6 can be fixed to the door 8. Further, the door stop member 4, the protection member 5, and the second protection member 6 are not limited to a solid structure, and a hollow portion 44 is formed in the door stop member 4 as shown in FIG. The hollow portion 55 may be formed in the member 5 and the hollow portion 66 may be formed in the second protection member 6.
[0032]
In the above embodiment, the elastic body 3 in which the door stop member 4 and the protection member 5 are integrally formed is disposed on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. However, as shown in FIG. The protection member 5 and the protection member 5 may be separately provided on the vertical frame 11. As a result, the door stop member 4 is independently elastically deformed and easily deformed by bending, so that it is possible to more effectively prevent finger jamming, and to further reduce the cushioning effect when the door is closed. It can be improved.
[0033]
Further, in the above embodiment, the protection member 5 is provided on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 and the second protection member 6 is provided on the tip of the door 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. It suffices if a protection member is provided on at least one of the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 and the tip of the door 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the protection member 91 may be provided only at the tip of the door 2 without providing the protection member on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1. In this case, if the thickness T3 of the protection member 91 is formed to be larger than the gap S between the front end of the door 2 and the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1, when the door 2 is closed, the protection member 91 at the front end of the door 2 is moved vertically. It can be brought into contact with the frame 11.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 9, the protection member 92 may be provided only on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1 without providing the protection member at the tip of the door 2. In this case, if the thickness of the protection member 92 is formed larger than the gap S between the front end of the door 2 and the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1, the front end of the door contacts the protection member 92 of the vertical frame 11 when the door 2 is closed. Can be done. The protection member 92 and the door stop member 4 may be provided separately on the vertical frame 11 as a matter of course. However, as shown in FIG. If molded, the door structure according to the present invention can be configured extremely simply by disposing the elastic body 9 on the vertical frame 11 of the door frame 1.
[0035]
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the door structure of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated one, but can be implemented in other modes.
[0036]
For example, the shape of the door stop member and the protection member can be variously changed in design. The thickness of the door stop member is gradually reduced toward the front end so that the front end side can be easily bent and deformed. Can be gradually reduced toward the opposite side of the door stop member. Further, the door stop member and the protection member may be formed of elastic materials of different materials. Even when the door stop member and the protection member are integrally formed, the door stop member and the protection member may be formed of elastic materials of different materials by using, for example, a two-color extrusion molding method. Further, in the present invention, it is not always necessary to dispose the door stop member and the protection member over the entire length of the front edge of the door and the vertical frame of the door frame, but to the front edge of the door and a part of the vertical frame of the door frame. You may arrange. The present invention can be implemented in various modified, changed, and modified aspects based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit thereof.
[0037]
Further, any invention-specifying matter may be implemented in a form in which another technique is replaced with another technique within a range in which the same action or effect is produced, or the invention-specifying matter integrally formed is constituted by a plurality of members. Alternatively, the present invention may be embodied in a form in which the invention-specific matters composed of a plurality of members are integrally configured.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the door structure of the present invention, even when a finger or the like is mistakenly pinched between the tip of the door and the door stop member of the door frame when closing the door, the door stop member is elastically deformed. Can absorb the pressure, shock and the like applied to the fingers and the like, and even if the door is closed vigorously, the fingers and the like are safely injured. Moreover, the door stop member itself is formed of an elastic material, and there is a deformation space on the opposite side of the contact surface of the door stop member, so that when the finger or the like is sandwiched, the door stop member escapes to the opposite side of the finger or the like. It also bends and deforms. Therefore, pressure, impact, and the like applied to the finger and the like can be released in the opposite direction, and the finger jam can be effectively prevented. Also, when a finger or the like is mistakenly inserted between the tip of the door and the vertical frame of the door frame, the protection member provided on at least one of the tip of the door and the vertical frame of the door frame is elastically deformed. Therefore, no injuries are caused to the fingers and the like.
[0039]
Further, even if the tip of the door violently collides with the contact surface of the door stop member, the door stop member not only compresses but also bends and deforms, so that the impact can be greatly reduced and a loud impact sound is generated. There is no breakage of the door, such as breakage of the glass fitted into the door. Further, if the thickness of the protective member is formed to be larger than the gap between the tip of the door and the vertical frame of the door frame, the door can be closed while the protective member is in contact, and the closing force of the door due to the frictional resistance of the protective member. And the impact of closing the door can be further reduced. When the door is completely closed, the protection member is elastically deformed, so that the airtightness of the door can be improved.
[0040]
Further, according to the door structure of the present invention in which the corners of the protection member are chamfered, even when the door is closed while the protection member is in contact, the door is smoothly closed without the corners of the protection member being caught. Can be.
[0041]
According to the door structure of the present invention in which the door stop member and the protection member are integrally formed as an elastic body, the door structure of the present invention can be easily constituted by providing such an elastic body in the vertical frame of the door frame. Can be. Therefore, unlike the conventional door structure, there is no need to add a square member or the like to the door frame or to form a stepped portion, and it is possible to provide a simple and inexpensive door structure.
