Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fiber product that becomes negative ion active by friction and to the fiber product.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As the effect of negative ions on the environment,
1. Purification of air pollution, 2. Purification of harmful substances etc. that evaporate into the room from new building materials, etc. 3. Decomposition, deodorization of cigarette smoke and unpleasant smell, 4. Antibacterial and fungicidal action of mold It is said to be effective in preventing generation and removing odors.
In addition, the human body tissue as an activating effect,
1. Excrete acidic substances (toxins) in body cells and increase blood circulation by changing to alkaline. 2. Activation of cells, 3. Purification of blood, 4. Improvement of allergic constitution, 5. Analgesic action, etc. It is said to be effective.
[0003]
From the above, the fabric is immersed in a processing solution having a viscosity of 5 to 200 centipoise containing inorganic fine particles generating a negative ion and a binder resin, squeezed so as to have a predetermined adhesion amount, and then dried and heat-treated. An inorganic fine particle-attached fabric and a method for producing the same (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-195768) have been proposed.
Further, a fiber (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-258909) has been proposed in which fine particles of a natural radioactive rare element are mixed in a synthetic resin or a solution for forming an artificial fiber in a step prior to spinning, and this is spun.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the former requires a process of immersing the fabric in a processing solution, squeezing the fabric to a predetermined amount, then drying and heat-treating the fabric, which requires a great deal of labor, cost and time. In addition, in the latter, a method of mixing fine particles of a natural radioactive rare element into a synthetic resin or a solution for forming an artificial fiber, and spinning this, the fine particles are dispersed in the obtained fiber and coated. It is difficult to radiate energy directly into the air by exposing it to the air. Further, addition of the fine particle powder at a high concentration has a problem that the fine particle powder is agglomerated, the mechanical strength of the yarn is reduced, and the yarn formation itself becomes difficult.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned various problems and to obtain a fiber product in which a negative ion active substance is attached to a fiber by saving labor in a short time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention heats an aqueous solution in which a negative ion active substance is mixed or dissolved in a boiler, ejects the generated negative ion active substance-containing vapor into a set chamber, and attaches the negative ion active substance to textiles arranged in the set chamber. The method for producing anion-active substance-attached textiles is characterized by the fact that the anion-active substance-attached textiles themselves are produced.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The anion-active substance of the present invention is an ore such as celestite, tourmaline, barley stone and the like and a processed product thereof. For example, a powder of celestite and cement are mixed at a ratio of 1: 1, and kneaded with water. A processed product formed into a spherical shape of about 2 to 3 cm and dried is used. Then, the processed product is immersed in a water tank and arranged in the set chamber and the drying chamber in the vicinity of the negative ion active substance-containing vapor jet port, so that the vapor can pass through and permeate the textile to enhance the effect.
[0008]
The test results of the textile product (sock) to which the anion active substance of the present invention is adhered are determined by the operation specified in JIS L 1094 5.3.2 (spread the sample on a flat table and do not rotate the insulating rod. Pull forward from you). The measurement value at the time of 10 times of repeated friction was 540 pieces / cc.
(Measurement equipment Kobe Denpa ION TESTER KST 900 type)
In the present method, about 400 particles / cc is regarded as a guide for the ion effect, and 540 particles / cc of the fiber product is recognized as a sufficient effect.
[0009]
In addition, the same test as described above was carried out on the sample after 30 washing treatments, and the result was 240 / cc.
[0010]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, 2.5 kg of granules obtained by ceramic processing of an illuminated stone, 2 kg of an illuminated powder and 2 kg of cement, kneaded into granules having a diameter of 2 to 3 cm, and dried were combined in a 200-liter water tank 1. The anion active substance-containing processed product 2 is placed in a mesh bag and charged together with hot water of about 60 degrees.
[0011]
In the water tank 1, hot water containing an anion active substance is supplied to a boiler 4 through a pipe 3, and vapor containing an anion active substance is supplied to a set room 6 and a drying room 9 through a steam delivery pipe 5. The operation panel 8 automatically supplies steam to the setting chamber 6 and the drying chamber 9 intermittently.
[0012]
The set room 6 is 520 mm in width, 400 mm in depth, and 1080 mm in height. It is closed by the automatic door 7, pressure is applied at a room temperature of about 125 ° C. with steam, and negative ion active substances are attached to fibers (for 10 pairs of socks) by steam. Let it. The time is about 15 seconds. Further, the action is enhanced by arranging the processed product 2 containing the negative ion active substance at the steam outlet.
[0013]
The drying chamber 9 has a width of 500 mm, a depth of 440 mm, and a height of 1050 mm. The processed product 2 containing a negative ion active substance is placed on a dust removing net through which hot air passes, and the fibers are dried by negative ionization. The room temperature is about 85 degrees and the time is about 30 seconds.
[0014]
The conveyor truck 10 is equipped with five carry edges 11 to which the lasts 12 (for 10 pairs) are attached, and it takes about 3 minutes for one round.
As a result, an anion-active substance-attached sock is obtained.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
Since the negative ion active substance is attached to the textile by the vapor containing the negative ion active substance of the present invention, one operation is completed in about 15 seconds in the set chamber and about 30 seconds in the drying chamber, and it takes about 3 minutes for one round of the conveyor. This leads to savings in time, labor, and costs, and has the effect of being able to process large quantities. In addition, a fiber product that satisfies the state of attachment of the negative ion active substance can be obtained.
