Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention of the present application provides a lid suitable for sealing the opening of a container by screwing it to the mouth and neck of a hollow container containing a solution such as a chemical solution or a disinfectant therein, and mounting the lid. More specifically, a hollow container containing a solution of various chemicals and the like that are harmful to infants or a hollow container containing an intense irritating odor, a bad odor, and other harmful solutions. It can be screwed onto the mouth and neck of the container so that it cannot be easily opened even if the infant turns the lid for mischief, or it can be sealed so that it will not be accidentally opened and discharged. The present invention relates to a safety lid that can be used and a liquid container to which the lid is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to seal the opening of a conventionally used hollow container containing a liquid, a sealing stopper by pushing or a screw cap by rotating screwing has been widely used in general, but recently, it has been simply used. Screw caps that can be sealed and can be easily opened and closed have been frequently used.
A container with a screw lid can be easily opened by anyone simply by grasping and turning the lid, which is very convenient, but on the other hand, infants touch the container and remove the lid. It is extremely dangerous that the screw cap may come off while playing with your hand or mouth, and accidents involving mouths that have actually come off or leaked contents have frequently occurred.
[0003]
Various types of safety lids have been used to eliminate such problems with the screw lids. For example, an external lid consisting of a screw lid is pressed from above on the inner lid by pushing the plug of the inner lid into the mouth and neck of the container. A lid that is screwed onto the mouth and neck to attach a safe lid with a double structure, and the contents cannot be poured out by simply turning the outer lid off, or screwed into the mouth and neck of the container A safe screw lid with a double structure that covers the outer lid on the inner lid and seals it, and rotates while pressing the outer lid, or engages engaging means such as pins Conventionally, there have been known lids in which the inner lid can be opened by rotating the inner lid together by turning the lid, and other types of lids which cannot be easily opened. JP 2000-335610, JP 2001-72098 A and other various Proposal for all the lid have been made.
[0004]
Such a container using a conventional safe lid can prevent opening by mischief of infants, but it is troublesome for an ordinary person to open, and it is not only inconvenient to use, but also ordinary Since the structure is very complicated as compared with the lid, and the production cost is relatively high, it has not been widely used in general.
Therefore, a safety lid having a double structure, in which the opening operation can be easily performed as compared with the conventional safety lid as described above, and the structure of the lid is simple and can be manufactured at low cost. Have been proposed in JP-A-11-278507, JP-A-2001-341760 and others.
[0005]
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the safety lid having the double structure includes a cap body 22 screwed to the mouth and neck 21 a of the container body 21, and a cylindrical exterior body 23 surrounding the outer periphery of the cap body 22. In the safety cap 24 composed of the above, the outer peripheral surface of the cap main body 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the exterior body 23 are formed with jagged irregularities 22a, 23a of vertical stripes which mesh with each other by pressing the exterior body 23. A small gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the cap body 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the exterior body 23, as shown in FIGS.
The lower end of the outer peripheral surface of the cap body 22 has a flange 22b slightly projecting outward, and a large number of sawtooth-shaped grooves 22c are provided on the upper edge of the flange 22b. A number of serrated protrusions 23b are provided below the inner peripheral surface of the exterior body 23, and the serrated grooves 22c and the serrated protrusions 23b are engaged with each other to function as a ratchet mechanism.
[0006]
The liquid container equipped with the safety cap 24 configured as described above, when sealing the opening of the container body, twists the exterior body 23 with respect to the mouth and neck 21a in a direction in which the lid closes. Since the serrated protrusion 23b of the outer body 23 engages with the serrated groove 22c of the cap body 22 to operate the ratchet mechanism, the cap body 22 rotates integrally with the outer body 23 while opening the container. Seal the part.
On the other hand, when the exterior body 23 is simply twisted in the direction in which the lid is opened with respect to the mouth and neck 21a, the exterior body 23 rides on the slope of the serrated projection 22b of the cap body 22, and the ratchet mechanism is disengaged. As a result, the cap body 22 does not rotate because the exterior body 23 idles and the opening of the container does not open.
In order to open the lid, as shown in FIG. 14, as shown in FIG. 14, a force is applied to the fingertip holding the lid to crush the outer body 23 so that the outer body 23 has an elliptical shape. The cap body 22 rotates integrally with the exterior body 23 by the engagement of the irregularities 22a, 23a on the inner peripheral surface of the exterior body 23 with the inner peripheral surface of the exterior body 23, so that the lid closing the opening of the container can be opened.
[0007]
The safety lid described above cannot prevent the mischief or accidental ingestion of infants because the lid cannot be opened so as to open the opening of the container even if the exterior body that is the outer lid is simply rotated. In addition, it is convenient for ordinary people because the outer cover can be easily opened by crushing and turning the outer body with a fingertip.
However, the above-described conventional safety lid is formed of a plurality of members formed by combining two, or three, or more members to form the screw lid body. Since the structure of the lid is complicated and time-consuming, it is difficult to reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The invention of the present application eliminates the danger to infants by making the lid that seals the opening of the hollow container containing various solutions so that it cannot be easily opened by mischief by an infant or the like. It can be opened easily, but the opening operation is easy for ordinary adults, and the structure is such that it can be opened easily, and a safe lid for sealing the liquid container To form
In order to make the structure as simple as possible, the lid is formed of one member, and is formed into a shape and structure that can be easily formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin or the like. It is an object of the present invention to manufacture a safe lid suitable for hermetically sealing the liquid at a low cost and to provide a liquid container equipped with the safe lid.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above-mentioned object, a lid is provided on an upper portion provided with a neck ring on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical mouth and neck portion connected to a shoulder portion of a hollow container formed so as to be capable of containing a solution therein by blow molding. A plurality of ratchet teeth to be engaged are provided, and a container body is provided which is provided with a threaded screw portion for screwing a lid closing an opening.
Further, a screw body which forms a cover which can be screwed onto the cylindrical mouth and neck of the container body is formed on a top plate side of the cover and which is screwed with a screw thread of the mouth and neck. And a lid formed on the inner surface of the lid on the open end side to engage with the ratchet teeth of the mouth and neck, and a cylindrical wall portion provided with the engagement projection is formed so as to be deformable by pressing. Then, a safety lid formed by injection molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is formed.
Then, the safety lid is screwed onto the mouth and neck of the container body provided with the ratchet teeth in which the inner solution is accommodated, thereby forming a liquid container which is capable of pressing and deforming the cylindrical wall portion of the lid. I do.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A threaded screw portion to be screwed is formed to form a hollow container to which the safety lid can be screwed.
Further, a lid that can be screwed to the cylindrical mouth and neck of the hollow container is formed by injection molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and the inner surface of the lid body on the top plate side of the lid is provided with a container body. In addition to providing a screw portion to be screwed into a screwing screw portion provided in the mouth and neck portion, an engagement projection is provided on the inner surface of the opening end side of the lid for engaging with a ratchet tooth provided in the mouth and neck portion of the container body. The safety lid is formed by forming the cylindrical wall portion of the lid on which the engagement protrusion is provided so as to be deformable into an elliptical shape by pressing.
[0011]
The safety lid thus formed is attached to the mouth and neck of the hollow container body containing the internal solution, and the lid is rotated in the closing direction to engage the lid. The lid is rotated and screwed so that the projection gets over the inclined surface of the ratchet teeth at the mouth and neck, thereby forming a liquid container with the safety lid attached.
In order to open and use the liquid container configured as described above, in a state where a pressing portion provided on the press-deformable cylindrical wall portion of the lid is pressed with a fingertip, the lid is opened in the opening direction. When rotated, the engagement projection of the lid is separated from the engagement end face of the ratchet teeth of the mouth and neck, and the lid can be freely rotated and screwed out of the mouth and neck, and the container is It is opened and can be poured out, and the internal solution is used by being poured out by tilting the container.
[0012]
【Example】
Hereinafter, a liquid container according to the present invention will be described in detail based on an optimal embodiment with reference to the drawings.
The hollow container used in the present invention is formed into a hollow container main body 1 capable of storing various solutions therein by blow molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and as shown in FIG. A neck ring 2 in which an end of a lid 5 screwed into contact with an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical mouth-and-neck portion 1a connected to a plurality of ratchet teeth engaged with an engagement protrusion 6 provided on the lid 5 3 and a screwing screw 4 into which the screw portion 7 of the lid is screwed are formed in the container body 1.
In the container main body 1 shown in FIG. 1, three continuous ratchet teeth 3 are provided at symmetrical positions on the cylindrical portion of the mouth-and-neck portion 1a provided with the screw screws 4, and the cylindrical A slightly small-diameter cylindrical portion is formed upright through the inward flange portion 1c via the inward flange portion 1c. When a lid 5 that can be used as a measuring container is used, the scale of the lid 5 is adjusted. At the same time as being easy to see, the solution is easy to measure, and the solution is formed into a shape that is easy to pour out.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, a thermoplastic synthetic resin is injection-molded to form a cylindrical lid 5 that can be screwed to the mouth and neck portion 1 a of the container body 1, and an inner periphery of the lid is formed. At the symmetrical position of the plane, two engaging projections 6 for engaging with the ratchet teeth 3 of the mouth and neck portion 1a are provided near the opening end, and the mouth and neck portion 1a is screwed near the top plate portion 5b. A screw portion 7 screwed to the screw portion 4 is provided, and a cylindrical wall portion 5a provided with the engagement protrusion 6 is formed so as to be deformable by pressing to form a safety lid.
The lid 5 is formed such that the cylindrical portion provided with the screw portion 7 has a slightly smaller diameter via the inward flange portion 5c on the cylindrical wall portion 5a provided with the engaging projection 6. This is to make it easier to see the scale when measuring a small amount of the solution at the bottom when the lid 5 is used as a measuring container, and the number of the engagement projections 6 is not limited to two, but one or three. The above may be provided.
[0014]
Then, in order to form a liquid container by mounting the thus formed safety lid to a hollow container containing various chemicals and other liquids, the lid 5 is attached to the mouth and neck 1a of the container body 1. When the cover 5 is rotated in the closing direction as shown by the arrow, the screw portion 7 of the cover 5 is screwed into the screw 4 of the mouth and neck portion 1a to move forward. However, at this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the engaging projections 6 of the lid 5 move so as to ride on the slope of the ratchet teeth 3 of the mouth and neck portion 1a and slide so that the lid 5 can be easily moved. The liquid container is rotated and screwed to the mouth and neck 1a, and the opening is closed to form a liquid container.
On the contrary, in the liquid container sealed by screwing the lid 5, even if the lid 5 is rotated inadvertently in the opening direction, the end face of the engaging projection 6 of the lid 5 is closed. It is configured to engage with the end face of the ratchet teeth 3 of the neck portion 1a so that rotation is impossible.
[0015]
In order to open the safety lid of the liquid container constructed as described above and pour out the inner solution, as shown in FIG. 4, while holding the lid 5 with a fingertip, apply force to the fingertip, When the pressing portion 5d of the cylindrical wall portion 5a where the engaging projection 6 does not exist is pressed, the cylindrical wall portion 5a of the lid 5 is deformed outwardly into an elliptical shape as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the engagement projection 6 is separated from the ratchet teeth 3 of the mouth and neck 1a, and the lid 5 is in a rotatable state.
Then, when the lid 5 is twisted in the opening direction, the lid 5 is easily rotated and separated from the mouth and neck portion 1a of the container body 1, and the container is opened to be able to be poured.
[0016]
The lid of the present invention is formed of a single member, unlike a lid formed of a plurality of conventional members, so that it can be used as a measuring cup as shown in FIG. Since it is possible to incline the container body opened as described above and pour the internal solution into the lid removed from the mouth and neck, only the necessary amount can be poured out and used.
At this time, the lid of the present invention is formed such that the cylindrical portion provided with the screw portion 7 has a smaller diameter than the cylindrical portion provided with the engagement protrusion 6 as described above. It is possible to provide a scale with the volume of the part as the minimum unit, and it is possible to measure the volume of the solution poured into the bottom part of the measuring cup in a bulky manner, so it is easy to measure by looking at the scale. It is very convenient.
[0017]
In the above-described embodiment, the ratchet teeth 3 for preventing the lid 5 from being carelessly opened are provided on the mouth and neck portion 1a of the container body 1, but the invention of the present application is as described above. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the ratchet teeth 3 are provided on the inner peripheral surface near the opening end of the cylindrical wall portion 15 a of the lid 15 screwed to the mouth and neck portion 1 a of the container body 11, and the cylindrical wall The portion is formed so as to be capable of being pressed elastically deformed, and as shown in FIG. 8, an engagement projection 6 for engaging with the ratchet teeth 3 of the lid 15 is provided on the mouth and neck portion 11a of the container body 11. The lid 15 can be screwed to the mouth and neck 11a of the container body 11.
[0018]
When the lid 15 formed as described above is screwed into the mouth and neck portion 11a of the container body 11 in which the inner solution is stored, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. The ratchet teeth 3 are engaged with the engaging projections 6 of the mouth-neck portion 1a of the container body 1, so that the lid 5 is locked so as not to rotate in the opening direction.
In order to use the liquid container formed as described above, as in the previous embodiment, when the pressing portion 15d of the cylindrical wall portion 15a of the lid 15 of the container held by the hand is pressed with a fingertip, the lid 15 Of the cylindrical wall portion 15a is deformed outwardly into an elliptical shape, so that the ratchet teeth 3 provided on the inner surface of the cylindrical wall portion 15a are disengaged from the engaging projections 6 of the mouth and neck portion 11a, and the lid 15 is closed. Is rotatable, so that the liquid container can be poured out with the lid screwed open from the mouth and neck and opened.
[0019]
As described above, according to the invention of the present application, the safety lid that is screwed to the mouth and neck of the container to seal the opening can be formed by a single member integrally formed by injection molding of synthetic resin. Compared with the conventional safety lid, the structure of the lid is very simple and does not require an assembling process, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced and an inexpensive lid can be formed.
In addition, since the cover of the present invention has only a plurality of threads and engagement protrusions or ratchet teeth inside the cover, the cover can be easily used as a measuring cup for the content liquid. It is easy to measure and dispense the solution.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
In the liquid container using the lid of the present invention, even if the lid is simply rotated in the opening direction, the engagement projection or the ratchet tooth provided on the lid is formed by the ratchet tooth or the engagement of the mouth and neck. Since the lid is locked by the projection and cannot be rotated, it is possible to prevent the lid from being opened by a mischief of an infant or inadvertent opening, and for ordinary people, the cylinder of the lid is used. By pressing and rotating the wall, the lid can be easily opened, which is convenient.
Further, the lid of the present invention has a simple structure of integral molding and can be easily molded by injection molding or the like, so that the safety lid can be manufactured at a low cost. Since there is no extra member inside, the lid can be used as a measuring cup.
