【従来の技術】
容器内の飲料液をストローで吸飲することが一般に行われているが、より便利な方法として種々の手段を備えたものが提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

ここに示されているストローは、ペットボトル中に差し込んだままでも蓋をすることのできるもので、伸縮自在に形成した樹脂製であり、ペットボトル中に挿入した時伸張状態にて先端がペットボトルの飲み口から突出し、飲み口に蓋をした時に蓋の内面に押圧されて収縮状態にてペットボトル中に収納されるように構成している。

また、ストローを固定手段によりコップに固定して収納液を吸飲する如く構成したものも提案されている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。この考案は、犬などの動物の形状を型取った固定手段をコップの開口縁部に係着し、この固定手段に貫通させたストローによりコップ内の液を吸飲する如く構成している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前者はボトル内にストローを常時内在させておくことができるため、収納液を飲みかけのまま保管することができ、いつでも吸飲することができ、ストローを紛失する等の不都合のない便利なものである。

また後者は、コップにストローを安定的に固定できるため、吸飲操作がより安定して容易に行えるものであるとともに、固定手段を装飾性の高いマスコットとしているため、使用者に収納液を味わう楽しみに加えて視覚的楽しみを付加することができるものである。

本発明は上記前者の利点及び後者の利点を兼ね備えたストロー付きキャップを提案するものである。即ち、ストローの紛失がなく、取り扱いが便利であり、しかも、装飾性に優れ、取り扱い時により大きな視覚的な楽しみを発揮するストロー付きキャップを提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本請求項１発明のストロー付きキャップは、上記課題を解決するため、容器体Ｂの口頸部２に嵌着させる有頂筒状のキャップ本体３と、該本体上に設けた中空の装飾部４と、キャップ本体３の頂壁７を貫通するとともに、装飾部４の内部空間１４を通り装飾部頂部１６を貫通して上端部を上方へ突設し、且つ、上下動可能に設けたストロー５とを備え、上記装飾部４は、キャップ本体３上の中空の装飾部本体４ａと、該装飾部本体４ａ内に基端部を回動可能に連結するとともに、他端部を窓孔１２を介して装飾部本体４ａ外方へ揺動可能に突出した揺動部４ｂとで構成し、上記ストロー５と揺動部４ｂとの間に、ストロー５の上下動により揺動部４ｂを揺動させる揺動手段１６を設けてなることを特徴とするストロー付きキャップとして構成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

また、揺動部４ｂの具体的形状は、上記要件を満たせば図示例の如き板状のものに限らず、棒状であってもその他の形状であっても良い。また、揺動部４ｂの数は、図示例の如き２箇所に限らず、１箇所であっても、３箇所以上の複数箇所であっても良く、装飾部本体４ａの形状等に対応させて適宜選択することができる。

上記の如く構成したストロー付きキャップＡは、例えば、図１の状態からストロー５を上方へ移動させると、ストロー５の凹凸部１７と揺動部４ｂの突起１８との係合により揺動部４ｂが上下に揺動する。具体的には、ストロー５の上昇に伴い凹凸部１７の凸部１７ａ が突起１８を押し上げる際に揺動部４ｂは時計廻りに回動し、次いで凸部１７ａ は変形しつつ突起１８を強制的に乗越える際に弾性復元して突起１８上面を押し下げるため揺動部４ｂは反時計廻りに回動し、その結果、第１揺動部４ｂ１ は上下に揺動する。また、第２揺動部４ｂ２ も同様に左右に揺動し、黒目が窓孔１１内を左右に移行する。

以上説明した如く本発明ストロー付きキャップは、既述構成としたことにより、ストローが常時固定されているためストローを紛失する虞がなく、即座に吸飲できるため取り扱いも便利である。しかも、装飾部の存在により取り扱い時により大きな視覚的楽しみを発揮するものである。
