この発明は、今まで焼却処分されてきた木のべら板を使用し、木自身のもった効果をそのままに生かしたリサイクルを考慮した靴の中敷に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、べら板は焼却処分されたり、紙のチップとしてしようされていて、木の特性を生かしたものに利用されていなかった。
中敷としては、木のオイル等を抽出したものを活用したり、木製であっても面に加工してないので滑りやすく、木の素材だけで曲げに弱い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
木はいろいろな使われ方をしていて、必要以上に伐採することは、環境破壊につながる、一本の木の大切さを考慮し、破材になっても利用する。

木は薄くなると折れやすく、耐久性に乏しい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
べら板を同じ厚さに整え、表面を整え、側面を合わせ繋げるので、平行になるように揃え、長方形にします。

そして長方形を処理のしやすいサイズまで、縦、横に表になるほうに仮止めしつなぎます。

その裏面に和紙を貼り（図１）、和紙の裏面に表に貼った板の目と直角になるように、板を全面に隙間のないように貼ります。（図２、３）

さらに板の表面を、うずくりし、板目を引き立たせることによって、すべり止めになり、足の裏を刺激します。

【作用】
板目が表と裏と違いますが、どちらも使用することが可能で、板の間をあるいているようで、足が蒸れにくく、匂いが臭くならない、また、足からでる汗によって、木の持っている作用が、出やすく、木の香りなど効果が増す。

今まで焼却処分されてきた、小さな材料も生かすことができる。

【実施例】
べら板をかんなをかけ両面を平らにする、長さは使いやすい長さにきり長方形にする。

長い方の側面を仮止めのテープで繋いで適当な長さにする、和紙のサイズに合わせ用紙サイズのＡ２またはＡ１にする、多少板が大きくなってもよい（ａ）。

仮止めのテープの貼ってないほうに、ボンドを塗り、和紙をはる（図１）。

和紙のもう一面のほうにボンドをぬり、板の目が表と直角になるように、板を和紙より多少大きめに貼り（図２、３）、圧縮機で接着を固定する。

仮止めのテープをはずし、表面をうずくり機でうずくりし、木の年輪の線を引き立たせ、でこぼこになるようにする。

それを足型のサイズに切る。

また、本発明の実施例として、互い違いに板を貼ることによって、見た目も無垢材と変わらない合板として使用することもできる。
