【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、蛍光灯器具における反射面を一体的をこ構成した器具本体と両端部を閉じる端板において、嵌合係止のための切欠き、止めネジ等が器具の外観から見えないようにするための固定方法をこ関するものである。
本発明は、特に塗装鋼板等を用いた器具において本体と端板の嵌合係止めに有効な手段である。

【従来の技術】
従来は、両開放形の器具木体と器具長手方向の両端部を閉じる1対の端板を設け、本体側面の外観に複数個の切起しを設け、この切起しに嵌合係賦される嵌合片を端板むく設け嵌合し、本体背面側で本体と端板のフランジ部をネジ止めして、端板を固定する方法であり、器具側面に嵌合のための切起しと、嵌合片の一部が露出する構造で、外観を損ねるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、特に長尺な器具で塗装を省略できる塗装鋼板を用いた本体と端板との嵌合力法において、本体側面に嵌合のための切起し等の加工を無くしてかつ確実な嵌合係止を行うことにより外観の美観向上させた蛍光灯器具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、−面開放形の器具本体を備え、前記器貝本体の開放面側に点灯装置取付け、点灯装置や内部配線を覆い器具本体に着脱自在に装着される反射板を備え、前記器具本体長手方向の両端を閉じて器具本体長手端部に固定される1対の端板を備える蛍光灯器具こおいて、
前記器具本体天井面側の端部の平面部こ端板と固定するネヅ止め用穴を設け、器具本体の台形の斜め面に端板の角穴に内側から嵌合して曲げる爪を設け、器具本体の下端に端板に当接する面を設け、側面立ち上がり部分には加工せず平面とし、大井に当たる面に本体内側に曲げ込まれた端片を設け、前記端板には本体の平面部のネヅ止め穴に対応するフランジ部を設け、器具本体の台形面にフランジ部と器具本体の爪を挿入して本体の下端の面に当接させ隙間の発生を防ぐような位置置関係に爪挿入穴を設け、台形部の下端に本体の下端内面に当接する片を設け、天井画に当たる上端幅方向の両端こ器具本体の端片を係止する折り曲げ片を設けた構成とした。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1から図6を用いて、本発明の実施形態ること凡て説明する。図示の蛍光灯器器具は、一面開放形の器具本体1を備え、前記器具本体1の開放面側に点灯装置取付け、点灯装置や内部配線を覆い器具本体耳こ着脱白在に装着される反射板2を備え、前記器具本体1長手方向の両端を閉じて器具本体1長手端部に固定される1対の端板3を備える蛍光灯器具において、
前記器具木体1天井面側の端部の平面部に設けたネジ止め用穴11に前記端板3のフランジ部31にネヅ止め穴11に対応するように設けたネジ穴32にセルフタッピンネジ等で固定される。なお、この部分は反射板刻こより覆われ外観から見えることは無い。器具本体1の台形の斜め面には折曲げ爪12を設け、端板の下端34が本体の下端内面13に当接して隙間の出ないようにA、Bの寸法関係を設定した角穴33に内側から折り曲げ爪12を嵌合させた後折り曲げることにより本体の台形面の端部と端板内面、及び本体下端13と端板34との隙間の発生を防止している。
器具本体1の下端には端板34に当接する面13を設け、側面立ち上がり部分114は加工せず平面とし端板のフランジ部35との隙間を無くすため天井に当たる面15に本体内側に曲げ込まれた端片16を設け、これを折り曲げて端板の折り曲げ片36に設けた曲げ片37に係止させ端板3の内側と外側への動きも防止する構成とした蛍光灯器具である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、特に11OW器具のように長尺な器風こおいては本体板金の塗装作業が困難なことから塗装作業を廃止できる塗装鋼板の採用が可能となり、本体の側面端部に端板との嵌合係止用の切起しやネジ等を使用せずに確実で美観を損なうことの無いきれいな外観の蛍光灯器具を提供することができる。
