従来、一般的には外出の際、ゴミの出ると予測される場合に、スーパーマーケット等で貰う袋やまとめて売られているゴミ袋を各自折り畳み携帯する事が主流となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のゴミ袋の多くはサイズ、枚数、形状共に家庭内で使用する事を前提に作られており、そのままの状態でバッグ等に入れて携帯するには不適当であった。また、１枚ずつ取り出しづらく使用に手間がかかるという欠点があった。また、ゴミ袋の外見が似ているため屋外ではゴミの分別をする事が困難であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明では、ポリエチレン製の袋体（１）を一定方法で折り畳み複数枚重ねた物を、中央部分に取り出し口の付いたポケットサイズの包袋（２）に収納し袋体を１枚ずつ取り出す事を可能にした携帯用ゴミ袋である。

【発明の実施の形態】
ポリエチレン製の袋体（１）の左辺（１ｂ）と右辺（１ｃ）が中央で接するように折り畳む。次に折合わせ部（１ａ）面を上にしたままポケットサイズの包袋に収納できるように折り畳む。図２の使用例のような持ち手付き袋体の場合、折合わせ部を作った後、持ち手側を内側に収納するように折り畳む。折り畳んだ袋体を折り合わせ部（１ａ）を揃える形で複数枚重ね、中央に取り出し口の付いたポケットサイズの包袋（２）に取り出し口（２ａ）と折り合わせ部（１ａ）が重なるように収納する。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用する時は、包袋中央部より袋体の折り合わせ部をつまみ引き抜く事によって１枚ずつゴミ袋を取り出す事ができる。
また、実施一例として、複数枚重ねた袋体の底面に文字や絵等を書き込んだ紙またはアクリル製の差し込みカードを重ねて包袋に収納する事によって、広告媒体としての有効性を高める。
また、ポリエチレン製の袋体（１）自体に、２種類以上の着色又は文字、絵柄を付けた物を交互に組み合わせ包袋に収納する事によって、使用する際に外見でゴミ袋の識別ができるため、屋外でのゴミの分別処理を容易にし促進する。

【発明の効果】
このように、ゴミ袋をコンパクトに携帯する事ができるため、屋外レジャーや車、列車内でのゴミの持ち帰りを促進し環境美化の一助となり得る。２種類以上の識別可能な袋体を使用した携帯用ゴミ袋では屋外でのゴミの分別処理を促進する。出先での急な汚れ物、子供のオムツやペットの糞等の処理等にも活用する事ができる。また、袋が一枚ずつ取りだせるため、手軽に使え、子供が遠足等に持って行っても楽に使用する事ができる。
また、包袋、袋体、差し込みカードに絵や文字等を入れる事で広告媒体としての使用にも有効である。
