荒茶製造工程において、完成した製品は、大海と呼ばれる紙製の大きな袋に20kgから40kgの範囲で入れ、上端を折り曲げ、紐、バンドなどで結束し、輸送、保管したり、あるいはアルミ製の袋に入れこれをダンボール箱に収納している。計量茶詰機は装着された大海、またはダンボール箱に所定量の荒茶を充填する機械である。計量茶詰機に大海、あるいはダンボール箱を装着するシステムは人間が行なう場合と自動で行なうシステムとがある。本作業は通常、朝早く行なわれ、工場規模により異なるが、処理量も数十本から数百本に及ぶ、大変な重労働の作業である。茶詰め作業終了後、作業員が客先よりの注文本数に応じ仕分け作業を行ない出荷する。(特許文献1参照)従来の製茶用自動計量袋詰機では、本発明のように所定の本数が完了した時停止、連絡する手段を備えていなかった。

従来の技術で述べた様に茶詰の作業は早朝の重労働作業である。少しでもこのような作業を軽減する為に注文本数に応じ仕分け作業を行なう工程を省力化し、少しでも数え間違い等の精神的な負担を軽減し作業効率を向上することを課題としている。

本発明は上記のような課題を解決するため、以下のような手段をとる。製茶用計量茶詰機で予めセットされた所定の数量を処理したとき、自動で運転を停止する停止手段及び、音声或はブザー、ベル、ライトで所定の数量が終了したことを連絡する手段を備えた計量茶詰機より構成される。所定の本数のセットは作業員が直接計量茶詰機にセットしたり或は作業員が離れた場所から遠隔操作でセット出来る手段を備えている。

【発明の実施の形態】
計量茶詰機の本数設定装置に、人間が直接あるいは、作業現場より離れた販売事務所等の遠隔場所より必要な本数の設定をした後、計量茶詰機の運転を行ない、予め設定された本数に到達すると到達信号を発し計量茶詰機を停止させ、音声或はベル、ブザー、ライトで終了したことを連絡するものである。

実施例について、図を参照して説明する。図1、図2は計量茶詰機の外形図を示す。本計量茶詰機は荒計量、微量計量の二段計量方式をとっているので、高精度、高能率を実現している。計量手段としてロードセルを利用している。荒茶のストックタンクである合組機(図示しない)より取り出された荒茶はトラフコンベヤ22、バケットコンベヤ1等の搬送機により計量茶詰機に搬送される。大海13に詰める荒茶の量は20kg〜40kgで様々であるが本実施例では30kgで説明する。搬送された荒茶はバケットシュート2を通過して荒茶用計量器3に投入され、30kgより少ない設定値(例えば28.5kg)で荒計量が行なわれる。荒計量された荒茶は、振動台10上で大海保持チャック6に支持された大海13に投入される。この大海保持チャック6への大海13の供給は、作業員がその都度装着する方法と、大海装着装置より自動で装着する方法とがある。大海13に荒茶を投入する間、大海13の下の振動台10で振動を大海13に与え、荒茶が大海13の下方より詰まる様にする。荒茶投入後、大海保持チャック6より解放され、振動台10上に置かれる。この振動台10上の大海13を大海移送装置7により最終計量秤8上に送り、ここで、大海13が30kgになるように、微量投入コンベヤ4により荒茶を大海13へ投入する。所定の30kgになると微量投入コンベヤ4は停止し、1本の大海13の茶詰めは終了する。この繰り返しのサイクルで茶詰め作業が継続される。ダンボール箱の場合は計量値が20kgから30kgの範囲で同様に茶詰めが行われる。

プリセットカウンター12で必要な本数を設定した後、計量茶詰機の運転を上述のサイクルで開始する。所定の30kgになると微量投入コンベヤ4は停止し、1本の大海13の茶詰めは終了する。この繰り返しのサイクルで茶詰め作業が継続される。1本の茶詰めが終わると計量茶詰機制御盤9からプリセットカウンター12へ本数カウンター信号17が送られる。これを繰り返し、予めセットした本数に到達すると本数到達信号16がプリセットカウンター12より発せられ、計量茶詰機制御盤9の停止回路に送られ計量茶詰機が停止し、音声或はベル、ブザー、ライトで作業員及び販売事務所に予めセットした本数が出来たことを連絡する。

図4はプリセットカウンター12の表面を示す。上段は本数カウンター19で43本完成したことを示し、下段は必要な本数を設定するプリセットカウンター20で、本数設定が55本であることを示す。本数カウンター19が55本になったとき、本数到達信号16が発せられる。本実施例では、本数設定装置としてプリセットカウンター12を使用したがタッチパネルタイプの液晶表示器やパソコン等を使用しても良い。

本発明は、以上説明した様に構成されているので、次に記載するような効果がある。従来、人間が行なっていた仕分け作業を必要本数が出来た時、自動で計量茶詰機が停止して、その旨作業員に連絡することが出来るので、その都度仕分け作業が出来る為、間違いが減少し精神的な負担が少なくなり、作業効率があがる。
