所定周波数の信号を出力する発振手段と、
前記電波受信手段より出力された電気信号を前記発振手段より出力された信号と合成して、中間周波数信号に変換する周波数変換手段と、
この周波数変換手段によって変換された中間周波数信号から基準信号を生成する基準信号生成手段と、
前記中間周波数信号と前記基準信号とを乗算する第1乗算手段と、
前記中間周波数信号の位相を変化させて出力する第1位相調整手段と、
この第1位相調整手段より出力された信号と、前記基準信号とを乗算する第2乗算手段と、
この第2乗算手段により乗算された信号の位相を変化させて出力する第2位相調整手段と、
この第2位相調整手段より出力された信号と、前記第1乗算手段により乗算された信号とを加算する加算手段と、

この減算手段により減算された信号を微分する第2微分手段と、
この第2微分手段により微分された信号を増幅して出力する増幅手段と、
この増幅手段より出力された信号と、前記第1加算手段により加算された信号とを加算する第2加算手段と、
