【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台に関し、詳しくは高齢者や足の不自由な人の浴槽への出入りを補助するためのバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
入浴の際の浴槽への出入りは、通常浴槽の側壁を片足の状態で跨ぐ必要があり、高齢者や足の不自由な人等にとっては、体に負担がかかるだけでなく体勢が不安定となるため事故に繋がる危険性も高い。また、高齢者や足の不自由な人の中でも杖等の補助具を使用しても自立歩行が困難な人には入浴補助が必要であり、このような高齢者や足の不自由な人の入浴補助は、大変神経を使い且つ肉体的にも負担のかかる作業である。従来、高齢者や足の不自由な人の浴槽への出入りを補助するものとして、浴槽上方の壁面にその長手方向が水平となるように設置される補助手摺や、浴槽の側壁を利用して設置され且つ水平方向に回転可能な回転座台等がある。

この回転座台は、図６及び図７に示すように浴槽２２の側壁２３の上端部付近に回転座台５０の使用時にその上面が水平となるように設置される基台５１と、該基台５１を前記側壁２３に固定するために前記側壁２３を支持部材５３と共に挟み込むように設置される挟持部材５２と、該挟持部材５２に連結され前記側壁２３の側面外側に沿って設置される支持部材５３と、該支持部材５３にボルト５５によって連結される足部材５４と、該足部材５４の下端部に設置され前記回転座台５０に高齢者や足の不自由な人が腰掛けた際に衝撃を吸収するための緩衝材５６と、前記基台５１の上面に水平方向に回転可能な薄い円柱状の座部５７と、を備えている。なお、前記支持部材５３及び足部材５４は、高齢者や足の不自由な人等が腰掛けた際に、前記浴槽２２の側壁２３に過度の力が加わらないよう、回転座台５０を側壁２３と共に洗い場２０の床面でも支えるように構成したものである（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

高齢者や足の不自由な人が前記回転座台５０を使用して浴槽２２に入る場合、まず浴室内の洗い場２０に行き、浴槽２２に背を向けるような形で図６に示す前記回転座台５０の座部５７に一旦腰掛け、その状態から前記座部５７に体重を載せ、該座部５７を水平方向に体ごと回転させると共に該浴槽２２内へ足を送り込んだ後、座部５７から浴槽２２内へと体を移動させる。また、前記基台５１及びその上面に設けられた座部５７は、図７に示すように未使用時に垂直方向下向きに前記座部５７の上面が前記側壁２３の側面と平行になるような形で折り畳むことができるよう構成されている。

また、図８に示す回転座台６０は、該回転座台６０を浴槽の側壁２３に取付けるための取付け部材６１と、該取付け部材６１を前記側壁２３の上端部に固定するためのボルト６２と、取付け部材６１の上方に設置され且つ水平方向に回転可能な座部６３と、該座部６３を前記取付け部材６１と連結させるために前記座部６３の下部に形成された雄ネジ６４と、該雄ネジ６４を螺合させるために前記取付け部材６１の上面中央部に形成された雌ネジ６５と、を備えている。この回転座台６０は、前記座部６３及び前記取付け部材６１が雄ネジ６４及び雌ネジ６５によって連結されているため、前記座部６３を水平方向に回転させることによって前記取付け部材６１に対して座部６３の高さを調節することが可能である（例えば、特許文献２参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記回転座台５０では、座部５７に体重をのせて座部５７を回転させ、浴槽２２内に足を送り込んだ後に座部５７に座った状態から浴槽２２内へ腰をおろす際に、手で掴む所がないために途中の動作で体勢が不安定となるため、大変危険である。

本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、本発明の目的は、高齢者や足の不自由な人の浴槽への出入りを補助でき、且つ未使用時に邪魔にならないバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台を提供することである。

上記目的を達成するために、請求項１記載のバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台は、浴槽近傍の洗い場及びバスコア壁面に固定されるバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台であって、前記洗い場に垂直に立設される円柱状の支柱と、前記浴槽上方のバスコア壁面にその長手方向が水平となるように固定される手摺兼用控え柱と、前記支柱と前記手摺兼用控え柱とを連結するための連結部材と、前記支柱を前記バスコア壁面に固定するための支柱固定部材と、前記支柱を軸として水平方向に回転可能に設置された回転移乗台本体に座部が折り畳み可能に連結された回転移乗台と、を備えたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係るバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台について図面に基づき説明する。図１に示すように、このバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１は、浴槽２２近傍の洗い場２０及びバスコア壁面２１に固定される高齢者や足の不自由な人が一旦腰を掛けて浴槽２２へ出入りするための回転移乗台であって、天井固定ジャッキ３を調節し天井及び床面を押圧することによって浴槽２２及びバスコア壁面２１近傍の前記洗い場２０に垂直に立設される支柱２と、前記浴槽２２の上方のバスコア壁面２１にその長手方向が水平となるように控え柱固定部材６によって固定される手摺兼用控え柱５と、該手摺兼用控え柱５と前記支柱２とを連結固定するための連結部材７と、前記支柱２を水平方向に支持するために、前記支柱２を前記バスコア壁面２１に固定するための支柱固定部材８及び９と、前記支柱２に対し洗い場２０上方から浴槽２２内上方にかけて水平方向に回転可能に設置される回転移乗台１０と、を備えている。

前記支柱２は、例えばステンレス製の円柱状で中空の長パイプであり、その上端部に前記天井固定ジャッキ３を備えることにより、その長手方向の長さを調節できるように構成されており、浴室内の洗い場２０の床面から天井までの高さに合わせて前記支柱２の長さを調節することが可能である。この支柱２の天井固定ジャッキ３を調節して支柱２の長さを浴室内の洗い場２０の床面から天井までの垂直方向の高さと略同等にした後、前記支柱２が更に長くなるように天井固定ジャッキ３を調節することによって、前記支柱２は浴室の洗い場２０の天井及び床面を押圧し、その押圧力によって垂直に立設する。また、本発明の実施の形態では支柱２を垂直に固定するものとして天井固定ジャッキ３を使用したが、前記支柱２を垂直に固定できるものであれば前記天井固定ジャッキ３に限らず、他の物で固定してもよい。また、前記支柱２は手摺兼用控え柱５、支柱固定部材８及び９によってバスコア壁面２１に固定されており、支柱固定部材８及び９を更に増設することによって、支柱２はより一層安定する。

前記手摺兼用控え柱５は、前記控え柱固定部材６によって浴槽２２上方のバスコア壁面２１にその長手方向が水平となるように固定される長尺部材であり、前記連結部材７によって支柱２と連結されて該支柱２を水平方向に支える。なお、この手摺兼用控え柱５は、高齢者や足の不自由な人の浴槽２２への出入りを補助するための手摺でもあるため、高齢者や足の不自由な人が浴槽２２内から出る際に、浴槽２２内で立ち上がることなく手を伸ばしただけで容易に掴める程度の高さに設置する。

また、前記支柱固定部材８及び９は、前記支柱２を水平方向に支えるために該支柱２とバスコア壁面２１とを連結させるためのものであり、粘着力のある吸着パットを使用すれば、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１の設置は容易である。また、前記支柱固定部材８及び９は、吸着パットに限らず前記支柱２を安定してバスコア壁面２１に固定できるものであれば他のもので構成してもよい。

前記回転移乗台１０は、図２に示すように回転移乗台本体１１及び座部１３によって構成され、全体としては横長の略円盤状部材である。前記回転移乗台本体１１は、前記支柱２を挿通するための支柱挿通孔１１ａを備えると共に前記支柱２を軸として洗い場２０の上方から浴槽２２内の上方まで水平方向に自在に回転可能に構成され、その一端の中央部に座部１３を連結させるために突出した突出部１２と、前記座部１３と回転移乗台本体１１とを連結させるためのボルト１５を挿通するために前記突出部１２に水平方向に形成されたボルト挿通孔１２ａと、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１を使用する際に、前記座部１３が水平となるように該座部１３を支持する支持部材１６と、を備えている。

前記座部１３は、高齢者や足の不自由な人が腰掛けるための座台であり、該座部１３を前記回転移乗台本体１１と連結させるために前記突出部１２が嵌合する凹み部１４と、前記ボルト１５を挿通するために形成されたボルト挿通孔１３ａと、を備えており、回転移乗台本体１１及びこの座部１３はボルト１５をボルト挿通孔１３ａ及びボルト挿通孔１２ａに挿通させることにより連結される。なお、この座部１３は、バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１の使用時にその上面１６が水平となるように前記回転移乗台本体１１及びその下面に固定されている前記支持部材１６によって支えられ、未使用時には前記ボルト１５を中心に上方向に折り畳むことが可能で、健常者にとって邪魔にならないように構成されている。

また、前記回転移乗台本体１１は、前記回転移乗台１０が洗い場２０から浴槽２２方向へ回転する際に該浴槽２２の側壁２３に衝突しないように、また、使用する人の身長等を考慮して、前記支柱２に対してその高さが調節できるよう図３に示すような前記支柱２の上下方向にスライド自在で且つ所定の位置で係止自在な高さ調節部材１７及び係止部材１８を具備しており、支持部材１６の下面に当接するように前記支柱２に設けられる高さ調節部材１７、前記座部１３等の荷重により、高さ調節部材１７の下部内側に形成されたテーパー面１７ａが支柱２の高さ調節部材１７の下部に設置されるゴム等の材質からなる係止部材１８のテーパー面１８ａを押圧し、それにより該係止部材１８がわずかに変形し前記支柱２を締め付けることによって高さ調節部材１７が係止され、回転移乗台本体１１は所定の高さに設置される。すなわち、この高さ調節部材１７及び係止部材１８の上下方向の位置を変えることで、回転移乗台本体１１の高さを任意に調節することが可能である。なお、高さ調節部材１７及び係止部材１８はこれに限定されるものではなく、バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１使用時、すなわち高齢者や足の不自由な人等が座部１３に腰掛けた際に前記回転移乗台１０の高さを一定に保つことができ、且つ容易にその高さを調節できるものであれば、他のもので構成してもよい。

以下、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１の座部１３に高齢者や足の不自由な人が一旦腰を掛けて浴槽２２内に出入りする方法について説明する。

高齢者や足の不自由な人が前記浴槽２２に入る場合、図４に示すように回転移乗台１０の座部１３が破線のように洗い場２０の上方に位置した状態で、一旦回転移乗台１０の座部１３に腰掛けた後、前記手摺兼用控え柱５を手で掴みつつ前記座部１３が浴槽２２の側壁２３を越えて浴槽２２内の上方まで移動するように前記回転移乗台１０を浴槽２２方向へ回転させると共に、前記浴槽２２内へ足を送り込む。その後、前記手摺兼用控え柱５等を掴みながら座部１３から腰を浮かせ、前記回転座台１０を逆方向に洗い場２０方向へ回転させ、手摺兼用控え柱５を支えとして注意しながら浴槽２２内に腰を下ろす。

一方、高齢者や足の不自由な人が浴槽２２内から洗い場２０へ出る場合、前記手摺兼用控え柱５を掴みつつ上体を上げると共に、前記回転移乗台１０をその座部１３が浴槽２２内の上方に位置するまで回転させた後、前記回転移乗台１０の座部１３に腰を下ろす。以降、上記の浴槽２２内へ入る場合と逆の動作で前記回転移乗台１０を浴槽２２の上方から洗い場２０の上方へと回転させて浴槽２２から出る。その後は、前記手摺兼用控え柱５を掴んで座部１３から立ち上がる。

なお、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１は未使用時に図５に示すように回転移乗台本体１１に対してボルト１５を軸として前記座部１３を上方向に折り畳むことが可能で、健常者が体を洗ったり前記浴槽２２に出入りしたりする際に邪魔になることはない。

以上説明した本発明の実施の形態に係るバスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１によれば、高齢者や足の不自由な人が回転移乗台１０の座部１３が洗い場２０の上方に位置する状態で座部１３に一旦腰掛け、前記回転移乗台１０を洗い場２０の上方から浴槽２２内の上方へ回転させつつ該浴槽２２内へ両足を送り込んだ後、手摺併用控え柱５を掴んで浴槽２２に入ったり、又逆の動作により浴槽２２から出ることができるので、高齢者や足の不自由な人が無理な姿勢をとったり体の向きを変えたりすることなく、安全に浴槽２２に出入りすることが可能であると共に、手摺兼用控え柱５が設置されているので、座部１３から立ち上がる動作が容易となる。また、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１は、座部１３を折り畳むことができるので、未使用時に邪魔になることはない。

なお、前記バスコア浴槽簡易パイプ式回転移乗台１は、天井固定ジャッキ３、床面固定部材４、控え柱固定部材６、連結部材７、支柱固定部材８及び９、高さ調節部材１７等によって浴槽２２の側壁２３ではなく、バスコア壁面２１及び浴槽２２近傍の洗い場２０に設置されるため、浴室内の改築等を行うことなく短時間で容易に設置することができるだけでなく、設置位置を変更することも可能である。また、前記回転移乗台本体１１が前記支柱２の上下方向にスライド自在で且つ所定の位置で係止自在な高さ調節部材１７を備えているため、利用する人の身長等に合わせて回転移乗台本体１１の高さを調節することができる。

【発明の効果】
