TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slot machine, a pachinko machine, and other gaming machines provided with variable display means for variably displaying symbols required for a game and control means such as a microcomputer for controlling the variable display.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as such a gaming machine, for example, a slot machine provided with a stop button, a so-called pachislo gaming machine has been known. Generally, this pachislot is a mechanical fluctuation display device configured by arranging a plurality of rotating reels that variably display a plurality of symbols in a front display window or an electrical fluctuation display device that displays a symbol on a reel on a screen. This is performed by aligning a predetermined symbol combination with the variable display device.
[0003]
The game of the pachislot machine is first started when a player inserts a game medium (medal or coin). Then, in response to the start operation of the player, the control means drives and controls the variable display device to rotate each reel, thereby causing the symbols to be variably displayed. The changed symbols stop the rotation of each reel automatically after a certain time or by the stop operation of the player. At this time, when the symbols on the reels appearing in the display window have a specific combination (winning symbol), a profit is given to the player by paying out the game medium.
[0004]
Such a pachislo gaming machine has a plurality of types of winning modes. In particular, when a predetermined winning combination is achieved, there is a case in which a gaming state having better conditions than a normal state is provided for a predetermined period without ending one payout of medals. As such a prize combination, a prize combination (hereinafter, referred to as a “Big Bonus”, hereinafter referred to as “BB”) capable of performing a game that gives a relatively large profit to the player a predetermined number of times, and a relatively small profit to the player. There is a winning combination (referred to as “regular bonus”, hereinafter referred to as “RB”) that allows a given game to be performed a predetermined number of times.
[0005]
In addition, in the pachislot machine, a symbol combination stopped and displayed along an activated pay line (hereinafter, referred to as an "effective line") performs an internal lottery process (hereinafter, referred to as an "internal lottery"). The determination is made based on the lottery result and the stop operation timing of the player. That is, in order for a prize in which medals, coins, etc. are paid out to be established, a prize is won by the above-described internal lottery process (hereinafter referred to as “internal prize”), and the internally-prized prize (hereinafter, “internal The player is required to perform a stop operation at a timing at which the symbol combination indicating the winning combination of "winning combination") can be stopped on the activated line. In other words, no matter how much the internal prize is won, a prize cannot be established if the timing of the stop operation of the player is bad. That is, a gaming machine that requires a technique for performing a stop operation with good timing (a high degree of technical intervention called "eye-catching") is the mainstream at present.
[0006]
As an example of such a gaming machine, when one of a plurality of types of specific winning combinations with the same number of payouts is "internally won", it is notified which specific winning combination has been "internally won", and "pressing" The period in which the number of medals possessed by the player is not reduced or increased on the condition that the number of medals possessed by the player can be increased or the same internal winning combination as the push order in which the player wins by pressing the stop button. A pressing order in which no prize is won is provided, and the number of medals possessed by the player can be prevented from being reduced or increased by notifying the pressing order in which the prize is won (hereinafter referred to as “stop operation assistance”). A game machine having a function of generating a “period”) is provided.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described gaming machine, a situation advantageous to the player such as a stop operation assisting period may occur for a long time or may occur continuously at short intervals, in which case a remarkably large amount of game media will be generated. Often paid out. If the game medium is paid out more than expected, it becomes difficult to set the payout rate on the gaming store side. Also, if there is a possibility that a remarkably large amount of game media will be paid out, the ambition of the player may be excessively fueled, which may impair good manners and a normal manners environment.
[0008]
Under such circumstances, there is a demand for a means for suppressing a large amount of game media from being paid out in a short period of time. Then, as one of the means, it is proposed that a stop state is set when the difference between the IN number and the OUT number (so-called difference number) reaches a predetermined value. However, in a pachislot machine, for example, besides a stop for suppressing payout, a stop is also performed after the end of BB or the like in order to set a game break. In such a gaming machine, when the player is in the hit state, the player cannot recognize the reason for the hit and may be confused.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine capable of suppressing the gambling of a player and capable of accurately recognizing the state of the gaming machine.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, a variable display means for variably displaying a plurality of symbols, an internal winning combination determining means for determining an internal winning combination, and a variable display of the variable display means. A plurality of operation means for stopping, a stop control means for stopping and controlling a variable display operation of the variable display means based on a determination result of the internal winning combination determination means and an operation of the operation means, and the stop control means Game medium payout means for paying out game media when the stop mode of the variable display means stopped by the predetermined stop mode is used, and used game medium integration means for integrating the number of game media used in the game. A payout game medium counting means for integrating the number of game media paid out by the payout means, wherein the total number of used game media integrated by the used game medium integration means is calculated. When the difference between the total number of payout game media accumulated by the payout game medium counting means reaches a predetermined value, stopping means for forcibly interrupting the game, and execution of the stopping means. And a notifying means for notifying.
[0011]
According to such a configuration, when the difference (the so-called difference number) between the total number of used game media and the total number of payout game media reaches a predetermined value (for example, 10,000), the game cannot be continued ( In a gaming machine which is set to a so-called "stopped state", the fact that the difference has been reached because the difference number of the gaming machine has reached a predetermined number is notified, so that the player It becomes possible to accurately recognize the state, and it is possible to prevent a situation in which the player is confused while playing the game.
[0012]
Further, the present invention includes a situation determining means for determining whether or not to generate a game situation in which information necessary for winning the internal winning combination determined by the internal winning combination determining means is generated. It is characterized by the following. According to this configuration, the player can know information for winning a prize, so that a game section in which more game media can be acquired than usual can be provided.
[0013]
Further, the information necessary for winning the internal winning combination determined by the internal winning combination determining means is characterized by including at least the operation order of the stop control means. According to such a configuration, even a beginner who cannot perform so-called eye-catching can acquire many game media by proceeding the game according to a predetermined operation order.

[0031]
The game state includes a general game state (this state is also expressed as “general game”), a general game state during BB (this state is also expressed as “BB operation”), and an RB game state ( This state is also referred to as “under RB operation”). Normally, the normal game state is expressed as "during normal game", the normal game state during BB is expressed as "BB operation", and the RB game state is expressed as "RB operation".

In addition, although the general gaming state may be further classified depending on whether or not the BB or RB has been internally won, since the winning combinations which may be internally won are the same, the classification in this table is shown in the table. Are classified into three states.
[0033]
The types of winning combinations that may be internally won are determined by a so-called probability lottery table (the probability lottery table will be described later), and the probability lottery table is provided for each gaming state. That is, in the games in the same gaming state, the types of winning combinations that may be internally won are the same.

The “RB gaming state” is defined as “when the combination of symbols arranged along the activated line is“ BAR-BAR-BAR ”in the“ general gaming state ”or“ in the BB regular gaming state ”along the activated line. This occurs when the combination of the arranged symbols is “Replay-Replay-Replay” (so-called “JAC IN”), and 15 medals are paid out. The RB starting from the “general gaming state” may be distinguished from the normal RB, and the RB starting from the “general gaming state in BB” may be distinguished from the RB in the BB.
[0036]
The “RB gaming state” is a gaming state in which a predetermined symbol combination “Replay-Replay-Replay” is prepared by betting one medal, and is likely to hit a role that can acquire 15 medals. The maximum number of games that can be played in one "RB gaming state" (this is referred to as "RB game possible number") is twelve. Also, in this RB gaming state, the number of times that a prize can be won (this is referred to as “the number of RB game prizes possible”) is up to eight. That is, the “RB gaming state” ends when the number of games reaches twelve or the number of winnings reaches eight. Then, when the RB gaming state ends, the game shifts to a general gaming state.
[0037]
One BB ends when the normal game state during BB has been played for 30 games, or the game has shifted to the RB game state three times and the third RB ends. Then, when the BB gaming state ends, the game shifts to the general gaming state.
[0038]
In the general game state, when the combination of symbols arranged along the activated line is “Replay-Replay-Replay”, a winning of the replay is established. When the winning of the re-game is established, the same number of medals as the number of medals inserted are automatically inserted, so that the player can play the game without consuming the medals.
[0039]
In the general gaming state or the general gaming state during BB, the symbol combination "Bell-Bell-Bell" is lined up along the activated line, whereby the winning of "Bell Small Role" is established.
Whether or not a prize is won when the internal winning of the "bell small part" is determined by a table number to be described later and the stop order of the player's
[0040]
Further, in the general gaming state and the general gaming state during BB, it is possible to achieve winning such as “small win of plum” or “small win of cherry”, and the number of payouts is as shown in the figure.
[0041]
In the “general game state”, when a “small part of the bell” is internally won, a “stop operation assisting period (AT described later)” period in which a “stop sequence” for realizing the winning is notified. Provided. In this period, when the player is internally elected as the "small part of the bell", the player can surely achieve the winning.

This indicates to the player that the stoppage has occurred due to the difference number exceeding the specified number, and a screen indicating that the stoppage has occurred due to the end of BB or the like is separately provided. It may be provided.
[0070]
Next, the probability lottery table will be described with reference to FIG.
These probability lottery tables are referred to in the probability lottery process. FIG. 12A is used during a general game, and FIG. 12B is used during a general game during BB. It determines the internal winning combination of each game.
[0071]
Each table has a random number range of 0 to 16383, and an internal winning combination is determined using one numerical value extracted from numerical values in this range. For example, during a general game, if the extracted random number value is 2851, the internal winning combination of this game is “bell”. If the extracted random number value is 11036 to 16383 during a general game, the internal winning combination of the game is “losing”.
[0072]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 13 to 17, a stop control table used when the internal winning of the small role of the bell is performed will be described.

Here, in the embodiment, “six types” are adopted as the stop order as described above, and “bell-bell-bell” is performed only when the stop operation is performed in any one of the orders according to the table number. Are arranged along the activated line so that a winning is achieved. For this reason, when the second stop operation is performed, it may be determined whether or not “bell-bell-bell” is arranged along the activated line. For example, “1 (corresponding stop order is“ left center right ”)” is adopted as the table number, and the

FIG. 18 shows an “AT number selection table” and an “AT activation lottery table”. This random number range is 0 to 4095 for the “AT number selection table” and 0 to 255 for the “AT activation lottery table”.
[0090]
First, the "AT number selection table" shown in (a) is for selecting the number of ATs based on the current number of extended games and the extracted random number. In this table, the number of selected ATs includes zero, but if zero is selected here, no AT occurs, meaning that the lottery of AT is lost. In this table, the larger the number of extended homes, the easier it is to win the AT (one or more times are easily selected), and the larger the number of ATs when the winning is made.
[0091]
The "AT activation lottery table" shown in (b) is used when selecting whether or not to activate one AT. Here, when the activation is selected, the number of times of notification of the bell pressing order for 10 games is set. That is, the AT starts here.
[0092]
The command table will be described with reference to FIGS. 19 and 20. These commands are transmitted from the
[0093]
To explain the start command among these commands, the type of the internal winning combination of this game, the gaming state, and the stop control table number selected when the internal winning combination is a bell are transmitted as one command. The same applies to other commands. The commands shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20 are examples, and other than these, information necessary for control performed by the sub-control circuit is transmitted.

If it is not a RAM error, it is determined whether or not the setting key type switch is "ON" (ST6). When the setting key type switch is “ON”, the process proceeds to ST12 after performing the setting process in six stages. When the setting key type switch is "OFF", the process proceeds to ST8. In the process of ST8, it is determined whether or not the battery backup is normal. When the battery backup is normal, after clearing the return address and the unused area of the RAM 78, all registers are returned to the output state at the time of power-off (ST9). It returns to the state at the time of interruption (ST10).
[0097]
If the battery backup is not normal, the initial value of the set value is set (ST11). Subsequently, the entire area of the RAM 78 is cleared (ST12). Here, the processing after ST12 is also performed when the setting key type switch is “ON” in the determination of ST6 and the processing goes through the six-step setting processing. Subsequently, each set value is stored (ST13), and communication data is initialized (ST14). Then, the
[0098]
In the process of ST20, it is determined whether or not the start lever is "ON". When the start lever is "ON", it is determined whether 4.1 seconds have elapsed from the previous game (ST21). Specifically, the determination is made based on the value of the one game monitoring timer set in the process of ST24 described later. When 4.1 seconds have not elapsed from the previous game, the game start waiting time is consumed (ST22), and the process proceeds to ST23.

[0103]
Then, it is determined whether or not all reels have stopped (ST37). If all reels have stopped, the process proceeds to ST38, and if not all reels have stopped, the process proceeds to ST31. . Then, after performing the effect processing at the end of the game (ST38), a winning search is performed (ST39). Subsequently, it is determined whether or not the winning flag is normal (ST40). If the winning flag is normal, the process proceeds to ST42. If the winning flag is not normal, an illegal error is displayed (ST40). ST41), interrupt the processing.
[0104]
In ST42, it is determined whether or not the winning number is 0. Specifically, it is determined whether or not any one of the winning combinations (excluding replays) has been won. Here, if the winning number is not 0, that is, if a winning is achieved, medals are stored or paid out according to the state (whether the BB is operating or the RB is operating) and the winning combination (ST43). , ST44. If the winning number is 0 in the processing of ST42, the processing proceeds to ST44 without performing the processing of ST43. In the process of ST44, a difference number check process is performed (this process will be described later), and the process proceeds to ST45.

FIG. 29 illustrates the difference number check process performed in ST44. First, the number of inserted games is added to a total inserted number counter stored in a predetermined area of the RAM (ST81). Next, the payout number of this game is added to the total payout number counter stored in a predetermined area of the RAM (ST82).
Then, the value of the total inserted number counter is subtracted from the value of the total paid-out number counter (ST83). Then, as a result of the subtraction, it is determined whether or not the difference is equal to or greater than a specified number (for example, 10,000) (ST84). The specified number is a value set in advance. If the difference is equal to or larger than the specified number of sheets, the initial process for stopping is performed regardless of whether the mode is the stopping mode or the non-stop mode (ST85). Then, it waits until the stop release switch is turned on. When the stop release switch is turned on, initial processing for releasing the stop is performed (ST87), and the process returns.
[0109]
FIG. 30 illustrates the settlement processing performed in ST49. First, it is determined whether or not medals are stored (ST90). In this determination, if medals are stored, it is determined whether or not the automatic settlement mode is set (ST91). If it is determined that the automatic settlement mode is set, all the medals corresponding to the number of stored coins are paid out (ST92). If no medals are stored in ST90, or if the automatic settlement mode is not set in ST91, the process proceeds to ST93 without performing the process of ST92.
[0110]
In the process of ST93, it is determined whether or not the mode is the stop mode (ST93). If it is determined that the mode is the stop mode, the initial process for stopping is performed (ST94), and then the process waits until the stop release switch is turned on. When the stop release switch is turned on, an initial process for releasing the stop is performed (ST96), and the process returns. If it is determined in ST93 that the mode is not the stop mode, the process returns to ST94 to ST96 without performing the process.

[0113]
If a start command has not been received in ST101, it is determined whether or not a winning command has been received, that is, whether or not all reels have stopped (ST103). When a winning command is received, an AT chance activation selection process (ST104), an AT stock count selection process (ST105), an AT chance effect process (ST106), and an AT winning determination process (ST107) are sequentially performed, and these processes are performed. Thereafter, the process returns to ST101.
[0114]
If no winning command has been received in ST103, it is determined whether or not a payout management command has been received (ST108). When the payout management command is received, the stop notification process (ST109) is performed, and then the process returns to ST101. If no payout management command has been received in ST108, the process returns to ST101 without performing the process in ST108.
[0115]
FIG. 33 shows the AT chance selection activation process shown in ST104. First, it is determined whether or not the value of the push order notification frequency counter is 1 or more (ST111). In this determination, if the value of the push order notification frequency counter is not 1 or more, that is, if AT is not being performed, it is determined whether or not a bell has been won (ST112). Here, when a bell is won, the AT chance flag is turned ON (ST113), and the process returns. When the value of the push order notification frequency counter is 1 or more in the determination of ST111, or when no bell is won in the determination of ST112, the process is returned to the processing without performing the process of ST113.
[0116]
FIG. 34 shows the AT stock frequency lottery process shown in ST105. In this process, first, it is determined whether or not the AT chance flag is ON (ST121). When it is determined that the AT chance flag is ON, random number lottery is selected based on the AT number selection table, and the AT number is selected (ST122). The number of ATs selected here is stored in a predetermined area of the RAM (ST123). Then, it is determined whether the value stored here is 1 or more (ST124). If it is determined that it is 1 or more, it means that the AT has been won, and the AT winning effect flag is turned ON (ST125). If the AT chance flag is not ON in the determination of ST125, the process is returned as it is.
[0117]
FIG. 35 shows the AT chance effect processing shown in ST106. In this process, first, it is determined whether or not the AT chance flag is ON (ST131). When it is determined that the AT chance flag is ON, an AT chance screen (the selected game shown in FIG. 8) is displayed on liquid
[0118]
FIG. 36 shows the AT winning determination processing shown in ST107.
In this process, first, it is determined whether or not the AT chance flag is ON (ST141).
When it is determined that the AT chance flag is ON, it is determined whether the AT winning effect flag is ON (ST142). If the AT winning effect flag is ON, a jackpot is displayed on the selected card stored in the RAM (ST143). At this time, the number of ATs is displayed together. If the AT winning effect flag is not ON, loss is displayed on the selected card stored in the RAM (ST144). Then, the AT chance flag and the AT winning effect flag are cleared, and the process is returned. If the AT chance flag is not ON in the judgment of ST141, the process is returned as it is.
[0119]
FIG. 37 shows the stop notification processing shown in ST109.
In this process, first, it is determined whether or not the received payout management command indicates a stop by the specified number (ST151). If it is determined that the command is a command indicating stopping by the specified number, an image for notifying the player of the stopping as shown in FIG. 11 is displayed on the liquid
[0120]
FIG. 38 shows the AT execution processing shown in ST102.
First, it is determined whether the value of the notification frequency counter is 1 or more (ST201). If the value of the notification number counter is 1 or more, a pressing order notification process (ST204) is performed. If the value of the notification number counter is not 1 or more, it is determined whether the value of the AT number stock counter is 1 or more (ST202). When the value of the AT number stock counter is not 1 or more, the process is returned, and when the value of the AT number stock counter is 1 or more, the AT activation lottery process (ST203) is performed.
[0121]
When the value of the above-mentioned notification number counter is 1 or more, it indicates that the AT is being performed. When the value of the AT number stock counter is 1 or more, it indicates that the AT is being hidden.
[0122]
FIG. 39 shows the pressing order notifying process shown in ST204.
First, the value of the push order notification frequency counter is decremented by 1 (ST205). Then, it is determined whether or not the internal winning combination of the game is a bell (ST206). If the internal winning combination of the game is not a bell, the process is returned. If the internal winning combination of the game is a bell, information for causing the bell to win based on the selected stop control table number is notified ( ST207), and return the process.
[0123]
FIG. 40 shows the AT activation lottery process shown in ST203.
First, random number lottery is performed based on the AT activation lottery table (ST208). As a result of the lottery, it is determined whether or not the activation has been won (ST209). If the activation has not been won, the process is returned. If the activation has been won, the value of 10 is added to the push order notification frequency counter. Then (ST210), 1 is subtracted from the value of the AT number stock counter (ST211), and the process is returned.
[0124]
The embodiments have been described above, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the selection game using a card has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this as long as one game can be selected from a plurality of games. Further, a configuration in which a plurality of selectable cards and the like may be used.
[0125]
Further, the timing of extracting a random value with reference to the table shown in the embodiment can be performed at an arbitrary timing.
[0126]
In addition, although the AT is notified of the pressing order when the success or failure of the prize is determined by the difference of the pressing order, an AT for notifying the internal winning combination may be adopted.
[0127]
Furthermore, in addition to the slot machine as in the present embodiment, the present invention can be applied to other gaming machines such as a pachinko gaming machine. Furthermore, the game can be executed by applying the operation of such a game machine to a game program that is executed in a pseudo manner for a home game machine. In this case, any recording medium such as a CD-ROM, FD (flexible disk) or the like can be used as a recording medium for recording the game program.
[0128]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the difference between the total number of used game media and the total number of payout game media (so-called difference number) reaches a predetermined value (for example, 10,000), the game continuation is not performed. In a gaming machine that is set to a possible state (a so-called “stopped state”), the player is notified that the game has been stopped because the difference number has reached a predetermined number. Can accurately recognize the state of the gaming machine, and will not be confused during the progress of the game.
