Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a terminal positioning structure for a chair upholstery covering a backrest or a seat cushion. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure for positioning a terminal of the upper fabric that is turned around the periphery of the upper fabric to the back side of a cushion and fastened with a string.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The seat and back of a conventional chair consists of a core material, a cushion material supported by the core material, and an overlying fabric covering the core material, and the periphery of the overlaid material covered on the cushion material is the cushion material and the core. The material is fixed in a wrapped state.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the peripheral edge 102 of the upholstery fabric 101 is turned around the backrest or the back of the seat as one of the methods for wrapping the back of the chair and the front side of the cushion of the seat with the upholstery. Then, pulling the both ends of the tightening cord 105 passed through the tunnel portion 104 formed by the edge stitches 103 applied to the peripheral edge 102 of the upholstery fabric 101 squeezes the peripheral edge 102, and in this state the tightening cord 105 There is a method of attaching both ends (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
As another method, as shown in FIG. 14, a cylindrical member 202 in which a tightening string 205 is pulled out from both ends 204 is formed along the peripheral edge of the overstretch fabric 201, and a cushion material and a core material 203 are also formed. Rotate the periphery of the upholstery fabric 201 wrapped around the back side of the core material 203 and then tighten the tightening cord 205 to wrap the cylindrical member 202 and the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery material 201 between the squeezing cushion material and the core material 203. There is a method of tensioning and fixing the upholstery fabric 201 in a state (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
[0005]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 15, the tape material (or swinging thread) can be sewn to the upper fabric 301 at the same time with two rows of sewing threads 304 sewn on the inner side of the periphery of the upper fabric 301. A tightening string 305 is supplied between the tape material and the upper fabric 301 and attached to the upper fabric 301 while being pressed by the tape material, and the inner portion of the tubular portion 302 formed by decorative sewing including the tape material is tightened. There is also a method in which the upper fabric 301 is tightly fixed by tightening the tightening string 305 in a state in which the 305 can move freely and the cushion material and the core material 303 are wrapped (for example, Patent Document 3). reference).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the tightening of the tightening cord varies depending on the operator, and usually there is at least some small difference when the tightening cord is tied. If the cushioning flexibility is lost, conversely, if the tightening force is too weak, the cushion will be insufficiently tightened and the cushion will be too flexible, and it will be easy to shift back and forth and left and right. There is a problem that the ground tension varies.
[0008]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery of a chair which can make constant the tension of the upholstery covered so that the backrest and the cushion of a seat part may be wrapped.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the invention according to claim 1 is a terminal positioning structure of an overlying fabric which is attached so as to cover a cushion material supported by a core material such as a back or a seat of a chair. The tightening cord that is passed through the inside of the cylindrical member and pulled out from the openings at both ends, and the tightening cord is guided from the inside on the back side of the core material to position the tightening cord, and the overstretched fabric at the time of tightening A cushioning material and a core material, comprising: a stepped portion having a constant circumferential shape and a circumferential length of a peripheral edge of the belt; and a drop-off preventing claw for preventing the tightening string caught on the stepped portion from dropping off from the stepped portion. It is characterized by tightening along the step portion by tightening the tightening string in a state where it is hooked on the step portion after the upper covering is covered so as to wrap around.
[0010]
According to the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery, the tightening cord is fixed by tightening the tightening cord in the state of being hooked on the stepped portion after covering the upholstery so as to wrap the cushion material and the core material. It is positioned so as to have a circular shape and has a constant circular length. In addition, the tightening string after the positioning is uniformed without any change in the loop shape and the loop length because the tightening force is leveled no matter how strongly it is pulled. Therefore, individual differences in the tightening strength at the time of tightening are eliminated, and a certain tension of the upper fabric is realized.
[0011]
Further, as in the invention described in claim 2, it is preferable that the step portion is formed by a circulating groove. In such a case, since the positioning of the upholstery can be performed in a state in which the peripheral edge is accommodated in the groove, the appearance of the seat back is improved. Moreover, since the rigidity of the core material with respect to bending is increased by making the cross-section of the core material into a crank shape, the core material is more preferable as the core material forming the skeleton of the seat.
[0012]
Further, as in the third aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that a retaining piece for preventing the tightening string from slipping over the drop-off preventing claw is provided at the tip of the drop-off preventing claw. In such a case, even when the tightening string is loosened, it is possible to make it difficult to come off by hooking the peripheral portion of the overstretched fabric to the drop-off preventing claw.
[0013]
Further, as in the invention described in claim 4, it is preferable that the step portion is formed so that the step becomes higher than the thickness of the peripheral edge of the upper fabric including the tightening string. In such a case, since the periphery of the upholstery is concealed behind the stepped portion, the unevenness of the seat back is eliminated and the appearance is improved. In addition, in this case, since the peripheral edge of the upholstery fabric does not protrude beyond the extension line of the surface projecting to the lowermost side of the seat back, the upholstery fabric and other members rub against each other. Can be avoided.
[0014]
The terminal positioning structure of the overlying surface of the chair according to claim 5 is a chair in which a seat main body forming a seating surface with respect to a seat base member supported by a leg is movable relative to the seat base member. A joint portion is provided, and an operating lever is formed on the core constituting the seat body. The operating lever has another engaging portion that engages with one engaging portion, and the other engaging portion. For a chair that is movable between a position to be engaged with one engaging portion and a position not to be engaged, a step portion and a drop-off preventing claw are provided on the operation lever so that the cushion material and the core material are wrapped. By tightening the tightening string while being hooked on the stepped portion after covering the overlying ground, tightening is performed along these stepped portions and the return force to the engagement position of the operating lever using this tightening force It is characterized by giving or assisting.
[0015]
In this case, the tightening cord is tightened while the tensioning cord on the upper tension is hooked on the operating lever that moves and changes its position. As a result, a force can be applied in a direction to return the operation lever to its original position. Therefore, for example, even when the operating lever is warped due to the distortion of the core material or the elastic force is deteriorated, the operating lever is depressed except during operation by applying or assisting the returning force to the initial position. In this way, the engaged state can be maintained. In this case, the terminal positioning structure realizes both a function of positioning the peripheral edge to make the tension of the overlying fabric constant and a function of suppressing the warping of the operation lever.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail based on an example of an embodiment shown in the drawings.
[0017]
1 to 8 show an embodiment of the present invention. The present invention relates to a terminal positioning structure of an upholstery 1 of a chair that is attached so as to cover a cushion material 2 supported by a core material 3 such as a back or seat of the chair. Below, the case where the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery place 1 is applied to the seat of a chair is demonstrated as 1st Embodiment of this invention.
[0018]
The end positioning structure of the chair upholstery 1 according to the present embodiment includes the tightening string 5 that passes through the inside of the tubular member 4 on the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery 1 and is drawn out from both end openings 4a, and the core material. (Seat inner shell) A stage in which the tightening string 5 is guided from the inner side on the back side of the seat 3 to position the tightening string 5, and the circumferential shape and the circumferential length of the peripheral edge 9 of the overstretch 1 are fixed during tightening. And a stripping prevention claw 7 for preventing the tightening string 5 hooked on the stepped portion 6 from dropping off from the stepped portion 6 and covering the cushion material 2 and the core material 3 After tightening 1, the tightening cord 5 is tightened in a state of being hooked on the stepped portion 6, thereby tightening along the stepped portion 6.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, the upholstery 1 is covered so as to cover the cushion material 2 supported by the core material 3, and the peripheral edge 9 is constricted on the back side of the core material 3 so as not to be detached from the core material 3. It is fixed and functions as the seat surface side skin of the seat in which the cushion material 2 is housed. In the present embodiment, the tightening string 5 passed through the inside of the cylindrical member 4 at the peripheral edge 9 of the overstretched fabric 1 is used as means for narrowing the peripheral edge 9 of the overstretched fabric 1.
[0020]
The tubular member 4 is formed by rolling a tape material 4 ′ such as a tape-shaped fabric, a plastic sheet, synthetic leather, leather, etc. and sewing it to the upper fabric 1. In the present embodiment, the tape member 4 ′ as the cylindrical member 4 is closed so as to match the both side edges 4 s and is formed into a cylindrical shape, and in other words, the position where the both side edges 4 s are close to the peripheral edge 9 of the overlaid 1. The portion of the tubular member 4 through which the tightening string 5 passes is disposed at a position farther from the peripheral edge 9 of the overlaid fabric 1 than the sewing location (indicated by the seam 16), and is sewn with a sewing machine. At this time, the overlapped edge 4 s of the tape material 4 ′ is sewn to the upper fabric 1, taking care not to sew the thread directly into the tightening string 5. At the same time, an excess edge 17 of the overlying fabric 1 is cut off near the seam 16 with a knife (not shown) attached to the sewing machine. Further, when the tubular member 4 is sewed on the upholstery 1, the tightening string 5 is confined together. For example, when the tape material 4 ′ is fed while being rolled, the tightening cord 5 is confined in the tubular member 4 so as to freely enter and exit by feeding the tightening cord 5 to the inside thereof.
[0021]
Here, the sewing method of the tape material 4 ′ will be briefly described. For example, a method of sewing the tape material 4 ′ with the tape material 4 ′ folded so that the back of the tape material 4 ′ is turned with respect to the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery 1 is adopted. (Refer to FIG. 5) In the present embodiment, on the contrary, a method of sewing with the edge 4s of the tape material 4 'rounded close to the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery 1 is employed (see FIG. 5). 6), after that, the upholstery 1 is turned over (see FIG. 7). In the case of the sewing method shown in FIG. 5, not only the tubular member 4 is exposed on the back of the seat and the appearance is bad, but also the edge 4s of the tubular member 4 and the seam 16 are other members (for example, a seat outer shell or the like). 6), the sewing method shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 improves the appearance because the upper fabric 1 and the edge 4s of the tubular member 4 are hidden. In addition, there is an advantage that fraying hardly occurs when the edge 4s and the seam 16 are covered.
[0022]
The tightening cord 5 is cut at positions where both ends thereof are drawn out from the cylindrical member 4 when the sewing of the tape material 4 ′ is finished. In this state, the tightening cord 5 is movable in the longitudinal direction in the tubular member 4 and can be tightened or loosened freely. As described above, the tubular member 4 in which the tightening cord 5 is pulled out from the openings 4 a at both ends is formed along the peripheral edge 9 of the overlaid fabric 1.
[0023]
The step portion 6 is provided on the back side of the core material 3 so as to guide the tightening cord 5 on the peripheral edge 9 of the overstretched fabric 1. The tightening cord 5 is guided from the inside to guide the tightening cord 5. Positioning is performed, and the looping length of the tightening string 5 at the time of tightening is made constant (see FIGS. 2 and 3). In this case, the core material 3 is formed such that the central portion 3a protrudes to the back side (that is, the side opposite to the cushion material 2), and a step portion is formed by using the step between the protruding central portion 3a and the surrounding portion. 6 is provided (see FIG. 1). The shape of the stepped portion 6 in this case, in other words, how the central portion 3a protrudes is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in the schematic diagram shown in FIG. 3, the entire central portion 3a is rectangular. However, in this embodiment, it is a substantially rectangular shape that is rounded in the front-rear direction of the seat in accordance with the shape of the core material 3 (see FIG. 2). After all, since the shape and size of the stepped portion 6 define the shape and size of the opening portion surrounded by the peripheral edge 9 of the overstretched fabric 1 during tightening, the tension of the overstretched fabric 1 during tightening What is necessary is just to determine suitably so that a desired cushioning property may be obtained in consideration of a condition, the elasticity of the cushion material 2, etc.
[0024]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the step part 6 is formed so that the level | step difference H may become higher than the thickness of the peripheral edge 9 of the upper fabric 1 including the string 5 for fastening. In such a case, the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery 1 which is thicker than the other ground portions by passing the tightening cord 5 while the sealing material 4 ′ is folded, is the shadow of the step portion 6. Since it is hidden and accommodated, the unevenness of the seat back is eliminated and the appearance is improved (see FIG. 1). Moreover, in this case, the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery fabric 1 may protrude beyond the back of the seat beyond the extension line (the line indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 1) of the most protruding surface of the seat (that is, the surface of the central portion 3a). Absent. Therefore, for example, when the core material 3 is used as a seat plate (seat inner shell) that can be slid back and forth with respect to the seat outer shell, it is stretched every time the core material 3 is moved back and forth or rotated. This is advantageous in that the ground 1 can be prevented from rubbing against the seat outer shell and a smooth operation can be ensured.
[0025]
The drop-off preventing claw 7 is a catching claw provided so as to prevent the tightening string 5 hooked on the step portion 6 from falling off the step portion 6. For example, in the case of the present embodiment, the drop-off preventing claw 7 is formed by a plurality of projecting pieces projecting radially outward from the central portion 3a at a height flush with the surface of the central portion 3a (FIG. 1). FIG. 2). In this case, the drop-off preventing claws 7 may be arranged at equal intervals around the step portion 6, but in the case of this embodiment, particularly near the corner (curve) portion of the step portion 6 where the tightening string 5 is easily removed. By arranging many, it can prevent falling off more effectively (see FIG. 2). According to such a drop-off preventing claw 7, when the tightening cord 5 is tightened around the step portion 6 or when the chair is used after tightening, the tightening cord 5 is on the back side of the seat (that is, opposite to the cushion material 2). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tightening cord 5 from being detached from the step portion 6 and the tightening cord 5 and the peripheral edge 9 of the overlying fabric 1 from falling off. Note that a through hole 13 slightly larger than the drop-off preventing claw 7 is provided on the core material 3 at a portion facing the drop-off preventing claw 7 (see FIG. 1).
[0026]
At the tip of the drop-off preventing claw 7, a retaining piece 8 is provided to prevent the tightening string 5 from getting over the drop-off preventing claw 7 and coming off (see FIG. 1). For example, in the present embodiment, the tip end portion of the drop-off preventing claw 7 that is integrally formed so as to be folded substantially vertically toward the side of the upper fabric 1 is used as the retaining piece 8, but another member is the tip of the drop-off preventing claw 7. The retaining piece 8 may be attached later. Needless to say, the drop-off preventing claw 7 and the retaining piece 8 are provided so that the peripheral edge 9 of the overlaid fabric 1 can pass between these and the core material 3. For example, when the distance between the retaining piece 8 and the core material 3 is larger than the thickness of the peripheral edge 9, the peripheral edge 9 can pass without any problem, but this distance is smaller than the thickness of the peripheral edge 9. However, if the drop-off prevention claw 7 has sufficient flexibility, the drop-off prevention claw 7 warps back to the back of the seat when the peripheral edge 9 is pushed between the retaining piece 8 and the core material 3. Can be passed. Further, in the terminal positioning structure of the present embodiment, the through hole 13 is provided for each dropout prevention claw 7, so that when the peripheral edge 9 is inserted between the dropout prevention claw 7 and the core material 3, By allowing the peripheral edge 9 passing by the side to be slightly retracted to the through-hole 13 side, it can be allowed to pass so as to avoid the drop-off preventing claw 7.
[0027]
As described above, according to the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery 1 of the chair according to the present embodiment, the tightening cord 5 is tightened along the periphery of the step portion 6 when the tightening cord 5 is tightened. Is positioned so as to have a constant circular shape and has a constant circular length. After the positioning, no matter how strongly the tightening cord 5 is pulled, the tightening force is leveled, and the circular shape and the circular length are Uniform without changing. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate individual differences in tightening strength at the time of tightening to realize a certain tension, and to eliminate variations among products and to maintain a constant quality.
[0028]
In addition, when tying the tightening string 5 tightened in such a terminal positioning structure, it is preferable that the knot of the string is hidden behind the drop-off preventing claw 7 (see FIGS. 2 and 8). When not hiding behind the drop-off preventing claw 7, a knot-like knot is exposed around the stepped portion 6. However, by hiding behind the drop-off preventing claw 7, the appearance is improved.
[0029]
The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in this embodiment, the core material 3 and the cushion material 2 of the seat that are not provided with the slide mechanism and the rotation mechanism are wrapped with the upholstery 1 so as to constitute a seat with a constant tension. Is suitable for use in a slidable seat. Hereinafter, a second embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a seat having a structure that can slide in the front-rear direction and the front-rear position is positioned in three stages will be described (see FIGS. 9 to 12).
[0030]
The chair of this embodiment includes a seat base member 18 supported by legs (not shown), a seat body 19 that forms a seating surface, and a seat body 19 that is provided on the seat base member 18 and is integrated with the seat base member 18. And a guide member 21 provided on the seat body 19 for guiding the connection member 20. The seat body 19 is slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the seat base member 18. A certain slide mechanism is provided (see FIGS. 9 and 10). The seat body 19 here refers to a portion that can slide back and forth with respect to a seat base member 18 (hereinafter referred to as “seat outer shell” in this embodiment). In this embodiment, it is composed of a “seat inner shell” 3, a cushion material 2, and an overlying fabric 1 (see FIG. 10).
[0031]
The chair of the present embodiment also includes a seat positioning means 22 that switches between an unlocked state that allows relative movement of the seat body 19 with respect to the seat outer shell 18 and a locked state that prohibits relative movement of the seat body 19. (See FIG. 12). The seat positioning means 22 includes, for example, an operation lever 23 provided swingably on the seat inner shell 3, a first engagement portion 24 provided on the operation lever 23, and a second engagement provided on the seat outer shell 18. The seat body 19 and the seat outer shell 18 are prohibited from relative movement by engaging the first engagement portion 24 and the second engagement portion 25 by operating the operation lever 23. An unlocked state in which the seat body 19 and the seat outer shell 18 are allowed to move relative to each other by disengaging the first engaging portion 24 and the second engaging portion 25 by operating the operation lever 23. To do. For example, in this embodiment, a material having flexibility is adopted as the material of the seat inner shell 3, and two notches 26 are made in the seat inner shell 3, and the seat inner sandwiched between the two notches 26. A part of the shell 3 is used as a swingable operation lever 23 (see FIGS. 9 and 11). The operation lever 23 is provided, for example, in the center on the rear end side of the seat. In this case, since the operation lever 23 is hidden behind the back (not shown), the appearance of the chair can be improved. The first engaging portion 24 is, for example, a ridge provided integrally with the operation lever 23 so as to protrude toward the seat outer shell 18. The seat outer shell 18 is provided with a recess as the second engagement portion 25 to be fitted with the protrusion. By providing a plurality of recesses, it is possible to adjust the position of a plurality of seats. For example, in this embodiment, three recesses are provided. The operation lever 23 is set to a position where the ridge is fitted into the recess in the initial position. Therefore, when the operation lever 23 is swung so that the center of the rear end side of the seat body 19 is grasped by hand, the engagement between the ridges and the recesses is released, and the seat body 19 is slidable with respect to the seat outer shell 18. . On the other hand, when the hand is released from the operation lever 23, the operation lever 23 is elastically restored to the initial position, the ridge is fitted into any one of the recesses, and the seat body 19 cannot slide with respect to the seat outer shell 18. .
[0032]
In the chair of the present embodiment in which the seat body 19 that can slide back and forth is positioned in three stages in the front-rear direction by the above-described structure, the convex shape is fitted in the concave portion by the restoring force due to the elasticity of the operation lever 23 (that is, The locked state in which the movement of the seat body 19 is prohibited is maintained, but it is preferable that some force that can provide or assist the returning force is applied when the returning force is not sufficient. That is, for example, the operating lever 23 is lifted due to distortion during molding of the resin seat inner shell 3 or after molding, and the return position is shifted upward, or the return force of the operating lever 23 (or the operating lever 23 after long-term use). In the case where there is a possibility that the return force acting on the return force may become weaker than the appropriate value (see FIG. 12), it is possible to maintain an appropriate locked state by applying a force assisting the return force. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery 1 of the chair according to the present invention is applied to this chair, and the return force of the operation lever 23 is assisted by using the tightening force of the tightening cord 5. ing. A specific configuration is shown below.
[0033]
In the operating lever 23, the tightening cord 5 of the upper fabric 1 is guided from the inside to position the tightening cord 5, and the circumferential shape and the circumferential length of the peripheral edge 9 of the upper fabric 1 are fixed at the time of tightening. A step 6 'for preventing the tightening string 5 that is hooked on the step 6' from falling off the step 6 '(see FIG. 6). 9, see FIG. For example, the step portion 6 ′ and the drop-off preventing claw 7 ′ in this embodiment are substantially the same height and substantially the same radial position as the step portion 6 and the drop-off prevention claw 7 that are closest to the operation lever 23 with the notch 26 therebetween. So that a sharply bent portion is not generated in the tightening string 5 at the time of tightening. Further, the drop-off preventing claw 7 ′ provided on the operation lever 23 is provided so that the tightening string 5 is not easily dropped from the step portion 6 ′ when a seated person or the like operates the operation lever 23 up and down. The width in the circumferential direction is wider than the drop-off preventing claw 7 and the cut in the radial direction is deeper (see FIGS. 9 and 10). In the present embodiment, the retaining string 8 is not particularly provided because the tightening string 5 is not easily detached as described above, but the retaining piece 8 is not provided. It can also be provided that the tightening string 5 is more difficult to fall off.
[0034]
According to the terminal positioning structure of the chair upholstery 1 as described above, as described above, the tightening cord 5 is attached to the operating lever 23 that is elastically deformed while the fastening cord 5 of the upholstery 1 is hooked. Since the tightening string 5 is pulled even if the operation lever 23 is floating, a force can be applied in a direction to return the operation lever 23 to the original position. In this case, the operating lever 23 is applied with a restoring force due to the tightening cord 5 in addition to the restoring force originally provided. For example, even when the operating lever 23 warps due to distortion of the seat inner shell 3 or the elastic force deteriorates. By assisting the restoring force, the operation lever 23 can be pressed down and the locked state can be maintained.
[0035]
Although the case where the operation lever 23 itself has elasticity has been described here, the return force to the initial position is given by some biasing means such as a compression spring instead of the operation lever 23 itself having elasticity. In some cases, there may be a case where the return force of the initial position is given by using the elasticity of the cushion material 2, or a case where no return force is given. In addition, by applying the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery 1 according to the present invention and using the tightening cord 5, it is possible to give the operating lever 23 a return force to the initial position.
[0036]
Further, in the present embodiment, the present invention is limited to the case where the present invention is applied to the operation lever 23 in the seat. However, for example, a movable portion such as an operation lever is provided on a member such as a backrest or a seat, and the movable portion is in an initial position or desired In the case of returning to the position, it is possible to apply a force for returning the movable portion to the initial position or a desired position by using the tightening string 5.
[0037]
In the first embodiment described above, the step portion 6 is formed using the step between the protruding central portion 3a of the seat inner shell (core member) 3 and the surrounding portion (see FIG. 1), in the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery 1 in the present embodiment, a groove is formed around the seat inner shell 3, and the step portion 6 is formed using the step of the groove (see FIG. 10). (See partial enlarged view). In such a case, since the peripheral edge 9 of the upholstery 1 can be positioned in a state of being accommodated in the groove, the appearance of the seat back is improved. Moreover, since the seat inner shell 3 has a crank shape in cross section, the rigidity against bending is increased, so that the seat inner shell 3 is more preferable as a core material constituting the skeleton of the seat body 19.
[0038]
In the second embodiment described above, both the function of positioning the terminal of the upper stretch 1 to make the tension of the upper stretch 1 constant and the function of suppressing the warp of the operation lever 23 are realized at the same time. However, only the latter function may be realized. That is, the seat body 19 that forms a seating surface with respect to the seat base member 18 supported by the legs is a chair that can move relative to the seat base member 18, and is provided with one engagement portion (second engagement portion) provided on the seat base member 18. ) 25 and a core member (seat inner shell) 3 constituting the seat body 19, and another engaging portion (first engaging portion) 24 that engages with one engaging portion 25 and the other The cushion member 2 and the core member 3 are attached to a chair having an operation lever 23 movable between a position where the engaging portion 24 is engaged with the one engaging portion 25 and a position where the engaging portion 24 is not engaged. In this way, tightening is performed by tightening the tightening cord 5 after the overlying fabric 1 is covered, and the returning force to the engagement position of the operation lever 23 can be assisted by using the tightening force. In such a case, as in the second embodiment described above, the operation lever 23 is supplemented with an auxiliary return force by the tightening string 5 in addition to the original return force, so that the operation lever 23 is operated except when it is manually unlocked. The lever 23 can be pressed down and the locked state can be maintained.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the terminal positioning structure of the chair upholstery according to claim 1, the tension string is hooked on the step portion after covering the upholstery so as to wrap the cushion material and the core material. By tightening in such a state, the tightening string can be positioned so as to have a constant circular shape and have a constant circular length. For this reason, after the positioning, no matter how strongly the tightening string is pulled, the tightening force is leveled, and the circular shape and the circular length are made uniform without change. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate individual differences in tightening strength at the time of tightening, to realize a certain tension of the overstretch, and to eliminate variations among products and to maintain a constant quality.
[0040]
In addition, according to the terminal positioning structure of the upholstery of the chair according to claim 2, since the groove is formed around the step portion, the peripheral edge of the upholstery can be positioned in a state of being accommodated in the groove. You can improve the appearance of the back seat. In addition, since the cross section of the core material has a crank shape, the rigidity of the core material against bending is increased, which is more preferable as the core material forming the skeleton of the seat.
[0041]
According to the terminal positioning structure of the chair upholstery according to claim 3, it is possible to prevent the tightening string from slipping over the drop-off preventing claw by providing the retaining piece at the tip of the drop-off preventing claw. . For this reason, even when the tightening cord is loosened, the peripheral portion of the overstretch can be hooked on the drop-off preventing claw so that it cannot be easily removed.
[0042]
Further, according to the terminal positioning structure of the upper surface of the chair according to claim 4, the step is formed so that the step is higher than the thickness of the periphery of the upper surface including the tightening string. The perimeter of the upholstery will be hidden behind the steps, and the unevenness of the back of the seat will disappear, making it more attractive. In addition, in this case, since the peripheral edge of the upholstery fabric does not protrude beyond the seat back side beyond the extension line of the surface protruding to the lowermost side of the seat back, the upper cover fabric and other members rub against each other. Can be ensured and smooth operation can be ensured.
[0043]
According to the terminal positioning structure of the upper fabric of the chair according to claim 5, since the tightening string is tightened in a state where the tightening string of the upper fabric is hooked on the operation lever, the operation lever is about to float. In this case, a return force in a direction to return the operation lever to the original position can be applied by the tightening string. Therefore, for example, even when the operation lever is warped due to distortion of the core material or the elastic force is deteriorated, the engagement state can be maintained by pressing the operation lever. For this reason, in a chair in which the seat body can be moved relatively, it is possible to prevent the seat body from moving unexpectedly by maintaining a state where the operation lever does not float except during operation.
