【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a supporting body of a flower pot for teaching materials used when observing the growth of vine plants such as morning glory.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a supporting body of a flower pot for teaching materials used when a child cultivates morning glory etc., a plurality of supporting pillars made of rod-shaped bodies standing on a flower pot, and a plurality of holdings connected to the supporting pillar at regular intervals It is generally composed of a frame and used by connecting a holding frame to a support (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
[0003]
However, in the above-described support body, each child had to assemble each holding frame attached to each support body. Such work is difficult for younger children, and there is an adverse effect that it takes time and labor to assemble the column body. Further, when the holding frame and the support column are stored, the holding frame and the support column are likely to be separated, and it takes time and trouble to store the storage frame and the storage column.
[0004]
Therefore, there are provided folding-type struts that can be attached to the holding frame in advance and can be made flat by moving the holding frame up and down (for example, Patent Document 3, Patent Document 4, (See Patent Document 5).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The support frame for support described in Patent Document 3 described above includes a pair of fixed rods to which each pair of columns is fixed, and a pair of pivots connected to both ends of the fixed rod so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis. An unfolding posture in which each support column is connected substantially vertically to a horizontal support frame, and by rotating the swing rod around a horizontal axis with respect to each fixed rod, The holding frame can be selectively transformed into a folding posture so as to substantially follow each support column. And according to this support frame for support | pillars, the assembly | attachment operation | work of a support | pillar is easy and can be folded and stored compactly.
[0007]
However, in the support frame for support described above, it is not possible to make it smaller than the width of the fixed rod even in the folded posture.
[0008]
The present invention has been created in view of such circumstances, and provides a support body of a flower pot that can be folded smaller.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is used when cultivating vines such as morning glory, and a plurality of support posts inserted into support holes formed in a flower pot, and a regular interval between these support posts. A plurality of holding frames connected to each other, and a supporting body of a flowerpot, wherein the holding frame is formed by rotatably connecting opposing tip portions of a pair of holding frame bodies. An unfolded posture in which each support column is connected to the holding frame body through a connecting member so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis, and each support column is connected substantially vertically to the horizontal holding frame, and the holding frame substantially follows each support column. Such a folding posture can be selected, and the holding frame is folded in two so that the holding frame bodies overlap in the folding posture.
[0010]
According to the present invention, the holding frame is formed by pivotally connecting the opposed front end portions of the pair of holding frame bodies, and the support column rotates around the horizontal axis via the connection member. Since the support frame is movably connected, the support frame can be moved to each support column by rotating the support frame around the horizontal axis with respect to the support column from the deployed posture in which the support column is connected to the horizontal support frame substantially vertically. It can be transformed into a folding posture that fits along. Moreover, since the front-end | tip parts which the holding frame body opposes are connected so that rotation is possible, it can be rotated so that a holding frame body may overlap, and a holding frame can be folded in half.
[0011]
Here, in the folding posture of the support body, the posture in which the holding frame is folded in two is hereinafter referred to as “storage posture”.
[0012]
As a result, it is possible to change the support body from the deployed position to the folded position, and to change the storage body into a storage position in which the width dimension is smaller than the width of the holding frame, and the support body can be stored in a small storage space. .
[0013]
The present invention is used when cultivating vines such as morning glory, and a plurality of support posts inserted into support holes formed in a flower pot, and a plurality of holding members connected to these support posts at regular intervals. In the support body of the flowerpot comprising the frame, the holding frame is composed of a pair of holding frame bodies in which both ends of the base piece portion are bent in the same direction to form side pieces, and these holding frame bodies are opposed to each other. The front end portions are formed so as to be rotatable, and the holding frame body of the holding frame excluding at least the uppermost holding frame among the holding frames is in a direction in which the opposing side piece portions approach or separate from each other. The support column is connected to the opposing side piece of each holding frame body via a connecting member so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis, and each support column is substantially perpendicular to the horizontal holding frame. The connected deployment posture and the holding frame are almost along each column. May be selected such folded and attitude, in the folded posture, frame holding as the holding frame overlaps is characterized in that it is folded in two.
[0014]
[0015]
As a result, it is possible to change the support body from the deployed position to the folded position, and to change the storage body into a storage position in which the width dimension is smaller than the width of the holding frame, and the support body can be stored in a small storage space. .
[0016]
In addition, when changing the support column from the deployed position to the folded position, the holding frame body of the holding frame excluding at least the uppermost stage can be expanded and contracted to have the same size as the uppermost holding frame body. Therefore, even when the holding frame sizes in the deployed posture are different, a flat folded posture can be obtained.
[0017]
The present invention is used when cultivating vines such as morning glory, and a plurality of support posts inserted into support holes formed in a flower pot, and a plurality of holding members connected to these support posts at regular intervals. In the support body of the flowerpot comprising the frame, the holding frame is disposed between a pair of holding frame members that are pivotably connected around the vertical axis at a substantially intermediate portion, and a front end portion of the pair of holding frame members facing each other. A pair of oscillating rods, both ends of which are connected to the tip of each holding frame body so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis, and the column is attached to each holding frame body or each oscillating rod Are connected to each other so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis, and each support column is connected to a horizontal holding frame in a substantially vertical manner, and each holding frame body is stepped up and down via a swinging rod. The folding position can be selected with the folding position In, characterized in that the holding frame in the direction in which the swinging rod overlap is clamshell.
[0018]
According to the present invention, the holding frame is composed of a pair of opposing holding frame bodies and a pair of swinging rods whose ends are respectively connected to the tips of the opposing holding frame bodies so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis. Since the support column is attached to each holding frame body or connected to each swinging rod so as to be rotatable about the horizontal axis, each holding unit can be held from the deployed posture in which the support column is connected to the horizontal holding frame substantially vertically. By rotating the swinging rod around the horizontal axis with respect to the frame body, each holding frame body can be transformed into a flat folded posture arranged with a step up and down via the swinging rod. . Moreover, since the substantially intermediate part of each holding frame body is connected so that rotation is possible, each holding frame body can be rotated and it can be folded in half so that a rocking rod may overlap.
[0019]
As a result, it is possible to change the support body from the deployed position to the folded position, and to change the storage body into a storage position in which the width dimension is smaller than the width of the holding frame, and the support body can be stored in a small storage space. .
[0020]

[0051]
On the upper edge of the flower pot A, a collar portion is formed, and a column hole a into which the column 3 is inserted is formed in the collar portion.
[0052]
The column body 1 is packed and shipped with the column 3 attached to the holding frame 2 in advance and in a retracted posture (see FIG. 10).
[0053]
The child first rotates the holding frame body 21 folded in half at the connecting portion 20 around the connecting portion 20 to widen the holding frame 2. In this state, the column body 1 is in a folded posture (see FIG. 9).
[0054]
Next, the support column 3 is rotated around the horizontal axis, and the support column body 1 is set to the deployed posture.
[0055]
Subsequently, the lower ends of the columns 3 are respectively inserted into the column holes a of the flower pot A, and the four columns 3 are erected (see FIG. 8).
[0056]
By the above operation, the support body 1 can be attached to the flower pot A, and the morning glory etc. can be cultivated and observation thereof can be started.
[0057]
And when observation of morning glory is completed and the column body 1 is cleared, the column 3 is pulled out from the column hole a of the flower pot A, and the column 3 is rotated around the horizontal axis to return the column body 1 to the folded posture ( (See FIG. 9).
[0058]
Subsequently, the support frame 1 is placed in the retracted posture by rotating the holding frame 21 around the connecting portion 20 and folding it into two (see FIG. 10). Thus, since the support body 1 can be made small, it can be stored in a small storage space.
[0059]
Next, other embodiment of the support body 1 of the flowerpot of this invention is described with reference to drawings.
[0060]
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state in which the third embodiment of the support body 1 of the flower pot is developed and inserted into the flower pot A, FIG. 13 shows the folded posture of the support body 1 of FIG. FIG. 15 is a partially enlarged view of the telescopic portion 5 of the holding frame 2, wherein (a) is a perspective view thereof, and (b) and (c) are sectional views thereof.
[0061]
This embodiment is formed so that the holding frame 2 expands from the lower side to the upper side in the deployed posture in the above-described second embodiment. For this reason, among the three rectangular holding frames 2, the holding frame body 21 of the holding frame 2 excluding the uppermost holding frame 2 can be expanded and contracted in the direction in which the opposing side piece portions 21a approach or separate from each other. However, only this difference will be described.
[0062]
In the holding frame 2, the expansion / contraction part 5 is provided on the base piece part 21 b sandwiched between the opposing side piece parts 21 a of the holding frame bodies 21 of the holding frame 2 at the middle stage and the lower stage. As shown in FIG. 15A, the stretchable part 5 includes a case 50 and an insertion part 51 that is inserted into the case 50.
[0063]
The inside of the case 50 is a housing portion 50 c that can house the insertion portion 51, and an insertion port 50 a is opened at the tip of the case 50. A step 50b is formed at the boundary between the insertion port 50a and the accommodating portion 50c, and the opening width of the insertion port 50a is set to be smaller than the width of the accommodating portion 50c.
[0064]
On the other hand, a pair of claws 51a is formed at the tip of the insertion portion 51. When the insertion portion 51 is inserted into the case 50 from the insertion port 50a, the claw 51a is locked to the step 50b of the case 50, The insertion portion 51 is movable in the housing portion 50 c without being removed from the case 50. Further, a stopper 51b is formed at the proximal end of the insertion portion 51, and the insertion portion 51 is inserted into the case 50 until the position where the stopper 51b contacts the insertion port 50a. That is, when the insertion portion 51 is inserted from the insertion port 50a of the case 50, the length L from the position where the claw 51a is locked to the step 50b to the position where the stop portion 51b contacts the insertion port 50a of the case 50. Can be adjusted by the stretchable part 5 (see FIGS. 15B and 15C).
[0065]
The method of using the column body 1 having the above configuration is the same as that of the column body 1 of the second embodiment described above. However, when the support column 1 is changed from the deployed position to the folded position, the base piece 21b of the middle and lower holding frame bodies 21 has the same length as the base piece 21b of the uppermost holding frame 21. When the expansion / contraction part 5 is adjusted so as to change from the folded position to the unfolded position, it is necessary to adjust the middle and lower expansion / contraction parts 5 so that the holding frame 2 contracts from the upper side to the lower side. .
[0066]
Next, other embodiment of the support body 1 of the flowerpot of this invention is described with reference to drawings.
[0067]
16 is a perspective view showing a state in which the fourth embodiment of the support body 1 of the flower pot is developed and inserted into the flower pot A, FIG. 17 is a front view showing the folding posture of the support body 1 of FIG. 16, and FIG. FIG. 17 is a front view showing a retracted posture of the column body 1 of FIG. 16. FIG. 19 is a partially enlarged view of the connecting portion of the holding frame body 21 and the swinging rod 22, and FIG. 20 is a partially enlarged view of the connecting portion of the holding frame body 21.
[0068]
The column body 1 according to the present embodiment includes three rectangular holding frames 2 that are enlarged from the bottom to the top, and four that are respectively connected to the holding frames 2 at a set interval in the circumferential direction. When the main part is composed of the support pillars 3 and the holding frame 2 is positioned substantially horizontally, each support pillar 3 can be inserted into a support hole a formed in the upper edge of the flower pot A. .
[0069]
The holding frame 2 is constructed between a pair of U-shaped holding frame bodies 21 whose both ends are bent in the same direction, and the front end portions of the holding frame bodies 21 facing each other, and both ends are the front end portions of the holding frame bodies 21. And a pair of swinging rods 22 connected to each other through a hinge 23 so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis. As shown in FIG. 19, the hinge 23 includes a male part 23 a having insertion holes x formed at both ends of the swing rod 22 and a female part having protrusions y formed at both ends of the holding frame 21. 23b, the male part 23a and the female part 23b are fitted to each other, and the protrusion y is inserted into the insertion hole x so as to be rotatable.
[0070]
Note that the length of the swing rod 22 is set to be equal in each of the uppermost, middle, and lower holding frames 2.
[0071]
In addition, the holding frame 2 integrally has the connection member 4 in the vicinity of the corner portion of the holding frame body 21. The connection member 4 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape with a column attachment port opened corresponding to a column 3 described later. Further, the connection member 4 attached to the support column 3 corresponding to the uppermost holding frame 2 is formed in a cap shape so as to cover the tip of the support column 3 and ensure safety.
[0072]
The connection between the holding frame body 21 and the swing rod 22 is not limited to the hinge 23 described above, and may be made, for example, through a pin or by a thin portion.
[0073]
In addition, a connecting portion 20 is formed at a substantially middle portion of the holding frame body 21. This connection part 20 is comprised by the thin part by which the notch was formed in the holding frame 21 (refer FIG. 20).
[0074]
On the other hand, the support column 3 is a rod-shaped body having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the support hole a formed in the flower pot A, and is attached via the connection member 4 provided on the holding frame body 21 described above. It has been.
[0075]
Note that the holding frame 2 is not limited to three, and may be two or four or more.
[0076]
Further, the connecting portion of the holding frame 21 is not limited to the connection by forming the thin wall portion, but may be rotatably connected by fitting the male portion and the female portion, and may be rotated around the pin. You may make it connect by supporting axially freely.
[0077]
Further, the number of support columns 3 is not limited to four, but may be three, or may be five or more.
[0078]
Next, the usage method of the support | pillar body 1 of the said structure is demonstrated.
[0079]
On the upper edge of the flower pot A, a collar portion is formed, and a column hole a into which the column 3 is inserted is formed in the collar portion.
[0080]
The column body 1 is packed and shipped with the column 3 attached to the holding frame 2 in advance so that the holding frame 2 is spaced from the column 3 at a set interval, and in a retracted posture (see FIG. 18).
[0081]
The child first rotates the holding frame body 21 folded in half at the connecting portion 20 around the connecting portion 20. In this state, the column body 1 is in a folded posture (see FIG. 17).
[0082]
Next, the swing rod 22 is rotated around the hinge 23 to bring the support column 1 into the deployed posture.
[0083]
Subsequently, the lower ends of the columns 3 are respectively inserted into the column holes a of the flower pot A, and the four columns 3 are erected (see FIG. 16).
[0084]
By the above operation, the support body 1 can be attached to the flower pot A, and the morning glory etc. can be cultivated and observation thereof can be started.
[0085]
And when the observation of morning glory is finished and the column body 1 is cleared, the column 3 is pulled out from the column hole a of the flower pot A, and the swing rod 22 is rotated around the hinge 23 so that the column body 1 is folded. Return (see FIG. 17).
[0086]
Subsequently, the support frame body 1 is brought into the retracted posture by rotating the holding frame body 21 around the connecting portion 20 and folding it into two (see FIG. 18). Thus, since the support body 1 can be made small, it can be stored in a small storage space.
[0087]
Next, other embodiment of the support body 1 of the flowerpot of this invention is described with reference to drawings.
[0088]
FIG. 21 is a perspective view showing a state in which the fifth embodiment of the support body 1 of the flower pot is expanded and inserted into the flower pot A, FIG. 22A is a side view showing the expanded posture of the support body 1 of FIG. (B) is a side view which shows the folding attitude | position of the support | pillar body 1 of FIG.
[0089]
The holding frame 2 of the column body 1 is different in that the column 3 is connected to each swinging rod 22 so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis in the above-described fourth embodiment. That is, the support column 3 is positioned on the outer peripheral side of the swing rod 22 via the pin 40 and is pivotally supported so as to be rotatable around a horizontal axis.
[0090]
The support 3 is supported not only on the outer peripheral side of the swinging rod 22 but also on the inner peripheral side. However, when the support 3 is supported on the outer peripheral side, the swinging rod 22 is moved around the horizontal axis. When it is rotated, the support column 3 does not hit the holding frame body 21, so that the support column body 1 can be in a more flat folding posture. The means for pivotally supporting the column 3 to the swing rod 22 is not limited to the pin 40 described above. For example, a projection is formed on the column 3 and a recess corresponding to the swing rod 22 is formed. And it is good also by fitting these convex parts and recessed parts.
[0091]
The usage method of the support body 1 having the above-described configuration is the same as that of the fourth embodiment.
[0092]
Thus, the support body 1 of the present invention is easy to assemble and fold, and can be easily handled even by elementary school children.
[0093]
As mentioned above, although the cultivation of morning glory was demonstrated to the example regarding embodiment of the support | pillar body 1 which concerns on this invention, it is used suitably also for cultivation of not only this but another plant.
[0094]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the support body of the flower pot of the present invention, it can be folded smaller.
