Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a motor drive device that drives a motor by an inverter has been proposed as a device that detects a phase current of the motor and that transforms an output pulse into a measurable output.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the above configuration is adopted, inconveniences such as current measurement error due to ringing, waveform distortion due to extension of pulse output time, reduction in operation range, generation of abnormal noise, and the like occur.
[0004]
In particular, since no analytical method has been proposed for ringing, it is difficult to reduce ringing, and there is a disadvantage that high-speed reaction cannot be performed or measurement accuracy cannot be increased.
[0005]
It is also considered that the pulse current flowing through the DC link can be detected using a shunt resistor. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, a
[0006]
When this configuration is adopted, it is difficult to reduce the influence of noise and increase measurement accuracy, and furthermore, due to the peak voltage due to the inductance of the shunt resistor 35a, current detection cannot be performed except for a long pulse. There is an inconvenience.
[0007]
Moreover, since a resonance current is generated in a circuit composed of the first capacitor 32a, the second capacitor 33a, the shunt resistor 35a, and the wiring inductance for smoothing the rectified output (see FIG. 7), immediately after the

Therefore, detecting a phase current using the shunt resistor 35a has not been put to practical use.
[0010]
[Object of the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides a phase current detecting device capable of quickly and accurately detecting a phase current by eliminating the influence of a resonance current caused by switching of an inverter. It is intended to be.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A phase current detection device according to a first aspect of the present invention is a motor drive device that supplies an output from a PWM inverter to a motor to drive the motor, wherein the phase current detection device detects the phase current of the motor based on a DC link current and a vector pattern to be added. So,
A snubber circuit for suppressing a surge voltage of a DC link portion generated by switching of an inverter is provided.
[0012]
The phase current detection device according to claim 2 employs an RC circuit as the snubber circuit.
[0013]
[Action]
According to the phase current detecting device of the present invention, a motor driving device that supplies an output from a PWM inverter to a motor and drives the motor detects a phase current of the motor based on a DC link current and a vector pattern to be added. In hitting
The resonance current of the DC link portion generated by the switching of the inverter can be converged by the snubber circuit.
[0014]
Therefore, the phase current can be stably detected, the distortion of the current detection waveform can be reduced, and the generation of abnormal noise can be significantly suppressed.
[0015]
According to the phase current detecting device of the second aspect, since an RC circuit is employed as the snubber circuit, the same operation as the first aspect can be achieved with a simple circuit configuration.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a phase current detecting device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a motor drive device incorporating a phase current detection device of the present invention, and Table 1 shows a relationship between an output voltage vector of an inverter (power device) and a switching state of a switching element. is there.
[0018]
[Table 1]
[0019]
Note that Tu + , T v + , and T w + are u-phase, v-phase, and w-phase upper-arm switching elements, respectively, and Tu − , T v − , and T w − are u-phase and v-phase, respectively. , W-phase lower-arm switching elements. In Table 1, ON indicates a state in which the upper-arm switching elements are ON and lower-arm switching elements are OFF, and OFF indicates upper-arm switching. The state where the element is OFF and the switching element of the lower arm is ON is shown.
[0020]
In the motor drive device, a first capacitor (smoothing capacitor) 2a is connected between output terminals of a rectifier circuit 2 having an
[0021]
The
[0022]
Therefore, when the voltage vectors are V0 and V7, all the terminals of the motor 4 are connected to the negative or positive line of the power supply, and the motor 4 is supplied with a voltage for increasing or decreasing the current (hereinafter simply referred to as a voltage). Voltage). When the voltage vector is, for example, V1, the w-phase terminal of the motor is connected to the + line of the power supply, and the other phase terminal is connected to the-line of the power supply. (The u-phase and the v-phase are in the negative direction).
[0023]
In the case of PWM, the magnitude of the voltage is determined by the ratio of the time during which the voltage vector is output in the carrier. Therefore, when the voltages of the respective phases are substantially equal, the voltage vector of a very short period corresponding to the voltage difference between the phases is obtained. (Hereinafter, this is referred to as a short voltage vector). When the output voltage is low, a particularly short voltage vector is output, and the voltage vectors V0 and V7 that do not apply a voltage to the motor 4 occupy most of the period in the carrier.
[0024]
FIG. 2 shows the voltage applied to the motor 4 in two dimensions. The case where a positive voltage is applied to the u-phase and a negative voltage is applied to the w-phase is defined as the u-phase direction. The direction and the w-phase direction are defined, and the magnitude of the voltage is represented by the length of the vector.
[0025]
In this case, the voltage vectors V0 to V7 are arranged as shown in FIG. 2. For example, when outputting an a vector sandwiched between the voltage vector V1 and the voltage vector V3, for example, in a general space vector method, for example, The output is performed while appropriately changing the voltage vector in the order of V0, V1, V3, and V7.
[0026]
When reducing the output voltage (decreasing the length of the vector), the output time of the voltage vectors V0 and V7 is increased, and in order to preserve the direction of the a vector, the output time of the voltage vectors V1 and V3 is reduced. What is necessary is just to keep the ratio constant.
[0027]
In detecting the phase current from the DC link, for example, when outputting the vector a, the w-phase current flows through the DC link during the period when the voltage vector V1 is being output (see the arrow in FIG. 3). During the period when the vector V3 is being output, the phase current can be detected from the DC link by using the property that the current having the opposite polarity of the u-phase current flows through the DC link. {FIG. Method of Detecting Phase Output Current on DC Side ", Tanizawa et al., IEa-94-17 (hereinafter referred to as reference),}.
