本発明は、セキュリティシステム及びセキュリティシステムにおける警戒モードの切替方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば住宅のドア等の施解錠状態を検出する等して、住宅内の異常を監視するセキュリティシステムが提案されている(特許文献1参照)。セキュリティシステムは、警戒モードにおいてドアが開けられたり窓ガラスが割られたりしたときに警報を発するようになっている。このため、夜間や外出時にセキュリティシステムを警戒モードに設定しておくことにより、防犯性を向上させることができる。

このようなセキュリティシステムとして、例えばメカキーを屋外に設けられた警戒モード設定用のキーシリンダに挿入して回動したときに警戒モードに設定し、メカキーを警戒モードへの設定時とは反対方向に回動したときに警戒モードを解除させるようにしたものがある。また、セキュリティシステムとして、ユーザが屋内にある設定スイッチを押圧操作し、所定時間(ディレー時間)内に屋外へ出たときに警戒モードに設定し、ユーザが屋内へ入り、ディレー時間内に屋内にある解除スイッチを押圧操作したときに警戒モードを解除させるようにしたものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、キーシリンダを回動させることによって警戒モードの設定・解除を行うセキュリティシステムにおいては、メカキーをキーシリンダに挿入して回動させる操作が面倒である。また、設定スイッチ、解除スイッチの押圧操作によって警戒モードの設定・解除を行うセキュリティシステムにおいては、例えば、ユーザが設定スイッチを押圧操作してから屋外へ出るまでの間にディレー時間が経過すると、ユーザが屋内にいるのにも拘わらず警戒モードに設定されてしまう。このとき、例えばユーザによってドアが開けられると、住宅内に異常がないのにも拘わらず警報が作動してしまう。

本発明は、このような従来技術に存在する問題点に着目してなされたものである。その目的は、警戒モードの設定・解除が容易なセキュリティシステム及びセキュリティシステムにおける警戒モードの切替方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、携帯可能であってID信号を送信する送信手段と、前記送信手段からのID信号を受信する受信手段と、前記受信手段により受信されたID信号に含まれるIDコードの正否を判定する判定手段と、前記判定手段によりIDコードが正規のものであると判定されたとき、ドア錠を施錠または解錠する施解錠手段と、所定の異常を検出する異常検出手段と、前記異常検出手段の検出機能が有効になる警戒モードとするために操作する操作手段と、前記操作手段から出力される操作信号に基づいて警戒モードに設定する警戒モード設定手段とを備えたことを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1実施形態)
以下、本発明を住宅用のセキュリティシステムに具体化した第1実施形態を図1〜図5に従って説明する。

図1に示すように、セキュリティシステム1は、施解錠制御装置2及び対象物としての住宅3内に設置される住宅用セキュリティシステム4によって構成されている。施解錠制御装置2は、住宅3のユーザ(家人)に所持される携帯機5と、住宅3のドア6内に設置され、携帯機5と相互通信可能な通信制御装置7とを備えている。図2に併せ示すように、ドア6には、屋外側に露出する屋外側アンテナユニット8と、屋内側に露出する屋内側アンテナユニット9が配置されている。これらアンテナユニット8,9には、それぞれLED等の発光素子からなる表示部10が設けられている。本実施形態においてこの表示部10は2色発光ダイオードによって構成されている。屋外側アンテナユニット8には、図3に示す屋外側送信アンテナ8aと屋外側受信アンテナ8bとが設けられている。また、屋内側アンテナユニット9には、図3に示す屋内側送信アンテナ9aと屋内側受信アンテナ9bとが設けられている。なお、本実施形態において、送信アンテナ8a,9aは134kHzの電波を送信可能に設定され、受信アンテナ8b,9bは300MHzの電波を受信可能に設定されている。また、ドア6には2つのドア錠11,12が設けられており、ドア6の屋内側面には、これらドア錠11,12を手動で施解錠可能な図2に示すサムターン11a,12aが設置されている。

図3に示すように、携帯機5は、携帯機側受信回路13、携帯機側マイクロコンピュータ(携帯機側マイコン)14、送信手段としての携帯機側送信回路15、施錠スイッチ16a及び解錠スイッチ16bを備えている。携帯機側受信回路13には受信アンテナ17aが接続され、携帯機側送信回路15には送信アンテナ17bが接続されている。携帯機側受信回路13は、通信制御装置7からのリクエスト信号を受信アンテナ17aを介して受信して、その信号を携帯機側マイコン14に入力するための回路である。

携帯機側マイコン14は、携帯機側受信回路13からのリクエスト信号が入力されたときに、予め設定されたIDコードを含むID信号を出力するための回路である。また、施錠スイッチ16a及び解錠スイッチ16bは、携帯機5の外側面に設けられており、操作されるとその操作信号が携帯機側マイコン14に入力されるようになっている。そして、携帯機側マイコン14は、施錠スイッチ16aが操作された場合にはIDコードと施錠操作コードとを含む施錠操作信号を出力し、解錠スイッチ16bが操作された場合にはIDコードと解錠操作コードとを含む解錠操作信号を出力するようになっている。すなわち、携帯機側マイコン14は複数種の送信信号を出力可能となっている。

携帯機側送信回路15は、ID信号、施錠操作信号及び解錠操作信号を所定周波数(ここでは300MHz)の電波に変調して送信アンテナ17bを介して外部に送信するための回路である。なお、これらID信号、施錠操作信号及び解錠操作信号は、図2に示すドア6付近の屋外側領域A1及び屋内側領域A2内で通信制御装置7と通信可能となっている。

図3に示すように、通信制御装置7は、ドア側送信回路18、受信手段としてのドア側受信回路19及び判定手段としての施解錠制御マイクロコンピュータ(施解錠制御マイコン)20を備えている。ドア側送信回路18には送信アンテナ8a,9aが接続され、ドア側受信回路19には受信アンテナ8b,9bが接続されている。ドア側送信回路18は、施解錠制御マイコン20から出力されるリクエスト信号を所定周波数(ここでは134kHz)の電波に変換し、送信アンテナ8a,9aを介して出力するための回路である。リクエスト信号は、屋外側送信アンテナ8a及び屋内側送信アンテナ9aを介して、図2に示すドア6付近の領域A1,A2に出力される。よって、この領域A1,A2において携帯機5と通信制御装置7との相互通信が可能となる。図3に示すように、ドア側受信回路19は、携帯機5から出力されたID信号を受信アンテナ8b,9bを介して受信し、そのID信号をパルス信号に復調して受信信号を生成するとともに、その受信信号を施解錠制御マイコン20へ出力するための回路である。

施解錠制御マイコン20にはドア錠11,12が電気的に接続されている。この施解錠制御マイコン20は、図示しないCPU、ROM、RAMからなるCPUユニットであり、ドア側送信回路18に対してリクエスト信号を出力する。また、施解錠制御マイコン20には予め設定されたIDコードが記憶されており、施解錠制御マイコン20は、前記受信信号が入力されたときに自身のIDコードと受信信号に含まれるIDコードとを比較する。そして、施解錠制御マイコン20は、それらIDコードが一致したときに、ドア錠11,12に対して駆動信号を出力する。詳しく言うと、施解錠制御マイコン20は、前記ID信号または前記解錠操作信号からなる受信信号が入力されたときに、ドア錠11,12に対して解錠駆動信号を出力し、ドア錠11,12を解錠させる。そして、ドア錠11,12は、施解錠制御マイコン20に対して解錠完了信号を出力する。また、施解錠制御マイコン20は、ID信号からなる受信信号が入力されなくなったときや、前記施錠操作信号からなる受信信号が入力されたときには、ドア錠11,12に対して施錠駆動信号を出力し、ドア錠11,12を施錠させる。そして、ドア錠11,12は、施解錠制御マイコン20に対して施錠完了信号を出力する。すなわち、施解錠制御マイコン20は施解錠手段として用いられている。

施解錠制御マイコン20には、作動時に警戒モードの設定を所定時間(設定許可時間)許可する警戒モード設定許可用のタイマが含まれている。また、施解錠制御マイコン20には、操作手段としての警戒モード設定スイッチ21が電気的に接続されている。警戒モード設定スイッチ21は前記屋外側アンテナユニット8の外側面に配置されている。施解錠制御マイコン20は、警戒モード設定スイッチ21がユーザに操作されたときにドア錠11,12に対して施錠駆動信号を出力し、ドア錠11,12を施錠させるとともに、警戒モード設定許可用のタイマを作動させるようになっている。また、施解錠制御マイコン20は、タイマが設定許可時間を経過する前に警戒モード設定スイッチ21が再度ユーザに操作されると、前記住宅用セキュリティシステム4に対して操作信号としての警戒モード設定信号を出力するようになっている。

図3に示すように、住宅用セキュリティシステム4は、住宅3内に設置される異常検出手段としての異常検知センサ22及びコントローラ23によって構成されている。異常検知センサ22は、住宅3の窓ガラスが割られたことを検知してコントローラ23に異常検知信号を出力する。コントローラ23には、セキュリティ制御マイクロコンピュータ(セキュリティ制御マイコン)24、前記表示部10及び警報部25が電気的に接続されている。表示部10は、セキュリティ制御マイコン24からの出力信号に基づいて点灯する。表示部10は、ドア錠11,12からの施錠完了信号及び解錠完了信号に基づいて、ドア6の施錠状態または解錠状態を表示部10に表示する。本実施形態においてこの表示部10は、施錠状態で緑色点灯、解錠状態で赤色点灯するように設定されている。警報部25は、例えばブザーやスピーカによって構成され、セキュリティ制御マイコン24からの作動信号に基づいて動作する。

セキュリティ制御マイコン24は、ドア錠11,12から出力される施錠完了信号を検知したときに、ドア錠11,12が施錠されているとみなすようになっている。この状態において、施解錠制御マイコン20から警戒モード設定信号が出力されると、セキュリティ制御マイコン24は、住宅用セキュリティシステム4を異常検知センサ22の検出機能を有効化させる警戒モードに設定させるようになっている。すなわち、セキュリティ制御マイコン24は警戒モード設定手段として用いられている。また、セキュリティ制御マイコン24は、ドア錠11,12から出力される解錠完了信号を検知したときに、ドア錠11,12が解錠されているとみなすようになっている。この状態において、施解錠制御マイコン20から警戒モード解除信号が出力されると、住宅用セキュリティシステム4の警戒モードを解除して在宅モードに復帰させるようになっている。それとともに、セキュリティ制御マイコン24は、異常検知センサ22の検出機能を無効化させるようになっている。

ユーザが屋外に移動してドア6が閉じられ、ステップS8において警戒モード設定スイッチ21が操作されると、図5に示すステップS9においてドア錠11,12が施錠され、ステップS10において施解錠制御マイコン20に含まれている警戒モード設定許可用のタイマが作動する。そして、ステップS11において警戒モード設定スイッチ21を再度操作したときに、ステップS12でタイマが作動していると判断され、ステップS13でタイマが警戒モードの設定許可時間を経過していないと判断されれば、ステップS14で住宅用セキュリティシステム4が警戒モードに設定される。なお、ステップS10、S12及びS13の処理は省略されていてもよい。また、ステップS11において警戒モード設定スイッチ21が操作されなかった場合、ステップS12においてタイマが作動していない場合及びステップS13において設定許可時間の経過後に警戒モード設定スイッチ21が操作された場合には警戒モードに設定されることはない。

(1)住宅用セキュリティシステム4を警戒モードに設定するためには、ユーザは警戒モード設定スイッチ21を操作するだけでよい。また、施解錠制御マイコン20がID信号を受信したときには、ドア錠11,12が解錠されるだけでなく警戒モードも解除されるため、警戒モードを解除させるときにユーザの操作は必要ない。したがって、警戒モードの設定・解除が容易になり、セキュリティシステム1の利便性が向上する。
