Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an exterior panel for forming an exterior wall of a building, and particularly to an exterior panel suitable for use when constructing an exterior wall of a so-called exterior insulation structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when heat insulation is applied to the outer wall of a building, a so-called inner heat-insulating structure, in which a heat insulating material is attached to the inside of the skeleton, was usually used. This may cause problems such as peeling of the heat insulating material, generation of mites and mold, and the like. For this reason, recently, an external heat insulating structure in which a heat insulating material is attached to the outside of the skeleton has been attracting attention, and is in widespread use.
[0003]
The outer wall of the conventional outer insulation structure has a structure in which a heat insulating material is reapplied or sprayed on the outside after the skeleton is constructed, but such a structure is mainly used for large-scale buildings and high-rise buildings. In this case, not only is the workability difficult, but it is necessary to prevent rainwater from seeping into the heat insulating material, because it is not possible to ensure sufficient quake resistance and wind resistance including the exterior material. Designs such as adoption of exterior finishing materials and joint splitting are restricted. For this reason, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-23055, for example, an outer heat-insulating exterior panel in which a heat-insulating material also serving as an exterior finishing material is previously implanted into the outer surface of a PC board or a PC formwork for an outer wall has been proposed.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 4-23055 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the outer heat-insulating exterior panel shown in the above-mentioned publication requires that the surface of the heat-insulating material also serves as an exterior finishing material, so that the surface thereof is coated with a ceramic coating, and the material is limited to cellular ceramics and cellular concrete. Therefore, the design and appearance of the outer wall are restricted, and such a concrete-based heat insulating material does not always provide sufficient heat insulating performance, and has not been widely used.
[0006]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an effective exterior panel which can easily construct an outer wall of an outer insulation structure having excellent heat insulation performance and is not subject to restrictions on appearance and design.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is an exterior panel for forming an outer wall of a building, wherein an exterior finishing material is previously attached to an outer surface side of a PC board as a panel body, and the PC board and the exterior finishing material are attached. A concrete extruded plate having a rib anchor formed on a PC board formed on the inner surface thereof is used as an exterior finishing material.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the exterior panel of the first aspect, a gasket is interposed at a joint between the exterior finishing materials.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show an embodiment of an exterior panel of the present invention. In the exterior panel 1 of the present embodiment, an extruded plate 3 as an exterior finishing material is integrally attached to an outer surface side of a PC plate 2 (precast concrete plate) as a panel body, and the PC plate 2 and the PC plate 2 This is a so-called sandwich panel having a structure in which the heat insulating material 4 is laminated in advance between the extruded molded plates 3, and the outer wall of the outer heat insulating structure can be formed only by attaching the exterior panel 1 to the outer peripheral portion of the building.
[0010]
The PC board 2 in the exterior panel 1 itself forms the main body of the outer wall in the same manner as a conventional general PC board for an outer wall, and the reinforcing bars 5 are arranged in a grid pattern in several stages (two stages in the illustrated example). Has been streaked. The extruded plate 3 as an exterior finishing material is of a concrete type. In this example, a long strip plate having a width of about 500 mm is employed, and two rib anchors 3a are integrally formed on the inner surface thereof. The rib anchors 3a are molded and fixed to the PC board 2 firmly and firmly by being driven into and fixed to the PC board 2. Various materials can be used as the heat insulating material 4. For example, a material obtained by spraying urethane foam, attaching a urethane foam board, attaching a polystyrene foam board, or the like can be preferably employed.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, a gasket 6 is interposed between joints between the extruded plates 3. The gasket 6 in the illustrated example has a head portion 6a which is in close contact with the inner surface of the extruded plate 3 and is fixed by the secondary sealing material 7, and a two-stage portion which is pressed in close contact with the small opening surface of the extruded plate 3. With the tongue piece 6b, the gasket 6 alone can maintain excellent water stopping performance and dirt prevention performance around joints for a long time. As a material of the gasket 6, for example, chloroprene (CR), chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), silicone (SR), or the like can be suitably used.
[0012]
In order to manufacture the above-mentioned exterior panel 1, the extruded molding plates 3 are turned inside out (with the inner surface facing upward) and laid down inside a mold for molding the PC board 2, and the extruded molded plates are arranged. A gasket 6 is mounted between the three and fixed with a secondary sealing material 7. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to apply a back surface treatment material 8 on the inner surface of the extruded plate 3 in advance. Then, a heat insulating material 4 having a predetermined thickness is formed on the extruded molded plate 3 by spraying or the like. In this case, the tip of the rib anchor 3a is made to protrude beyond the heat insulating material 4. When a board made of urethane foam or polystyrene foam is used, the board is bonded in advance to the back surface of the extruded plate 3 and laid on a mold. After the gasket 6 is mounted, the connection portion is heat-insulated. Thereafter, the reinforcing bar 5 is set in the form, the concrete is cast, the PC board 2 is molded, and after the predetermined curing period, the form is dismantled. And the exterior panel 1 is completed. The shape of the exterior panel 1 and the dimensions of each part are arbitrary and may be appropriately designed. For example, the thickness of the PC board 2 is about 180 mm, the thickness of the heat insulating material 4 is about 40 mm, and the thickness of the exterior finishing material is about 40 mm. The thickness of the extruded plate 3 is generally about 10 mm, and thus the overall thickness is generally about 230 mm.
[0013]
The above-mentioned exterior panel 1 can be installed on the building only by attaching it to the building, so that the skeleton of the outer wall, the exterior finishing material, and the heat insulating material can be automatically constructed. The work and the exterior finishing work can be omitted, and the construction of the outer wall of the outer insulation structure can be performed extremely easily, which can greatly contribute to shortening the construction period and the number of man-hours.
[0014]
In particular, the above-mentioned exterior panel 1 can be efficiently and accurately manufactured in a PC factory, and is sufficiently inexpensive to be mass-produced to a predetermined standard using a general-purpose heat insulating material 4 and a general-purpose extruded plate 3. It is possible to secure desired heat insulating performance by arbitrarily setting the material of the heat insulating material 4 and the thickness thereof.
[0015]
In addition, since various extruded plates 3 factory-manufactured according to a predetermined standard can be adopted as the exterior finishing material, not only excellent finishing accuracy can be ensured, but also the design of the exterior wall as in the conventional exterior insulation exterior panel described above. The degree of freedom in design can be increased without any restrictions on appearance and appearance. In the past, when a concrete-based extruded plate was used as an exterior finishing material, a simple flat plate was generally screwed to the body, but in that case, the appearance was improved with screws. The rib anchor 3a provided on the inner surface side is driven into the PC plate 2 as described above, so that the extruded molded plate 3 is integrated with the PC plate 2. There is no such concern at all, and the extruded board 3 and the PC board 2 and the heat insulating material 4 laminated therebetween can be completely integrated.
[0016]
In addition, the gasket 6 can sufficiently secure the water stopping performance and the dirt prevention performance at the joint between the extruded molded plates 3 and can be maintained for a long time. In addition, by using such a gasket 6, the joint is filled with a sealing material. This is also advantageous in cost as compared with the case of a general wet sealing method. In particular, in the case of the wet sealing method, it is necessary to invert the PC board 2 and then perform primary sealing on the joints after molding the PC board 2. However, by employing the gasket 6 described above, such a troublesome work is required. Is completely unnecessary.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the exterior panel according to the first aspect of the present invention, a concrete extruded board as an exterior finishing material is driven into the outer surface side of the PC board as the panel body by a rib anchor, and heat insulation is provided between the PC board and the extruded board. Since it has a laminated structure, it can be manufactured efficiently and accurately at a PC factory and at a sufficiently low cost in addition to having sufficient heat insulation performance, and the design and appearance of the outer wall are not restricted. The quality of the anti-seismic and wind resistance including the exterior material can be sufficiently secured, and the adoption of this makes it possible to construct the outer wall of the outer heat-insulating structure with excellent heat-insulating performance extremely easily. It can greatly contribute to shortening and man-hour reduction, and can be applied to large-scale buildings and high-rise buildings without any problems.
[0018]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the gasket for securing the water stopping property is interposed at the joint between the exterior finishing materials, it is possible to prevent rainwater from seeping into the heat insulating material, and to provide excellent water stopping performance for a long time. , And the exterior panel can be manufactured more easily than in the case of the conventional general wet sealing method, which is advantageous in cost.
