Abstract
【解決手段】 上記のステント移植片は一定の生体相容性で高い引張強さおよび耐磨耗性の高度に耐久性の超高分子量ポリエチレン等のような糸の製織、編み処理または編み組み処理により形成した一定の布地により被覆されている1個以上のステント部分を備えている。この1個以上のステント部分はバルーン拡張型または自己拡張型にすることができる。また、上記布地は任意数の既知の材料および技法を利用して上記の各セグメント部分に取り付けることができる。

Description
(1)前記1個以上の支持骨格構造が複数の第1のステント、および一定の第2のステントおよび一定の第3のステントを有している請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(2)前記移植片材料が前記複数の第1のステント、前記第2のステントおよび前記第3のステントにおける一定の外側部分に固定されている実施態様(1)に記載の脈管内ステント。
(3)前記移植片材料が前記1個以上の支持骨格構造の間における複数のけん縮部分を有している請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(4)前記移植片材料が超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(5)前記移植片材料がポリアラミド(polyaramid)を含む請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(7)前記移植片材料が液晶ポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(8)前記超高分子量ポリエチレンの移植片材料が約20デニール乃至約30デニールの範囲内の一定重量を有する一定の糸を含む実施態様(4)に記載の脈管内移植片。
(9)前記移植片材料が超高分子量ポリエチレンの各種混合物を含む請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(10)前記移植片材料が織り状である請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(12)前記移植片材料が編み組み状である請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(13)前記少なくとも1個のコネクターが縫合線を含む請求項1に記載の脈管内移植片。
(14)前記超高分子量ポリエチレン糸が約20デニール乃至約30デニールの範囲内の一定重量を有している請求項2に記載の脈管内移植片。
(15)前記糸が前記移植片材料に織られている実施態様(14)に記載の脈管内移植片。
(16)前記糸が前記移植片材料に編まれている実施態様(14)に記載の脈管内移植片。
(17)前記糸が前記移植片材料に編み組まれている実施態様(14)に記載の脈管内移植片。

- 脈管内移植片において、
1個以上の支持骨格構造、
前記1個以上の支持骨格構造に固定されている一定の生体相容性で、高い引張強さおよび耐磨耗性の、高度に耐久性の薄壁型移植片材料、および
前記移植片材料を前記1個以上の支持骨格構造に接続するための少なくとも1個のコネクターを備えている脈管内移植片。 - 脈管内移植片において、
複数の個別のステント構造、および
前記複数の個別のステント構造における一定の外側部分に固定されている一定の超高分子量ポリエチレン糸により形成されている一定の移植片材料を備えている脈管内移植片。 - 超高分子量ポリエチレン糸により形成されている一定の実質的に管状の構造を備えている脈管内移植片。
