Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chart recorder, and more particularly to a chart recorder that can output information such as a chart remaining amount.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a recording apparatus that measures a signal to be measured and records the measurement result on a continuous recording sheet, for example, a chart recorder is well known.
In such a chart recorder, a roll or foldable chart is used, and the chart is provided with a normal chart remaining amount display mark as a guide of replacement time. reference).
[0003]
FIG. 3 shows an example of this type of chart remaining amount display.
Near the end of the chart (for example, near the remaining 40 cm of the chart), a remaining amount display mark 4 colored, for example, in a red band shape is attached to a side end of the chart. The operator sees this mark and knows when to replace the chart.
Further, there is a case where a chart residual value, for example, 185 cm, 200 cm, or the like is printed in the
[0004]
In addition, the chart recorder is provided with a chart end detection mechanism, and when the chart runs out, the chart end detection mechanism operates to warn the chart end by displaying a message such as "no remaining chart" or operating a chart end notification relay. Some are so.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional chart remaining amount display method has the following problems.
(1) When the operation (recording) is performed at the set recording paper feed speed (chart speed), the display is not made until the date or time when the chart runs out or the recordable time, and the operator calculates from the chart remaining amount and the chart speed. Must ask.
(2) In this method, the operator knows the remaining amount by looking at the chart, and cannot know the remaining amount of the chart from a remote place by communication or the like.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problem, and to display a date, time, or recordable time at which a chart disappears when recording is continued at a set chart speed, and to prevent a chart from running out. It is to provide a chart recorder which can be used.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chart recorder capable of easily confirming the chart remaining amount even from a remote place.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the invention of
In a chart recorder for measuring a signal under measurement and recording the measurement result in a continuous chart, a keyboard for setting a chart speed and a chart remaining value, a memory for storing the chart speed and the chart remaining value, and a chart A chart information calculating means for obtaining and outputting information relating to the chart remaining amount with reference to the remaining amount value is provided.
[0009]
According to such a configuration, when driving (recording) at the set chart speed, the date and time when the chart disappears are automatically obtained. It is not necessary for the operator to calculate by the calculation based on the chart remaining amount and the chart speed as in the related art.
[0010]
In this case, the chart information calculation means calculates the chart feed amount each time the chart is sent, updates the chart remaining value in the memory, and refers to the chart remaining value to obtain the chart remaining amount. Ask for information related to
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the chart information calculation means receives a command for a chart information output request from the outside and outputs information relating to the chart remaining amount to a display device or a communication mechanism for communicating with the outside. Functions can be provided.
This makes it possible to easily confirm information relating to the chart remaining amount even in a remote place.
[0012]
The information relating to the chart remaining amount is at least one of the chart remaining amount, the time until the chart disappears, and the time at which the chart disappears. That is, any one, or any two, or all three can be obtained and output.
[0013]
In addition, a CPU is used as the chart information calculating means, and the CPU updates the chart remaining amount value and calculates information related to the chart remaining amount.
[0014]
When the chart remaining amount reaches the distance set by the keyboard, a signal indicating a chart end is obtained, and a chart end relay is driven or a chart end alarm is generated based on this signal. The chart end can be notified to the outside by e-mail from the communication mechanism.
Thus, a chart end alarm or the like can be output at an arbitrary set distance on the chart.
[0015]
Further, it is possible to optically read a chart remaining amount mark described on a chart and store the chart remaining amount value in the memory. This eliminates the need for the operator to set the chart remaining amount.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a dot recorder showing an embodiment of a chart recorder according to the present invention. In the figure,
[0017]
The

[0019]
Data processing in such a configuration will be described below. A measurement data storage area is allocated to a part of the memory 16 and the measurement data for each channel output from the A / D converter 12 is stored. The measurement data for each channel is switched and selected by the
[0020]
The measurement data stored in the memory 16 is read by the
[0021]
The recording paper is fed at a predetermined paper feed speed specified by the
On the display unit 20, various setting values such as a channel number, measurement data, and paper feed speed output from the
[0022]
The above operation is a general operation of the dot recorder. Hereinafter, the operation unique to the present invention will be described with reference to the processing flow of FIG.
(1) The chart remaining amount is set from the keyboard 18 when the chart is mounted. The set remaining amount value is stored in the memory 16. The chart remaining amount value may be, for example, a unit of length (for example, mm) or the number of steps of a chart drive motor (not shown) of the paper feed mechanism 26. For example, in the case of 0.05 mm per step, the number of steps corresponding to the remaining chart amount of 19.7 m is 394000.
[0023]
(2) The chart speed is set from the keyboard 18. The set value (for example, 100 mm / h) is stored in the memory 16. Note that this set value may be set in advance.
[0024]
(3) Start recording (ON).
For example, recording is started at a chart speed of 90 mm / h, a recording cycle of 10 seconds, and a chart remaining value of 19700 mm.
(4) In the case of the raster scan / intermittent paper feed recording method, since the recording cycle is 10 seconds, 90 (mm / h) / (3600 (seconds) / 10 (seconds)) = 0. The chart is sent by 25 mm.
[0025]
(5) Calculate the chart remaining amount.
The remaining chart amount 19699.75 mm (= 19700−0.25) is obtained from (chart remaining amount) = (set chart remaining amount value) − (paper feed amount), and is stored in the memory 16.
In the case where the number is specified by the number of steps of the chart drive motor (0.05 mm / step), 394000-5 = 393995 steps.
(6) If there is a data request such as the chart remaining amount, the process proceeds to the next (7). If not, repeat steps (4) and (5).
[0026]
(7) When an output request such as the chart remaining amount is issued by the keyboard 18 or external communication (7.1) Chart remaining amount value 19699.75 mm obtained in the above (5). The unit may be m or cm depending on the remaining amount of the chart.
[0027]
(7.2) Calculate by time until chart remaining amount 0 (chart remaining value) / (chart speed value). For example, when the remaining chart value is 19699.75 mm and the chart speed value is 90 m / h, the time is 218 hours, 53 minutes and 10 seconds.
Depending on the chart speed setting value and the chart remaining amount value, the value may be in any unit of year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
[0028]
(7.3) The time when the chart remaining amount becomes 0 is obtained from the time of the chart remaining amount 0 (current time) + (time until the chart remaining amount 0). For example, when the current time is 14:58:45 on April 16, 2002, and the time until the chart remaining amount is 0 is 218: 53: 10, the time when the chart remaining amount becomes 0 is 17:51:55 on the 25th of the month.
[0029]
Note that all of the above arithmetic processing is performed by the
In this case, the output data need not necessarily be the same as the above three data (7.1) to (7.3), and may be any one or two as required.
Further, the data such as the chart remaining amount may be temporarily stored in the memory 16 after calculation, and then read out and used for display or communication.
[0030]
(8) When there is a change in the setting of the chart speed or the setting of the recording cycle The chart feed amount after the end of the trend recording is obtained by using the calculation formula performed in the above (4). This calculation may be performed for each recording timing.
[0031]
(9) When the chart feed is performed, the chart feed amount is obtained (determined by the
[0032]
In the case of digital printing such as list printing and manual printing, the chart feed amount is managed and the chart remaining amount is calculated.
Further, the present invention can be applied not only to a dot recorder but also to a pen recorder (pen model) recorder. In the case of the pen model, since the continuous paper feed is performed, the above-described recording timing corresponds to the paper feed timing (every one step, that is, every 0.05 mm). When the chart speed is 90 mm / h, 3600 / (90 / 0.05) = 2 (seconds), and the pen model can be realized similarly to the dot recorder.
[0033]
The portion composed of the
[0034]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but includes many more changes and modifications without departing from the essence thereof.
For example, in the above embodiment, the chart remaining amount is set when the chart is attached. However, a mark indicating the remaining amount value is attached on the chart, and the mark remaining amount is set by reading the mark by an optical unit or the like. It becomes unnecessary. This is effective when used from the middle of the chart.
[0035]
It is also possible to output a chart end when the chart remaining amount reaches a certain length. The chart end signal can be output, for example, by a chart end relay, or by e-mail via the
[0036]
Furthermore, when outputting the chart end alarm, it is also possible to set how many hours before the remaining amount of the chart becomes zero at the current chart speed setting value, the alarm is output. When the time is set, the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) During the operation (recording) at the set chart speed, the date and time when the chart disappears can be easily confirmed on a display of a chart recorder or the like.
(2) Since it has a communication function, information such as the chart remaining amount can be easily known from a remote place.
