Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of the present application relates to a liquid dispensing container for storing liquid cosmetics, shampoos and other solutions, and in particular, on the shoulder of a bowl-shaped or other hollow container body formed of glass or synthetic resin, Cover the shoulder cover made of molded products of different or different colors to improve the appearance of the product, protect the shoulder of the container body and improve usability, and make the shoulder cover easily separable The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing container with a shoulder cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally used hollow containers containing liquids, especially glass hollow containers containing lotion, etc., decorative parts made of synthetic resin or other materials different from the container body are the neck or shoulder of the container body. In some cases, a liquid storage container is used that enhances the appearance of the container and enhances the aesthetic effect of the container to enhance the contents of the container.
In these conventional products, it is necessary that the decorative part is securely held in the container body during transfer or use. It was firmly fixed with an adhesive or the like so as not to come off carelessly.
[0003]
However, since the disposal of various types of waste has become a major social problem recently, these used empty containers are required to be collected and reused as resources. As a result, when disposing of an empty container, it has become necessary to dispose of the container after separating the container according to the type of material.
[0004]
Therefore, a method for fixing a decorative member in a conventionally used container has been improved so that a decorative part can be easily separated from the shoulder of the container using a screwdriver or a coin. 66941 and others.
As shown in FIG. 7, these liquid storage containers are provided with a screw portion 21b for screwing a lid to a mouth / neck portion 21a of a container body 21 made of glass, and at the shoulder portion 21c of the container body, the mouth / neck portion. An elliptical step portion 21d is formed so as to surround the portion, and a shoulder cover 22 for decoration is detachably fitted and held on the step portion of the shoulder portion.
[0005]
The shoulder cover 22 has a plurality of elastic pieces 22a projecting in an arc shape on the back surface, and a convex groove 22b projecting near the lower end of the elastic piece has a concave groove shape provided on the shoulder portion 21c of the container body. The shoulder cover 22 is attached to the shoulder portion 22 of the container body 21 by being engaged with the step portion 21d.
Then, when discarding the empty container, as shown in FIG. 8, the coin 23 is inserted into the recess 22 c provided in the shoulder cover 22, and the shoulder cover is twisted against the container body 21. The shoulder cover 22 is separated from the container body 21 and discarded separately from the container body.
[0006]
However, in such a container, in order to remove the shoulder cover, a screwdriver or a coin that can be inserted into the recess is necessary, and it cannot be said that it can be easily removed from the container body. There must be a dent enough to insert coins etc. between the container body, there is a problem that the appearance of the cosmetic container etc. deteriorates, and furthermore, when the shape of the shoulder cover is complicated, Molding it requires high dimensional accuracy and molding technology.
[0007]
Therefore, by improving the above-described problems, the shoulder cover, which is a different mounting part from the container body, can be easily removed, so that the separate collection can be easily performed, and the shoulder cover Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-109074 proposes a structure that has a simple structure and does not require a high-level molding technique and can reduce the manufacturing cost compared to the conventional one.
[0008]
The liquid container of the present invention has an opening 32a through which the shoulder cover 32 to be attached to a container containing a solution such as cosmetics can be inserted, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the shoulder cover 32 is placed on the shoulder 31b of the container body, and a discharge tool (pumping pump) 33 provided with a suction pipe is provided on the container. It is inserted into the mouth / neck portion 31a of the main body 31, and screwed into the screw groove of the mouth / neck portion 31a in the screw groove of the tubular portion 33a of the discharge tool and fixed.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 10, the liquid container formed as described above is in contact with the elastic piece 32 a provided on the annular shoulder cover 32 at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 33 a of the discharge tool 33, 32 is held in pressure contact with the shoulder 31b of the container body 31 with a certain pressure by the elastic force of the elastic piece, and further, a decorative cover 35 is attached so as to cover the tubular portion 33a of the discharge tool 33. When not in use, when the cap 34 is put on the discharge tool 33, the lower end of the cap fits into the cylindrical portion of the shoulder cover 32, and the ejection head 33b is configured to be inoperable.
[0010]
When discarding an empty container, the liquid dispensing container configured as described above is held down by the discharge tool by loosening and removing the discharge tool screwed into the mouth and neck of the container body. Since the shoulder cover can be easily removed from the container body, the shoulder cover can be separated from the container body and discarded.
However, the shoulder cover in the liquid dispensing container described above has a skirt portion suspended below the annular body to be inserted into the mouth and neck portion of the container body, and is fitted to the tubular portion of the discharge tool upward. Since the cylindrical portion is provided so as to be further provided with an elastic piece on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and held on the shoulder portion of the container body, the structure becomes somewhat complicated. Since the ejector is held in pressure contact with a cylindrical portion screwed into the mouth and neck of the container, it is suitable for a liquid container using a discharge tool that is screwed into the mouth and neck of the container. It is not suitable for use in other general liquid containers.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The invention of the present application solves the above-mentioned problems, and attaches a foreign decorative member to the shoulder portion of a hollow container made of glass or the like to give the container an aesthetic effect or to the contents. In addition to being able to attach a shoulder cover to give a sense of quality to a liquid container equipped with a pouring tool, it also applies to a general hollow container that does not use a pouring tool containing various solutions. Is also formed so as to be applicable.
