Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a foot-operated spray container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 57-21062, a foot-operated spray container is conventionally known.
[0003]
In this container, a press down head with a nozzle in a conventional aerosol type spray container is provided in a shallow dish shape, and mist is sprayed from a plurality of spray holes to the back of the foot by stepping on a short peripheral wall rising from the outer periphery of the head with a foot. Is provided.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The head of the conventional spray container has a shallow dish shape in which the short peripheral wall stands upright from the outer periphery of the top plate. In order to press down the head by pushing down the short peripheral wall on the back surface of the foot, the short peripheral wall has a thickness of the upper end surface. However, there is a disadvantage that the feeling of contact of the upper surface of the short peripheral wall with the sole of the foot is not preferable because of the pinching.
[0005]
The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages, and additionally provides a lock device for non-use. When the lock is opened and closed, a click feeling and a confirmation sound are obtained to enhance the usability. It is possible.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means, a container body 1 which is urged upward to erect a stem 3 from a central portion of a top wall 2,
A cylindrical base member 11 fitted to the outer periphery of the upper surface of the container body;
A rotating cylindrical member 21 that is fitted to a lower end portion of the base member so as to stand up to an outer peripheral portion thereof;
An upper cylindrical member in which the upper portion of the stem 3 is fitted into the center of the top plate 32 formed in an inverted dome shape, and the lower portion of the peripheral wall 34 hanging down from the outer peripheral portion of the top plate 32 is fitted into the upper inner surface of the cylindrical member 21. Consisting of 31
By lowering the upper cylindrical member and lowering the stem 3, the liquid in the container can be sprayed through the stem and the upper cylindrical member.
[0007]
In addition to the first means as the second means, the base member 11 is formed by hanging the fitting tube 13 from the inner periphery of the flange-shaped top plate 12 and the outer peripheral wall 14 from the outer periphery. Reference numeral 13 is fitted to the short cylinder 4 surrounding the stem 3 from the top wall 2 of the container body, and the outer peripheral wall 14 is fitted to the outer surface of the body 6 of the container body. An arc-shaped first through hole 18 is formed along the inner surface of the lower end of the guide tube 15, and the first leg plate 23 in which the cylindrical member 21 is suspended from the lower surface of the cylindrical member 21 toward the inner surface of the guide tube 15. The first through hole 18 is fitted so as to be rotatable in both forward and reverse directions.
Further, a concave portion 38 is provided at one of the lower end of the peripheral wall 34 and the inner surface of the cylindrical member 21, and a fitting protrusion 24 is provided at the other, and the first leg plate 23 is rotated by the rotation of the cylindrical member 21 so that the first through hole 18 is formed. The fitting projection 24 is inserted into the concave portion 38 so that the upper cylindrical member 31 can be pushed down only in the state where it is located at one end of the upper cylindrical member 31.
[0008]
A third means includes the second means, and a middle-diameter cylinder 16 is erected inside the guide cylinder 15 of the base member 11 concentrically with the guide cylinder, and the outer surface of the medium-diameter cylinder and the guide cylinder 15 An engaging element 17 is attached to one of the inner surfaces of the lower part, and an elastic plate 25 is protruded from the other. By rotating the upper cylindrical member 31 with respect to the base member 11 in both the forward and reverse directions, the first leg plate 23 is moved. When moving from one end of the first through hole 18 to the other end, the distal end of the elastic plate is engaged with the engaging element 17 and elastically deforms, gets over, and then restores elasticity so that a confirmation sound can be emitted.
[0009]
As a fourth means, there is provided the third means, and a pair of engaging elements 17 on the outer surface of the medium-diameter cylinder 16 or the inner surface of the lower part of the guide cylinder 15 corresponding to both ends of the rotation range of the tip of the elastic plate 25. When the first leg plate 23 begins to separate from one end of the first through hole 18 and approaches the other end of the first through hole, the elastic plate tip engages with the engaging elements 17 and 17 to be elastically deformed. Also, when the distal end of the elastic plate is separated from one end of the through-hole and is in contact with or close to the other end of the through-hole, the tip of the elastic plate crosses over the engaging element and is elastically restored to generate a confirmation sound.
[0010]
As a fifth means, there is provided the first, second, third or fourth means and a number of projections 33a are provided between the inner and outer peripheries of the upper surface of the upper cylindrical member 31.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Referring to the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a spray container main body, which has a stem 3 penetrating through a central portion of a top wall 2 and erected by being urged upward, and erects a short cylinder 4 from an outer peripheral portion of the top wall. The trunk 6 is suspended from the outer periphery of the lower end of the short cylinder via the shoulder 5. When the stem is depressed against the bias, the liquid in the container becomes mist and can be ejected. Although an aerosol type container main body is shown in the illustrated example, a pump type may be used.
[0012]
Numeral 11 denotes a cylindrical base member, which hangs a fitting tube 13 formed of an inner and outer double tube from the inner periphery of a wide flange-shaped top plate 12 and places the fitting tube in the short tube 4 of the container body. The outer peripheral wall 14 fitted to the outer surface and hanging down from the outer periphery is fitted to the upper outer surface of the body 6.
[0013]
Further, a guide cylinder 15 is erected from the outer peripheral portion of the flange-shaped top plate 12, and a medium-diameter cylinder 16 is erected from the inside of the guide cylinder concentrically with the guide cylinder 15. An engaging element 17 is provided on the outer surface of the middle diameter cylinder as shown in FIGS. Further, several arc-shaped first through holes 18 are formed along the inner edge of the lower end of the guide cylinder, and second through holes 19 are formed at the inner edge of the lower end of the middle diameter cylinder 16. However, the second through hole may be at another position.
[0014]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a rotating cylinder member, which has a rotating cylinder 22 in which the lower half cylinder portion is rotatably fitted to the inner surface of the guide cylinder 15 so that the upper half cylinder portion rises above the guide cylinder. The first leg plate 23 is hung down from the lower end surface of the moving cylinder into the first through hole 18 by loose fit. It is preferable that an engagement ridge is provided at the lower end of the first leg plate to engage with the lower edge of the first through hole to prevent pulling out. A plurality of fitting projections 24 are vertically provided on the lower inner surface of the rotating cylinder 22, and an elastic plate 25 is projected from the lower inner surface of the fitting projection 24. 16 near the outer surface.
[0015]
Reference numeral 31 denotes an upper cylindrical member, which is suspended from an outer periphery of a top plate 32 provided in an inverted dome shape through an outward flange-like wall 33 having an inner peripheral portion lower and an outer peripheral portion provided slightly higher than the outer peripheral portion. The lower part is fitted to the upper inner surface of the rotary cylinder 22. Further, a nozzle 35 is vertically provided from the center of the top plate, and the stem 3 is fitted to the upper outer surface of the stem 3 so as to be able to press down against the urging force, and a spray hole 36 is formed in the center above the stem. ing. Further, a small number of second leg plates 37 are suspended from the top plate 32, the lower ends of the second leg plates are inserted into the second through holes 19, and the engagement ridges provided at the lower ends of the second leg plates are fitted to the lower edges of the second through holes. Is engaged.
[0016]
The second leg plate 37 and the second through hole 19 connect the upper tubular member 31 to the above-described tubular base member 11 so as to be vertically movable and non-rotatably. The position does not have to be shown, and may be provided at a position that does not interfere with the elastic plate 25 of the rotating tubular member 21 that rotates by a predetermined angle with respect to the tubular base member 11 and the upper tubular member 31.
[0017]
The lower end surface of the peripheral wall 34 is provided in contact with or close to the upper surface of the fitting projection 24 of the rotating tubular member. Also, the same number of recesses 38 as the fitting protrusions 24 are provided on the lower end surface of the peripheral wall, and the fitting protrusions 24 enter the recesses 38 only when the recesses 38 are located above the fitting protrusions. The upper tubular member 31 can be lowered, and at this time, the nozzle 35 pushes down the stem 3 against the urging, and the liquid in the container is ejected from the spray hole 36 as a mist.
[0018]
A plurality of projections 33a are provided between the inner and outer edges of the upper surface of the upper member 31, that is, the upper surface of the outer flange portion 33.
[0019]
The positional relationship among the first through hole 18, the first leg plate 23, the fitting projection 24, and the concave portion 38 is provided as follows. When the first leg plate 23 contacts one end of the first through hole 18 by rotating the rotating tubular member 21 with respect to the tubular base member 11 as shown in FIG. The concave portion 38 is located at the upper side, and spraying can be performed as shown in FIG. 2 by pressing down the upper tubular member 31 in this state. Next, when the rotating tubular member 21 is turned in the opposite direction and the first leg plate 23 comes into contact with the other end of the first through hole 18, the concave portion 38 is disengaged from above the fitting protrusion 24, and thus the fitting protrusion 24 is located at this position. When the lower end surface of the peripheral wall 34 contacts the upper surface, the upper cylindrical member 31 cannot be pressed down.
[0020]
Further, the engagement members 17, 17 on the outer surface of the medium-diameter cylinder 16 and the elastic plate 25 have the following relationship. When the concave portion 38 is located above the fitting projection 24 as shown in FIG. 1 and the first leg plate 23 contacts one end of the first through hole 18, as shown in FIG. When the first leg plate 23 is in contact with the other end of the first through-hole 18 when the first leg plate 23 is in contact with the other end of the first through hole 18, as shown in FIG. Be provided. With this configuration, when the first leg plate 23 starts to separate from one end of the first through hole 18 and approaches the other end of the first through hole, the distal end of the elastic plate engages with the engaging elements 17, 17. When the elastic plate deforms elastically, moves away from one end of the through-hole, and comes into contact with or approaches the other end of the through-hole, the tip of the elastic plate crosses over the engaging element and is elastically restored to generate a confirmation sound.
[0021]
In the illustrated example, the first and second through holes 18 and 19 are each four, the first and second leg plates 23 and 37 are also four each, the fitting projection 24 and the recess 38 are each four, and the elastic plate 25 is A total of two parts were provided, one for each from the lower part of the two fitting protrusions facing each other.
[0022]
Reference numeral 41 denotes a cover cap provided as needed.
[0023]
When the container is used, the foot 51 is placed on the upper tubular member 31 as shown in FIG. 2 with the concave portion 38 positioned above the fitting projection 24 as shown in FIG. 1, and the upper tubular member is pushed down as it is. For example, when the upper portion of the fitting projection 24 enters the concave portion 38, the upper tubular member 31 descends with respect to the container body and the tubular base member 11, and at this time, the stem 3 is also pressed down against the bias. Mist is ejected from the spray holes 36 to attach a deodorant or an aromatic to the sole of the foot. When the foot is released, the stem 3 is raised by the upward bias, the upper cylinder member is raised together, and the spray is stopped by the rising of the stem.
[0024]
After use, the rotating tubular member 21 is rotated with respect to the tubular base member 11 and the upper tubular member 31 to move the fitting projection 24 laterally from below the concave portion 38 so as to abut or approach the lower end surface of the peripheral wall 34. It is sufficient that the upper cylinder member 21 cannot be pushed down.
[0025]
When the rotation cylinder member 21 starts to rotate in both the forward and reverse directions, and when the rotation ends, the elastic plate 25 comes into contact with the engaging element 17 and resiliently recovers after being elastically deformed when the elastic plate 25 moves over. A click feeling is generated and a confirmation sound is emitted.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the structure of the upper tubular member 31 can be simplified, and the top plate 32 of the upper tubular member has an inverted dome shape. Since the peripheral wall 34 is hung from the upper end via the outward flange-like wall 33 and the upper surface of the outward flange-like wall 33 is pressed down by the sole of the foot, an uncomfortable feeling is felt as when the upper end surface of the thin peripheral wall is pushed down. Does not occur.
[0027]
As described in claim 2, the rotating tubular member 21 is rotated in both the forward and reverse directions with respect to the tubular base member 11 and the upper tubular member 31 to position the fitting projection 24 below the concave portion 38 and move from the position. By doing so, it is possible to turn on and off the spraying operation by pressing down the upper tubular member, and there is no danger that the upper tubular member 31 will be inadvertently pushed down and sprayed by keeping it in the off state. Further, since the rotating tubular member 21 is provided so that the first leg plate 23 rotates in a range in which the first leg plate 23 contacts one end to the other end of the first through hole 18, the upper tubular member pressing position and the non-pressable position can be clearly defined. There is convenience.
[0028]
According to the third aspect, a confirmation sound is emitted when the spray position is turned on and off, and a click feeling is obtained when the rotating cylinder member is rotated, so that the usability can be enhanced, According to the fourth aspect, the confirmation feeling is emitted twice and the clicking feeling is obtained twice when the turning cylinder member starts to be turned and when the turning cylinder member is turned, so that the feeling of use can be further improved.
[0029]
By placing the sole on the upper surface of the upper tubular member in a state where the sole cannot be pushed down, the sole can be slid as it is, or the sole can be pushed down or floated. The foot can be massaged with each protrusion.
