Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-114254 A (page 3-4, FIG. 2)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the assembling type packaging container, since many plates such as a side plate, a cover side plate, a folded plate, and a connecting flap are connected to each other at the bottom and the periphery of the lid via an outer folding line, the assembling side plate is used when assembling. However, there is a problem that the assembling work must be bent one by one, and the assembling work is troublesome and time-consuming, and the labor cost and the production cost increase. Further, in the unfolded state, a lot of unnecessary space is generated around the side plate and the like. Therefore, for example, in the case of forming by punching, the unnecessary space is wastefully dropped (dust) and is largely discharged. However, there is also a problem that the waste treatment is extremely troublesome.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can be assembled easily and in a short time, and in the case of corrugated paper or cardboard, it can be manufactured with a minimum amount of material, and the yield is extremely good. An object of the present invention is to provide an assembling-type packaging container that can easily treat garbage because the amount of garbage discharged is small.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a prefabricated packaging container according to the present invention is a prefabricated packaging container formed by folding a pair of rectangular packaging plates having the same size and having a rectangular shape, wherein each of the packaging plates is Are provided with fold curves parallel to the respective side sides at the same interval from the opposite side sides to form side walls between the respective side sides and the respective fold curves. And a pair of cuts which are substantially perpendicular to the side and open at the side are provided.
[0007]
Then, the respective wrapping plates are arranged up and down and bent at the respective folding curves, so that the both side walls of the one wrapping plate and the both side walls of the other cubic plate are substantially orthogonal to each other so that the cuts are mutually formed. Just plug it in and the assembly is complete. In the case of corrugated cardboard or cardboard, the yield can be extremely good and the waste can be made with a minimum amount of material, and there is almost no useless portion. Therefore, the production cost can be reduced and the trash can be easily processed. Further, since the package plate can be delivered to the trader by reducing the volume of the package plate as it is, the transportation fee and storage space can be reduced.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a prefabricated packaging container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 relate to the first embodiment, and FIGS. 4 to 7 relate to the second embodiment.
Although the prefabricated packaging container is described using corrugated cardboard as a material, it may be a cardboard or a synthetic resin plate having high shape retention.
[0009]
First, the prefabricated packaging container A1 according to the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a developed plan view of a pair of envelope plates. Since the two wrapping plates 1a and 1b have the same size and the same shape, only one wrapping plate 1a will be described for convenience. As the wrapping plate 1a, for example, a double-sided cardboard paper formed by laminating a liner on each of the front and back surfaces of a middle plate bent in a wave shape is used. Alternatively, single-sided cardboard paper or double-sided cardboard paper may be used. The wrapping plate 1a is formed in a rectangular shape having a predetermined size, and is located at the same interval position in a direction orthogonal to the wave traveling direction of the middle plate and facing inward from both opposing sides 2a, 2a. Fold curves 3 and 3 are provided in parallel with the respective sides 2a and 2a. Thereby, the side walls 4 and 4 are formed between the side edges 2a and 2a and the fold curves 3 and 3, and the inner wall 5 is formed between the fold curves 3 and 3.
[0010]
The inner wall 5 becomes a bottom wall 5a in one wrapping plate 1a, and becomes a top wall 5b in the other wrapping plate 1b. The folding curve 3 is formed to be thinner than other portions so that the side wall 4 is easily bent, regardless of whether the package plate 1a is a cardboard paper, a cardboard or a synthetic resin plate.
[0011]
In each of the side walls 4, 4, a pair of cuts 6, 6 substantially perpendicular to the side sides 2a, 2a and opened at the side sides 2a, 2a are separated by the same distance L as the distance L between the two folding curves 3, 3. Is provided. The width of each of the cuts 6 is set to be approximately the same as the thickness of the wrapping plates 1a and 1b, and the depth is set to be approximately one half of the size from the side 2a to the folding line 3. I have.
[0012]
The assembling-type packaging container A1 according to the first embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, an assembling method will be described. The pair of wrapping plates 1a, 1b are bent at the respective folding curves 3, 3, and the side walls 4, 4 are erected. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the respective wrapping plates 1a, 1b are arranged vertically and the upper and lower side walls 4, 4 are opposed to each other and projected so as to be orthogonal to each other. The cuts 6, 6 provided on the side wall 4 and the cuts 6, 6 provided on one side wall 4 of the package plate 1a located below are inserted into each other. Similarly, both cuts 6 and 6 are inserted into each other side wall 4.
[0013]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the assembly type packaging container A1 surrounded by the bottom wall 5a, the top wall 5b, and each side wall 4 is completed, and desired articles such as a confectionery and a commercially available lunch box (shown in FIG. 3). Can be accommodated. Moreover, since each of the fold curves 3 and 3 is provided in parallel with the direction in which the waves of the middle plate travel, there is almost no possibility that the entire shape will be out of shape. As described above, the assembling type packaging container A1 can be easily assembled without gluing by simply bending the pair of wrapping plates 1a and 1b and inserting the cuts 6 and 6 into each other, thereby shortening the working time. In the case of corrugated paper or cardboard, each of the wrapping plates 1a and 1b has a rectangular shape, and the width of the cut 6 is only as large as the thickness of the wrapping plates 1a and 1b. Therefore, when the cardboard paper or cardboard is punched to form the wrapping plates 1a, 1b, for example, the width of the cardboard paper or cardboard is set to a multiple of the width of one side of the wrapping plates 1a, 1b. By doing so, hardly any waste (garbage) is hardly generated, which is convenient and facilitates garbage disposal.
[0014]
Furthermore, since the package plates 1a and 1b can be usually transported in a flattened state, the volume can be reduced, the loading efficiency can be increased, and the transportation fee can be reduced. Also, the storage space can be reduced since the volume can be reduced during storage.
[0015]
Next, an assembling-type packaging container A2 according to the second embodiment will be described. The same parts as those in the assembling-type packaging container A1 according to the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 4 is a developed plan view of a pair of envelope plates. In the assembling type packaging container A2 according to the second embodiment, the inner wall 5 corresponding to the top wall 5b of the upper package plate 1c is cut by a cutting line 7 provided substantially in the center and in parallel with the fold curve 3. Have been disconnected. The cutting line 7 may not be parallel to the folding curve 3 but may be oblique or may be a curve, and the shape of the cutting line 7 can be freely selected.
[0016]
The assembling method is the same procedure as in the first embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pair of wrapping plates 1a and 1c are bent at the respective fold curves 3 and 3 to form the side walls 4 and 4. Stand up. Then, the wrapping plates 1a and 1c are arranged vertically (in this case, the halved wrapping plate 1c is positioned at an upper position), and the upper and lower side walls 4 and 4 are opposed to each other and projected so as to be orthogonal. To In this state, the cuts 6, 6 provided on the one side wall 4 of the upper package plate 1c and the cuts 6, 6 provided on the one side wall 4 of the lower package plate 1a are mutually connected. Insert. Similarly, both cuts 6 and 6 are inserted into each other side wall 4.
[0017]
However, in the assembled state, the top wall 5b is opened and closed in a double door manner, so that articles can be easily taken in and out. After the articles are stored, it is preferable to bond the adhesive tape 8 to the upper surface of the top wall 5b which is closed to each other, as shown in FIG.
The same function and effect as those of the prefabricated packaging container A1 according to the first embodiment can also be obtained with the prefabricated packaging container A2 according to the second embodiment.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the prefabricated packaging container according to the present invention is configured such that a pair of wrapping plates is bent at each folding curve, and the side wall of one wrapping plate and the other cubic plate are provided. By simply inserting the cuts into each other so that the side walls are almost perpendicular to each other, the assembly is completed without the need for gluing, and assembling is very simple and can be performed in a short time, thereby reducing labor and production costs. Is achieved. Further, since the package plate can be delivered to the trader while the volume of the package plate is usually widened and reduced as it is, there is an effect that the transportation fee and storage space can be reduced.
[0019]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the two folding curves of the package plate are separated by the cutting line, it is possible to easily take out and put in the articles and to improve the usability.
[0020]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the package plate is formed of cardboard paper or cardboard, when punching out and forming the cardboard paper or cardboard, almost no waste (dust) is generated. Therefore, there is an effect that not only the yield is good, the convenience but also the refuse disposal is easy, and the production cost can be reduced.
