本発明は、原油タンカーの事故等による海上での原油流出に対し、より効果的に流出した原油の浮遊油を回収する無人浮遊油回収装置船に関するものである。

[従来の技術]
従来、海上での原油流出での処理方法としては、原油流出の浮遊油をマットで吸着したり、浮遊油を含む海水を同時に回収後に分離したり、回収船の前面や胴側面に開口部をつくり、浮遊油を取り込む方法等があった。しかし、広範囲での原油流出の浮遊油に対して、また強風や降雨等の悪天候において、短時間で効果的に原油流出の浮遊油を回収処理するには、多くの問題点が見られる。

本発明は、従来の問題点等を解決するため、広範囲の原油流出及び強風や降雨等の悪天候でも短時間で原油流出の浮遊油を効果的に無人で回収処理することを目的とする。

船体1にスポンジシートベルト2を設け、それを駆動装置4でローラー3を回転させて海面17より浮遊油15を取り込み、スクレーパー5でスポンジシートベルト2に付着した回収油16を分離し、油回収横置ドラム6に回収油16を貯える。回収油16が一定量に達するとレベルセンサー13が感知し、自動的に発火燃焼装置7で、発火燃焼する仕組みを設けると共に、リモートコントロール装置8で船体1の推進装置9が作動して、目標とする原油流出の浮遊油15の多いエリアに、無人で自由に移動できる仕組みを設ける手段を講じたものである。

船体1にスポンジシートベルト2を設け、それを駆動装置4でローラー3を回転させて海面17より浮遊油15を取り込み、スクレーパー5でスポンジシートベルト2に付着した回収油16を分離し、油回収横置ドラム6に回収油16を貯える。回収油16が一定量に達するとレベルセンサー13が感知し、自動的に発火燃焼装置7で、発火燃焼する仕組みを設けると共に、リモートコントロール装置8で船体1の推進装置9が作動して、目標とする原油流出の浮遊油15の多いエリアに、無人で自由に移動できる仕組みを設ける構成にする。

[実施例]
原油流出の浮遊油15が海面17に浮遊している場所に、本発明の無人浮遊油回収装置船をリモートコントロール装置8で推進装置9を作動させ、かつスポンジシートベルト2をローラー3で回転させて、スポンジシートベルト2に付着した回収油16をスクレーパー5で油回収横置ドラム6に取り込む。取り込んだ回収油16が一定量に達するとレベルセンサー13が感知し、自動的に発火燃焼装置7が作動し、回収油16が油回収横置ドラム6内で発火燃焼する。さらに、リモートコントロール装置8の遠隔操作で、海上や空から、原油流出の浮遊油15の多いエリアに無人で本体Aを自由に移動させて、浮遊油15を回収処理できる。

[効果]
取り込んだ浮遊油15の回収油16を本体A内の油回収横置ドラム6で回収しながら即時燃焼処理できるので、浮遊油15を回収後の回収油16の保管スペースや油分離等後処理等が不要である。また、本体Aは、無人のリモートコントロール装置8で、海上や空から遠隔操作できるので、広範囲の原油流出及び強風や降雨等の悪天候でも、効果的に原油流出の浮遊油15を回収処理できる。
