【従来技術】
従来知られているこの種のスーツケース構成体等シエル形状体の製法は、ABS樹脂11を板状に引き延ばしながらABS樹脂のカラーフイルム12をラミネートすると共にその表面に圧延ローラにより凹凸模様(エンボス)をつけることによって板状成形素材13を得る工程、当該板状成形素材13を成形機14にクランプ15により固定した後に同成形機14の容器部16内をヒータ(図示せず)により約150℃とすることで、板状成形素材13を軟らかくする工程、軟らかくなったときに上記容器部16内に圧縮空気を注入して成形素材13を風船の様に膨らませる工程、その後に容器部16内に装置した金型17を油圧シリンダー18によって上昇させると共にその上昇が所定の位置に達したときに容器部内を真空引きして軟らかくなった成形素材13を金型17に密着させる工程、その密着後に成形素材13に冷却空気を吹き付けて当該成形素材13を固化する工程、金型17を下降させて成形の完了したシエル形状物を型から外す工程を、列記順になすことよってスーツケース構成体19を得るようにしたものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の技術において述べたスーツケース構成体等シエル形状体の製法は、圧縮空気を注入して成形素材13を風船の様に膨らませる工程があるために、デニムのように伸びにくい材料には向いていないという致命的な問題点があった。

本発明は、上記のような問題点を解消するために案出した今までに無かった新規の、ABS樹脂等合成樹脂の表面にデニム、帆布等布材をラミネートする方法および当該方法により得たスーツケース構成体等シエル形状体を提供することを目的としているものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明に係るABS樹脂等合成樹脂の表面にデニム、帆布等布材をラミネートする方法および当該方法により得たスーツケース構成体等シエル形状体は、ABS樹脂等合成樹脂を板状に引き延ばすと同時にデニム、帆布等布材を表面に圧着することによって、デニム、帆布等布材の裏面がABS樹脂等合成樹脂の表面にめり込んだ高い密着の状態で一体化した板状成形素材を構成する工程、上記の板状成形素材をオーブン等加熱装置に入れて適度に軟らかくまで加熱する工程、上記の軟らかくした成形素材を雄型に載せると共に雌型を下降させるか/もしくは雌型に載せると共に雄型を下降させるかして当該軟らかくした成形素材をシエル形状に成形し、その成形後に雌型/もしくは雄型を上昇させて成形の完了したシエル形状物を型から外す工程、を列記順になすことを特徴とするものである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に依拠して説明する。

先ず、ABS樹脂1を板状に引き延ばすと同時にデニムの生地2を表面に圧着した板状成形素材3を構成する。
そのときABS樹脂の表面部は非常に軟らかいから圧延によって、デニムの微細な凹凸空間に入り込む。言い換えればデニム生地の裏面がABS樹脂の表面にめり込んだ高い密着の状態となって一体化する。

然る後、上記の板状成形素材3をオーブンに入れて約150℃に加熱して軟らかくする。

その後、スーツケース構成体6に従来と同様のアルミ製枠等のパーツを取り付けてスーツケースの片側体(図示せず)を完成する。

本発明は、上記ABS樹脂に代わる他の合成樹脂を採用すること、デニム以外に帆布等布材を使用すること、オーブン以外の加熱装置を使用すること、雌型を下に雄型を上にすることでも実施できる。

因みに、帆布で実施した場合には、当該帆布がデニムに比べて伸びにくいために、角部分で破れる不良品が発生しやい弱点があるので、雄型や製品形状に工夫を施す必要である。

つまり、本発明は、上記説明した例に限定されないものであって、当業者であれば,特許請求の範囲に記載された技術的思想の範疇内において各種の変更例または修正例を想定し実施することができるものである。これ等の実施にも当然に本発明は及ぶものである。

本発明は、上記従来の技術に述べた製法のような、圧縮空気を注入して成形素材13を風船の様に膨らませる工程を全く必要としないものであって、上記の問題点を完全に解消するものであり、所期の目的の完全達成を可能とする著効を奏するものである。また、デニムのような布材を接着材無しでABS樹脂等合成樹脂に確実に固定できるという優れた効果を有しているものである。さらに本発明方法により得たスーツケース構成体等シエル形状体は、仕上がりの良いデニム等布材張り製品であって特異性があり、製品価値の高い著効を有するものである。
