Description

【0001】

【0045】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laboratory bench capable of replacing only a decorative board when it becomes necessary to replace a decorative board, a method of replacing a decorative board in such a laboratory table, and a decorative board for a laboratory bench.
[0002]
In this specification, the term "laboratory table" is used to include a work table.
[0003]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a decorative plate made of a melamine resin or the like has been adhered to the upper surface of an experimental table with an adhesive in order to prevent scratches, stains, and the like. However, since the upper surface of the laboratory table is exposed to severe conditions such as various types of chemicals adhered thereto, it is inevitable that scratches and dirt will be generated on the surface of the decorative board after long-term use. . If the surface of the decorative plate becomes significantly scratched or dirty, it will be necessary to replace the decorative plate with a new one. It was not possible to replace only the decorative board because it was bonded and fixed to the material, etc., which necessitated the disposal of the entire laboratory bench and replacement with a new one. In recent years, there has been a strong social demand for minimizing the amount of waste generated due to the demand for environmental protection, and in addition to decorative panels, which need to be replaced, there are many other types that can still be used. If the entire test bench including components is discarded and replaced with a new one, it cannot meet such social demands for environmental protection and effective use of resources.
[0004]
Therefore, when it is necessary to replace the decorative board, an experimental table having a configuration that can replace only the decorative board is being sought, but such a configuration that can replace the decorative board is as follows. Things have been suggested.
[0005]
For example, a furniture is proposed in which a paper board made of fibrous material is bonded to an upper surface of a base such as a table via an adhesive layer, and a decorative board is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the paper board made of fibrous material via an adhesive layer. (See Patent Document 1). According to this, when it is necessary to replace the decorative board, the decorative board can be easily peeled off from the base such as a table because the decorative board can be peeled off in a layer at the middle part in the thickness direction of the paper board made of fibrous material. Can be separated.
[0006]
Alternatively, there has been proposed a top plate having a configuration in which a back surface of a decorative plate formed by laminating and integrating water-resistant processed paper on a back surface of a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper is bonded to an upper surface of a core material of the top plate via an adhesive. (See Patent Document 2). According to this configuration, when replacement of the decorative board is necessary, only the uppermost layer of the thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (decorative board) is easily peeled and separated by inserting a cutting tool or the like in the portion of the water-resistant paper. it can.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, since a step of bonding the decorative board with an adhesive is required, the number of manufacturing steps is extremely increased, and there is a problem that productivity is low.
[0010]
Furthermore, in any of the above-mentioned proposed technologies, the decorative board which has been peeled off and recovered is in a state in which an adhesive is attached, that is, a state in which different materials are combined, so that the recovered decorative board can be recycled. It was difficult to use them effectively.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a technical background, and when it is necessary to replace a decorative board, only the decorative board can be easily replaced, and the number of manufacturing steps is small and the production is small. An experimental bench with a replaceable decorative board, which has excellent adhesiveness, does not have an adhesive or the like attached to the exchanged and recovered decorative board, and can sufficiently reuse the replaced and recovered decorative panel. It is an object of the present invention to provide a board replacement method and a decorative board for a laboratory bench.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is provided with a decorative board and a supporting member for supporting the decorative board. A projecting member having an engaging head is protrudingly provided on an upper surface of the supporting member. A mating hole is formed, the engaging hole includes a receiving hole capable of receiving the engaging head, and a sliding groove communicating with the receiving hole, and an opening width of the sliding groove is equal to the engaging head. The decorative plate is set to be smaller than the diameter of the portion, and the engaging head of the projecting member on the upper surface side of the support member is fitted into and engaged with the sliding groove on the back surface side of the decorative plate, thereby forming the decorative plate. However, the present invention is attained by a test table in which a decorative plate can be exchanged, characterized in that the test table is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that the movement in the vertical direction is prevented.
[0013]
According to the laboratory bench of the present invention, the decorative board is not fixed to the supporting member with an adhesive, so that the number of manufacturing steps is small and the productivity is excellent. Further, since the engaging head of the projecting member on the upper surface side of the support member is fitted and engaged in the slide groove on the back surface side of the decorative plate, the decorative plate can be surely moved in the vertical direction. And is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction to a considerable extent, and is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member. When it is necessary to replace the decorative panel, the decorative panel is slid along the length of the slide groove so that the engaging head of the projecting member is disposed in the receiving hole of the decorative panel. After that, if the decorative board is moved upward, the decorative board can be detached from the support member, and only the decorative board can be removed by such a simple operation. When installing a new replacement veneer, the replacement veneer is placed on the support member, and the engaging head of the projection member on the upper surface of the support member is placed in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement veneer. After this, the replacement veneer can be fixed by sliding the veneer along the length direction of the slide groove to engage the engaging head in the slide groove. With such a simple operation, the replacement decorative board can be mounted and fixed. Since no adhesive or the like is adhered to the decorative panel that has been removed and recovered, the recovered decorative panel can be sufficiently recycled.
[0014]
In the experimental bench of the present invention, the supporting member is made of a core material of a top plate, and an edge member for integrally holding the core material of the top plate and the decorative plate is provided on a peripheral portion thereof. It is preferable to employ it. In this case, the decorative plate is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that not only the vertical movement but also the horizontal movement is surely prevented.
[0015]
Preferably, the projecting member is formed by a screw member screwed onto the upper surface of the support member. By simply screwing the screw member on the upper surface of the support member, the projecting member can be protruded from the upper surface of the support member, so that the productivity can be further improved and the cost can be reduced.
[0016]
Further, it is preferable that the groove bottom surface of the slide groove is formed as an inclined surface whose depth gradually decreases from the receiving hole side to the other end side. When the engaging head of the projecting member is slid toward the other end in the slide groove, the engaging state of the engaging head gradually changes from a loose state to a tightly tightened state as approaching the other end. , And is engaged and fixed at the other end side, and thus smooth engagement and fixing is realized in the course of the sliding movement operation. Similarly, in the process of the sliding movement operation in the opposite direction, smooth engagement and release is realized.
[0017]
Further, in the method of replacing a decorative board of a laboratory table according to the present invention, the decorative board of the laboratory table according to any one of the above configurations is slid along the length direction of the slide groove to engage the projection member. After disposing the joint head in the receiving hole of the decorative board, a step of moving the decorative board upward to separate from the support member, and a replacement decorative board having the same configuration as the detached decorative board. After the engaging head of the projecting member on the upper surface of the supporting member is disposed in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement decorative plate, the decorative plate is placed in the longitudinal direction of the sliding groove. And engaging the engaging head in the sliding groove to fix the replacement decorative plate on the upper surface side of the support member. According to this replacement method, the veneer that needs to be replaced can be quickly and easily replaced with a new replacement veneer. Further, since the adhesive and the like are not attached to the decorative board removed and recovered, the recovered decorative board can be sufficiently recycled.
[0018]
Further, another experimental board capable of replacing a decorative board according to the present invention includes a decorative board, a support member for supporting the decorative board, a bolt, and a nut, and the support member has a through hole. On the other hand, an engagement hole is drilled on the back surface of the decorative plate, and the engagement hole includes a receiving hole capable of receiving the head of the bolt and a slide groove communicating with the receiving hole, The opening width of the slide groove is set to be smaller than the diameter of the bolt head, the shaft of the bolt is inserted through the through hole of the support member, and the bolt head is formed in the slide groove on the back surface of the decorative plate. The decorative plate is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member by being screwed into the bolt shaft portion protruding from the lower surface of the support member so as to be fitted into and engaged with the inside. It is characterized by.
[0019]
According to the laboratory bench of the present invention, the decorative board is not fixed to the supporting member with an adhesive, so that the number of manufacturing steps is small and the productivity is excellent. Further, the head of the bolt inserted through the through hole of the support member is fitted and engaged in the slide groove on the back surface of the decorative plate, and the nut is screwed into the bolt shaft protruding from the lower surface of the support member. Since it is tightened, the decorative board is fixed to the upper surface side of the support member in such a manner that the vertical movement is reliably prevented and the horizontal movement is also reliably prevented. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to replace the decorative board, after removing the nut by unscrewing the nut and then removing the bolt from the through hole of the support member, the decorative board is supported. , And only the decorative board can be removed by such a simple operation. When installing a new replacement veneer, place the replacement veneer with the bolts integrally attached on the back surface on the support member, and after inserting the shaft of the bolt through the through hole of the support member The replacement decorative plate can be fixed by screwing a nut onto a bolt shaft protruding from the lower surface of the support member. With such a simple operation, the replacement decorative board can be mounted and fixed. Since no adhesive or the like is adhered to the decorative panel that has been removed and recovered, the recovered decorative panel can be sufficiently recycled.
[0020]
Further, in another method of replacing a decorative board of a laboratory bench according to the present invention, the nut of the laboratory bench according to the above-described configuration is released by removing the nut and then the bolt is removed from the through hole of the support member. Removing the decorative plate from the support member by removing the bolt, and moving the head of the bolt from the sliding groove of the decorative plate into the receiving hole to release the bolt from the decorative plate. After the step, the bolt head is disposed in the receiving hole on the back surface of the replacement decorative plate having the same configuration as the detached decorative plate, and then the bolt head is slid to be engaged in the slide groove. A step of integrally mounting the bolts on the replacement decorative plate by means of a bolt, and disposing the replacement decorative plate on which the bolts are integrally mounted on the support member, and inserting a shaft portion of the bolt into a through hole of the support member. Penetrated Characterized in that it comprises a step of fixing the replacement veneer by with screwed tighten the nut on the bolt shank protruding from a lower surface of the support member on the upper surface of the support member. According to this replacement method, the veneer that needs to be replaced can be quickly and easily replaced with a new replacement veneer. Further, since the adhesive and the like are not attached to the decorative board removed and recovered, the recovered decorative board can be sufficiently recycled.
[0021]
Further, the decorative board for a laboratory bench according to the present invention is formed of a flat plate having an engagement hole formed in the back surface, and the engagement hole includes a receiving hole and a slide groove communicating with the receiving hole. An opening width of the slide groove is set to be smaller than an inner width thereof.
[0022]

Although not shown, a paper core having a honeycomb structure is disposed in the space (four places) between the adjacent cores (42) (42).
[0025]
Projecting members (5), (5), (5), (5), (5), and (5) are provided on the upper surface of the support member (4). That is, as shown in FIG. 3, projecting members (5) are provided at both ends in the length direction of the core material (42) at the left end position, the core material (42) at the center position, and the core material (42) at the right end position. (5) is protruded. The projection member (5) includes a support shaft (10) joined to the support member (4), and an engagement head (11) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the support shaft (10).
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the projecting member (5) is formed by a screw member screwed onto the upper surface of the support member (4). The screwing direction of the screw member, that is, the axial direction of the support shaft (10) of the projection member (5) is arranged so as to be slightly inclined with respect to the thickness direction of the support member (4) (FIG. 4). reference).
[0027]
The decorative plate (2) is made of a flat plate having the same size as the outer diameter of the support member (4), and has engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) ) Are drilled (see FIG. 1). That is, the engaging holes (3), (3), (3), (3), (3) ( 3) (3) is provided.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 1, the engaging hole (3) is provided with a receiving hole (12) capable of freely receiving the engaging head (11) of the projecting member (5) in and out, and a receiving hole (12). And a communicating slide groove (13). The opening width (W) of the slide groove (13) is set smaller than the maximum diameter (H) of the engagement head (11) (see FIGS. 2 (b) and 3). The inner depth (Y) of the slide groove (13) is set to be equal to or substantially equal to the maximum diameter (H) of the engagement head (11). That is, the configuration is such that the relationship of W <Y is established. Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, the depth of the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) gradually decreases from the receiving hole (12) side to the other end side (right side in the drawing). It is formed on an inclined surface.
[0029]
The experimental bench (1) of the present invention is manufactured, for example, as follows. First, a base (24) is constructed, a bottom plate (9) is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the base (24), and the support member (4) is further laminated and integrated thereon. At this time, the engaging heads (11), (11), (11), (11), (11), and (11) of the projection members protrude upward from the upper surface of the support member (4).
[0030]
Next, the decorative plate (2) is disposed on the support member (4), and the engaging head (11) on the upper surface of the support member (4) is inserted into the receiving hole (11) on the back surface of the decorative plate (2). 12) (see FIG. 4A). Then, the engaging head (11) is engaged in the slide groove (13) by sliding the decorative plate (2) along the length direction of the slide groove (13) (FIG. 4 ( B)). At this time, since the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) is formed on the inclined surface as described above, the engaging head (11) is moved to the other end side (in the slide groove (13)). When sliding toward the right side of the drawing), the engagement state of the engagement head (11) gradually changes from a loose state to a tightly closed state as it approaches the other end side. Thus, when it becomes necessary to replace the decorative board (2), the decorative board (2) is replaced as follows. That is, the edge member (20) is first removed. Next, by sliding the decorative plate (2) along the length direction of the slide groove (13), the engaging head (11) of the projection member (5) is inserted into the receiving hole (12) of the decorative plate. After that, the decorative board (2) is moved upward to separate the decorative board (2) from the support member (4). Since the decorative board (2) thus removed and collected does not have an adhesive or the like attached thereto, the collected decorative board (2) can be sufficiently recycled.
[0033]
Next, a replacement decorative plate (2) having the same configuration as the detached decorative plate is disposed on the support member (4), and the engaging head (11) on the upper surface of the support member (4) is replaced. After the decorative plate (2) is placed in the receiving hole (12) on the back surface, the decorative plate (2) is slid along the length direction of the slide groove (13) to thereby engage the engaging head ( 11) is engaged with the slide groove (13) to fix the replacement decorative plate (2) on the upper surface side of the support member (4). Further, the replacement operation is completed by attaching and fixing the edge member (20) to the peripheral portion of the top plate (7) (see FIG. 6). According to such a replacement method of the decorative board, the replacement of the decorative board (2) can be performed quickly and easily.
[0034]
One embodiment of the experimental bench (1) according to the second invention in which the decorative board can be replaced is shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 5, the experimental table (1) of the present embodiment includes a base (24) having a three-dimensional frame structure formed by assembling and fixing a plurality of frame members (21). ) Has a top plate (7) placed and fixed on the upper surface thereof. (22) is a side plate (22) constituting the base (24), and (23) is a partition plate (23) constituting the base (24).
[0035]
The top plate (7) includes a decorative plate (2), a support member (4) for supporting the decorative plate, and a bottom plate (9) laminated and integrated on the lower surface of the support member (FIG. 6). The bottom plate (9) is fixed to an upper surface of the base (24).
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 8, the support member (4) has a short core material (42) (42) (42) between a pair of long core materials (41) (41) arranged apart from each other. ) (42) and (42) are connected and fixed. The intervals between the adjacent core members (42) are set to be substantially equal. Although not shown, a paper core having a honeycomb structure is disposed in the space (four places) between the adjacent cores (42) (42).
[0037]
The support member (4) is formed with through holes (32) (32) (32) (32) (32) (32) penetrating vertically. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, through holes (32) are formed at both ends in the length direction of the core material (42) at the left end position, the core material (42) at the center position, and the core material (42) at the right end position. (32) is formed.
[0038]
The decorative plate (2) is made of a flat plate having the same size as the outer diameter of the support member (4), and has engagement holes (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) (3) ) Are drilled (see FIG. 1). That is, the engaging holes (3), (3), (3), (3), (3) ( 3) (3) is provided.

And a groove (13). The opening width (W) of the slide groove (13) is set smaller than the maximum diameter of the bolt head (30a) (see FIG. 2B). The inner depth (Y) of the slide groove (13) is set to be equal to or substantially equal to the maximum diameter of the bolt head (30a). That is, the configuration is such that the relationship of W <Y is established. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the groove bottom surface (14) of the slide groove (13) has a slope whose depth gradually decreases from the receiving hole (12) side to the other end side (right side in the drawing). Formed on the surface.
[0040]
The experimental bench (1) of the present invention is manufactured, for example, as follows. First, a base (24) is constructed, a bottom plate (9) is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the base (24), and the support member (4) is further laminated and integrated thereon.
[0041]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), after the head (30a) of the bolt (30) is arranged in the receiving hole (12) on the back surface of the decorative board (2), the bolt head (30a) ) Is slid along the length of the slide groove (13) to engage the slide groove (13) (see FIG. 7B).
