【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、音楽業界でメジャーデビューしていない、無名音楽アーティストがメジャーデビューするためのコンピレーションアルバムを収録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体、その無名音楽アーティストをメジャーでビューさせるためのコンピレーションアルバムの利用方法及び利用システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、音楽業界でメジャーデビューしていない、略無名に近い音楽アーティストが自力でメジャーデビューをすることは非常に困難であり、ごく稀にできたとしても、その道のりは極めて厳しく、地道に楽曲提供活動と楽曲販売活動を長く継続することによって、初めて成し遂げられるものであった。
しかし、現実には、以下の（１）〜（３）に掲げる問題を解決しなくてはならず、地道な楽曲提供活動をしても陽の目をみるアーティストは稀である。
（１）アーティストが自力で、ユーザ（聴取者）が好む楽曲を製作するためには、作詞、作曲、歌唱力の全てが兼ね揃っていることが必須の条件であり、どれか１つの能力が不足していてもユーザに受け入れられない。
（２）楽曲を提供するためのＣＤ、レコード、テープ、その他データ記録メディア（以後ＣＤ等とする）を製作するためには、少なく見積もっても数百万円の費用が掛かり、その費用の捻出が困難である。
（３）仮にアーティストが自力でＣＤ等を製作することができたとしても、ＣＤ等の販売店の多くが楽曲製作会社と販売契約を結んでおり、音楽製作会社と何らタイアップが無い無名アーティストのＣＤ等が店頭に並べられることは、ほとんど無い。
そこで、そのような無名アーティストの音楽活動を製作及び販売並びに活動費用の面で支援するための方法やインターネットを利用した販売システムが考えられている。
特開２００１−２６５９９５号もその１つである（特許文献１参照。）。これは、従来、担当者がライブ会場等へ直接に足を運んで、才能のある新人アーティストを探し出すことの労力が多大であることと、該担当者がユーザの好むアーティストの動向を適切に得ることの困難性に鑑みなされたもので、複数のアーティスト情報をインターネット上で運用する運用会社に登録し、登録したアーティスト情報を運用会社と連絡可能に接続された一般利用者に配信し、該アーティストを支援するものである。
同様に、特開２００１−２２６７０号もその１つである（特許文献２参照。）。これは、一般に、視聴者ないし聴取者の層（年齢、性別等）と、楽曲をプロモーションをするために、タイアップしたＴＶやＦＭ放送の層とが相違する場合に、購買層を増やすことが困難であることに鑑みなされたもので、出聴取者の試聴により楽曲に関する指標を得ることができる音楽配信サーバの提供と、そのプロモーション活動に際して、適切に資本を投下するための指標及び戦略を与えることができるプロモーション戦略策定システムを提供するものである。
また、無名アーティストの楽曲製作やプロモーションを支援すると共に、アーティストが活動資金を収集する支援をする方法やインターネットを利用したシステムも考えられている。
特開２００１−３２５４７１号はその１つである（特許文献３参照。）。従来、アマチュアのアーティストに関しては、支援してくれる企業や資金提供家が存在せず、また、過去に製作、実演等した時の収入金等も無いか、或いはあっても非常に少ないため、その活動資金を集めるのが困難であることに鑑みなされたもので、才能あるアーティストによる活動資金の収集を支援するのに好適なアーティスト支援方法等を提供するものである。
さらに、特開２００１−３５７２３２号もその１つである（特許文献４参照。）。これは、偶然、一般の視聴者や鑑賞者の目にとまり、無名アーティストやその作品を支持、愛好するようになっても、該無名アーティストの活動を資金面で援助していくことは困難で、仮に援助する場合には、当該アーティストが成功した場合等に当該アーティストへのそれまでの投資に対してある種の配当を期待できるようなサービスが望まれていたことに鑑みなされたもので、視聴者等に、自己の支持、愛好する無名アーティストの活動を支援する機会を与えると共に、当該無名アーティストには、自立して活動できるようになるまで、大手スポンサー等の手によらずとも支援金を受けながら創作活動を行い得る環境を提供し得るアーティスト支援仲介システムを提供すると共に、該アーティストへの投資に対するある種の配当をも期待できる仕組みを提供し得るアーティスト支援仲介システムを提供するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、特許文献１記載の発明は、芸能事務所等の音楽提供者が一般利用者の動向を得て、効率的に新人アーティストを発掘するためのシステムを提供するものであり、新人アーティストは自分で楽曲を作り、その楽曲を運営会社に登録することによって、運用会社がそのシステムの一般利用者に配信し、該利用者の反応を見て、反応が良い場合には該アーティストを支援するというものなので、まず、新人アーティストは一般利用者の趣向に沿う楽曲を製作しなくてはならず、その後芸能事務所等の担当者の目にとまった後、始めてデビューＣＤ等を作成するか否かの話し合いになるが、これは本願で課題とする前記（１）〜（３）を問題として提起しているものではなく、特許文献１記載の発明ではその解決も図ることはできない。
次に、特許文献２記載の発明においても、まず、アーティストは一般視聴者の趣向に沿う楽曲を製作して音楽配信サーバに登録し、該サーバから一般視聴者に配信してもらい、良好な指標を得た場合にのみ、プロモーションの機会を得ると共に資金支援を得ることができるものであるが、これは、本願発明の課題とその課題を異にしており、その課題解決手段では、当然に本願課題である前記（１）〜（３）を解決することはできない。
また、特許文献３記載の発明は、アマチュアのアーティストが自分で製作した楽曲を自主制作するための資金のやアーティストとしての活動資金を収集するための方法等であり、自己で一般視聴者の趣向に沿った楽曲を製作しなくてはならず、また、仮にそのような楽曲ができたとしても、配当を期待する一般視聴者から資金提供の申し込みをまって、その後の活動をしていかなければならず、資金援助の申し込みがあったとしても必ずしもメジャーデビューできるものではなく、その機会は依然として少ないものであり、つまりは本願で課題としている前記（１）〜（３）の問題の解決を図ることはできない。
最後に、特許文献４記載の発明は、視聴者に自己の支持、愛好する無名アーティストに資金援助し、該無名アーティストの活動を支援する機会を与えると共に、大手スポンサーによらずとも、当該無名アーティストは、自立して活動でき、仮にアーティストが成功した場合には資金援助した視聴者にはある種の配当が得られるというものであるが、これも、まずアーティストが視聴者の趣向に沿う楽曲を自ら製作しなければならず、仮に資金援助が得られたとしても、メジャーデビューできるかどうかは、分からないという問題があり、本願で課題としている（１）〜（３）の問題の解決は図れない。

そこで、本発明は、かかる問題点に鑑みなされたもので、未だ、音楽業界でメジャーデビューしていない無名音楽アーティストに楽曲を提供し、そのように楽曲を提供した無名音楽アーティスト複数人分の楽曲を１枚のＣＤアルバムの中に収録し、すなわち、従来コンピレーションアルバムとして知られている方法により販売することで、音楽製作者側のリスクを少なくすると共に、従来ほとんど不可能であった、無名音楽アーティストに直接ＣＤデビューの機会を与えるための、コンピレーションアルバムを収録した記録媒体を提供することを目的とする。
また、そのコンピレーションアルバムを利用した利用システムを提供すること目的とする。さらに、コンピレーションアルバムを利用した利用方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために請求項１に記載の発明は、複数の音楽アーティストの楽曲データと、インターネット等の通信回線を通してサーバにアクセスするためのリンク情報データとを含んで構成され、リンク情報データは、楽曲データと関連する情報を提供するホームページへのリンク先を含むことを特徴とするコンピレーションアルバムを収録したコンピュータ読み取り可能なデータ記録媒体を提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るコンピレーションアルバムを収録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体、利用方法及び利用システムを実施の形態及び図面に基づいて、さらに詳しく説明する。
始めに、本願発明の概略は、以下のものである。
（１）　まず、まったくの無名音楽アーティストに楽曲を提供し、２人以上の該音楽アーティストの楽曲を収録したコンピレーションアルバムを製作し、ＣＤ等販売店で販売すると共に、ＴＶやＦＭ放送又は有線放送（以下ＦＭ放送等とする）でアルバムに収録されている楽曲を流し、視聴者であるユーザが気に入ったらいつでも手に入る環境にしておく。
（２）　ユーザが、そのＦＭ放送等を聞いて、コンピレーションアルバムである該ＣＤを購入し、ユーザが通常使用しているコンピュータ（以下ユーザ側端末とする）にＣＤを挿入して、収録されている楽曲を聴く。
（３）　該ＣＤをユーザ側端末に挿入すると、まず、音楽製作者のメインとなるホームページへのリンクと、通常、該ホームページの下層に張られている収録されている音楽アーティストの情報ページへのリンクと、さらにその下層に張られたリンクの表示が同一画面上に表示されるので、その中で、該ユーザが気に入った音楽アーティストの情報へ直接接続することができる。
（４）　該ユーザが気に入った音楽アーティストの情報ページには、▲１▼該アーティストのそのコンピレーションアルバムには収録されていない別の楽曲（当然、該コンピレーションアルバムが該アーティストにとっては、初デビュー作品なので外では手に入らない）、▲２▼該収録された楽曲と同一であるが、編曲された楽曲、又は収録楽曲が完成するまでに、いくつかのバージョンを製作し、収録する楽曲の選択に悩んだ結果、選択から漏れたバージョン、▲３▼収録されている楽曲の詩と音楽を分離したもの、▲４▼該音楽アーティストの収録楽曲以外の楽曲に映像が付加された、いわゆるビデオ映像付楽曲、▲５▼その他の該アーティストの情報、等が掲載されそれぞれリンクが張られている。特に▲１▼〜▲４▼までは、視聴だけでなく、気に入った場合にはユーザ側端末に有償又は無償でダウンロードすることもできる。
（５）　該ユーザが前記▲１▼〜▲５▼までのリンクを使って接続すると、楽曲提供者が管理・運営するサーバに接続され、例えば▲１▼〜▲４▼であれば、楽曲を視聴することができ、さらにダウンロードすることも可能である。楽曲をインターネットを通してユーザ側端末にダウンロードした場合又はそのページ内にあるアーティストのアンケート調査を入力した場合には、その情報がサーバに保存及び蓄積され、該アーティストの得点としての評価が得られる。
（６）　該サーバはサーバ内にある過去にヒットした楽曲であって、該評価の対象となっている収録された楽曲とジャンルや聴かれる年齢層が近い楽曲のホームページへの接続件数やダウンロードされた件数又は一定期間内の初回売り上げ枚数等をデータとしてあるデータベースを有しており、該評価得点と該データベースにあるデータとを比較して、過去にヒットした楽曲のデータと同じかそれ以上の評価が得られたものを選び出し、該楽曲のみを音楽製作者に提供する。
（７）　該音楽製作者は、その結果から、間違いなく一定枚数以上の販売が見込まれる収録楽曲をシングルカットしてシングルＣＤとして販売する。
（８）　そのようにして売り出されたシングルＣＤは、過去の実績から当然に一定枚数以上の販売が期待できるので、音楽製作者側としてはコンピレーションアルバムとして、多数の無名音楽アーティストの楽曲を収録することで、従来の賭け的要素が減少し、かつコンピレーションアルバムを利用することによって、ユーザの予備的な評価が得られるので、従来のようなリスクを負わずにヒットに繋がる無名音楽アーティストの楽曲をシングルＣＤとして販売することができる。無名音楽アーティストにとっても、才能ある作詞家・作曲家の楽曲を提供してもらい、かつ通常ではほとんど皆無といっていい、デビュー前に自己の楽曲がＣＤに収録され、販売店で販売されるという機会が得られる。
以上のように、従来、無名音楽アーティストのＣＤデビューの機会はほとんど皆無であったが、本発明によれば、無名音楽アーティストにとっては、従来とは比較にならないほど多くのＣＤデビューの機会が与えられ、その裏づけとして、本システムに基づく方法を利用することによって、音楽製作者側は、ＣＤ製作のリスクを少なくすることができ、従来と略変わらない費用で多くの無名音楽アーティストをユーザに提供することができる。
