【0075】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sealing device for a shutter device interposed between a pair of opposing support frames and both side portions of a shutter moving in the both support frames in the shutter device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the shutter device as described above, guide grooves for regulating the moving direction of the shutter in the vertical direction are respectively formed in the inner surface of each support frame, and both side portions of the shutter are respectively provided in the respective guide grooves. It is configured to be inserted. In addition, a band-shaped cushioning material made of a high-molecular-weight polyethylene resin or the like was attached to the inner surface of the guide groove. In addition, the cushioning material prevents direct sliding contact of the both sides of the shutter with the inner side surface of the guide groove, thereby reducing the sliding resistance when the shutter is opened and closed.
[0003]
However, the shutter is configured by rotatably connecting a plurality of blades so that the shutter can be wound in a spiral shape, and the surface thereof is not planar, and there is a gap between the shutter and the cushioning material. Is formed. Since the infiltration of rainwater, the passage of wind, and the like occur through the gap, the cushioning material cannot exhibit a sealing function such as airtightness and watertightness.
[0004]
In view of this, a sealing material for a shutter device having the following configuration has been proposed as a device that exhibits a sealing function between the inner surface of the guide groove and the surface of the shutter (for example, see Patent Document 1). That is, the sealing material is composed of a velor having a base cloth and fluffs made of pile yarn woven on the surface of the base cloth. According to the sealing material, the gap between the guide groove and the shutter is closed by the tip of the fluff coming into contact with the surface of the shutter, and the sealing function is exhibited. In addition, when the shutter is opened and closed, the fluff flexes flexibly, thereby exhibiting a resistance reducing function of reducing sliding resistance applied to the shutter.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the above-mentioned conventional sealing material for a shutter device is characterized in that when a weak external force such as a shutter shake during opening and closing is applied, the fluff is crushed to absorb the external force and suppress the shutter shake. Exhibits a cushion function. The recent sealing material solves the problem of suppressing the rattling of the shutter when receiving not only a weak external force but also a strong external force such as wind by the cushion function, in particular, an abnormal noise generated when the shutter rattles. Is an important issue to be addressed. In order to solve this problem, when a shutter which has received a strong external force tries to crush the fluff strongly, the sealing material is so arranged that the fluff exerts a strong repulsive force which is equal to or greater than the strong external force from the shutter. Must be configured.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the above-mentioned conventional sealing material, a straight-haired pile yarn constituting fluff is used. When the fluff made of the straight-haired pile yarn is gradually crushed and compressed, a repulsive force is generated by bending the entire pile yarn at an initial stage where the compression amount is small. On the other hand, in the latter stage when the amount of compression is large, the increase in the repulsive force of the fluff from the initial stage is negligible. I can't get it. For this reason, in order to solve the above-described problem with the conventional sealing material, it was necessary to apply a strong repulsive force to the fluff from the beginning on the basis of receiving a strong external force. Therefore, it has been studied to impart a strong repulsive force to the fluff by making the pile yarn thicker, using a hard material for the pile yarn, or the like, to dramatically improve the rigidity of the pile yarn.
[0008]
However, as a result of increasing the stiffness of the pile yarn, the fluff exerts a strong repulsive force against a weak external force such as shaking of the shutter at the time of opening and closing, is hard to bend, and its bristle is strong against the surface of the shutter. It came into contact by force. For this reason, the sliding resistance applied to the shutter at the time of opening and closing greatly increases, and the resistance reducing function is not sufficiently exhibited, which causes a new problem that the opening and closing of the shutter is hindered. Furthermore, the pile yarn with increased rigidity is bent when the external force applied exceeds a predetermined magnitude, and cannot return to the original straight hair shape. When the pile yarn is bent, there is a problem that the tip of the fluff cannot be brought into sufficient contact with the shutter surface, and the sealing function cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
[0009]
In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to reduce the rigidity of the pile yarn. In this case, a sufficient cushion function cannot be exerted against a strong external force, and the above-mentioned problem cannot be solved. Therefore, the conventional sealing material provided with fluffs made of straight pile yarns has a problem that it is difficult to achieve both a cushion function when receiving a strong external force and a resistance reducing function when opening and closing the shutter.
[0010]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the problems existing in such a conventional technique. An object of the present invention is to provide a shutter device capable of maintaining good sealing performance, suppressing rattling of a shutter when subjected to a strong external force, and reducing sliding resistance applied to the shutter during opening and closing. To provide a sealing material.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of a seal material for a shutter device according to
[0012]

[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing material for a shutter device according to the first or second aspect, wherein the pile yarn has 20 to 100 crimped portions per 1 cm of the yarn. It is characterized by having.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing material for a shutter device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein a velor material is compressed by crushing a pile yarn against the base material. At this time, the repelling force of the velor material increases substantially linearly in proportion to the increase in the compression amount.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing material for a shutter device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the repelling force of the velor material is 125 to 375 N when the compression amount is 3 mm. / M, and the repelling force of the velor material when the compression amount is 1 mm is not more than half the repulsion force of the velor material when the compression amount is 3 mm.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing member for a shutter device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the velor material is used for a measuring jig for measuring a sliding resistance value. When the tip of the pile yarn is slid so that the tip of the pile yarn is in contact with the pile, the length of the portion where the tip of the pile yarn and the measuring jig overlap is taken as the nip amount, and the velor material when the nip amount is 1 mm Has a sliding resistance of 1.3 N / m or less.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

On the other hand, when an external force is applied from the longitudinal direction, the straight hair-like pile yarn is uniformly curved as a result of the middle portion having an arcuate shape without changing the positions of the hair tips and roots. To be deformed. For this reason, the repulsive force increases rapidly at the initial stage when the external force is weak, and a strong repulsive force is exhibited. In the initial stage, if the rigidity is the same, the straight-haired pile yarn exerts a higher repulsion force with a higher probability than the crimped
[0034]
However, a straight-haired pile yarn has an upper limit of the repulsive force in this initial stage, and in a later stage in which the external force becomes stronger thereafter, the repulsive force is not easily increased due to only a change in the degree of curvature. As described above, since the straight-haired pile yarn exerts a repulsive force due to the bending of the middle portion, it is presumed that the repulsive force changes mainly according to its rigidity. Therefore, with a straight-haired pile yarn, it is not possible to obtain a repulsive force commensurate with the strength of an external force applied thereto, and a sufficient cushion function is not exhibited.
[0035]
On the other hand, when the sliding resistance value is reduced by the sealing
[0036]
That is, when a force is applied from the lateral direction to exert the resistance reducing function, the straight-haired pile yarn causes the middle portion to be bowed, and the entire portion is uniformly curved, and the center portion is centered around the root. It is deformed to move the hair tips. For this reason, the straight-haired pile yarn needs a force that resists its rigidity when the whole is uniformly curved. In particular, when the rigidity is increased to increase the repulsive force, a strong force is required to bend. In the case of the straight-haired pile yarn, if the cushion function is to be favorably exerted against a strong external force, the resistance reducing function is reduced.

(Comparative Example 1)
A seal material as a sample of Comparative Example 1 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 by using a straight pile yarn made of polyamide fiber having a fineness of 75 denier without performing crimping. The size of the sealing material and the number of pile yarns implanted in the width direction were the same as in Example 1.

It was shown that it increased. On the other hand, the sealing material of Comparative Example 1 has a sliding resistance value of 1.4 N / m when the nip amount is 1 mm, and exceeds 1.3 N / m, so that a sufficient resistance reducing function cannot be obtained. It was shown. Further, although the range of increase and decrease of the sliding resistance value with respect to the increase of the nip amount is almost the same as that of the first embodiment, the sliding resistance value is always higher than that of the first embodiment. Therefore, it was shown that the sealing material of Comparative Example 1 could not obtain an appropriate cushioning function corresponding to the amount of compression, and could not exhibit a sufficient resistance reducing function because the sliding resistance value was generally high.
