Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a window regulator device for raising and lowering a window glass of a vehicle and the like, and a carrier plate used for the same, and more particularly to a structure for attaching a cable terminal to a carrier plate in a cable type window regulator device. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Regarding a “carrier plate” used in a so-called “wire-type” window regulator that moves up and down (opens and closes) a window glass of a vehicle or the like by moving a wire cable back and forth, a technique described in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2 is used. Has been proposed in the past.
[0003]
[Patent Literature 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-39593 (Page 1, Page 2, Figure 3, Figure 4)
[0004]
First, the technique described in Patent Document 1 is such that a wire locking portion (9) is provided on a carrier plate (7), and the wire locking portion (9) includes a front wall surface (9a) and a rear wall surface (9b). , A left and right wall (9c) and an upper wall (9d). The upper wall surface (9d) is provided with a locking work hole (21) and a notch groove (23), and the wire end stoppers (17, 19) are inserted through the locking work hole (21) and cut out. The end of the wire is attached via the groove (23).
[0005]
However, in the carrier plate having the above configuration, the temperature inside the door panel becomes high or the wire terminal is held depending on the use environment of the vehicle to which the carrier plate is mounted and the operating condition of the window regulator device by the user. Or a sudden load acts on the wire locking portion (9).
[0006]
When used in such a harsh environment for a long period of time, since the wire locking portion (9) is formed in a box shape having a notch groove (23), the wire locking portion (9) is formed. 9) The left and right side surfaces and the like are deformed and the notch groove (23) is expanded, which may cause the wire terminal to "fall off" or "fall off", and the window regulator device may become inoperable.
[0007]
[Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 7-18294 (Page 2, Page 3, Figure 4)
[0008]
Then, the technique of patent document 2 is demonstrated. The carrier plate described in Patent Document 2 has a wire holding portion (10) provided continuously with the lower slit guide (3 ′).
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 6, the wire holding portion (10) has a vertical portion (27) having a substantially L-shaped cross section, thereby preventing the wire and the wire end from falling off. Has become.
[0010]
However, according to the technology described in Patent Document 2, the wire holding portion (10) is formed of a hanging portion (27) having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and thus the hanging portion (27) is configured to “wire” the wire. The wire holding portion (10) is deformed in the harsh use environment as described above, so that the wire terminal is "disengaged" or "dropped out". In some cases, the window regulator device became inoperable.
[0011]
When the window regulator device becomes inoperable in this way, the window glass cannot be opened and closed. The window regulator device is one of the components that must not be broken down, especially in severe cold weather such as at night in the middle of winter or during rainfall. If the window glass cannot be opened or closed, it is often added that the wire cable is dropped due to deformation of the carrier plate.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned problems are caused by the fact that the holding portion is deformed due to a decrease in the rigidity of the resin at a high temperature because at least one portion has an open structure for passing the cable in order to easily assemble the (wire) cable terminal. There is a cause.
[0013]
The present inventor has noticed the existence of the above-mentioned cause and completed the present invention. The object of the present invention is as follows.
[0014]
That is, by inserting the guide rail into the cable entry path (assembly path) after assembling the (wire) cable terminal section, even if the cable holding section is deformed, the window regulator device cannot operate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a carrier plate that can avoid and reliably support a window glass.
[0015]
