Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning brush used for an automobile or a road surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional cleaning brush will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0003]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as for an automotive cleaning brush in which a plurality of brush pieces are formed on an outer peripheral portion of a rotating shaft, for example, as shown in FIGS. In the configuration in which the slits 5 of the brush pieces 3 are alternately formed in the deep and shallow portions, and a circular hole 6 is formed continuously with the inner end of each of the slits 5 in a configuration in which the circular holes 6 are sandwiched by the fixing pins 8 and fixed by the fixing pins 8, is a utility model. It is disclosed in Registration No. 3071326.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional automatic car wash brush, as a material of the brush piece 3, a material such as a synthetic resin foam, which is divided by the slit 5 and can be formed into a substantially prismatic shape, is used. However, when various types of dirt are adhered to the surface to be cleaned, the substantially rectangular column-shaped synthetic resin foam as described above cannot remove the dirt due to insufficient pressing force against the surface to be cleaned. That it would be left behind. In such a case, for example, by using a brush piece that is not divided by a slit, the pressing force of the brush piece against the surface to be cleaned can be increased. However, the detergency against fine dirt and the releasability of dirt and cleaning water adhering to the brush pieces from the brush pieces are deteriorated. Therefore, it has a high detergency against fine dirt, and quickly and accurately cleans dirt on the surface to be cleaned without deteriorating the removability of dirt and cleaning water adhered to the brush pieces from the brush pieces. There was a need for a cleaning brush that could do this.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is configured as follows.
(1) In an automobile or road cleaning brush having a plurality of brush pieces formed on an outer peripheral portion of a rotating shaft, the material of the brush pieces is natural resin foam, synthetic resin foam, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, The brush piece is formed of a gel material, a film material, a mesh material, or a bore material, and the brush piece has a plurality of through holes formed therein.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
3 and 4 show an embodiment. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush of the present invention viewed from the front side. In FIG. 3, 11 is a cleaning brush, 12 is a rotating shaft, 13 is a brush piece, 15 and 16 are through holes, 17 is an end, 18 is a stopper, and 19 is a groove. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a brush piece used for the cleaning brush of FIG. 3 as viewed from the front side.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning brush of the present invention is formed of a rotating shaft 12, a brush piece 13, and a stopper 18. The rotating shaft 12 has a substantially cylindrical shape made of metal, and grooves 19 are formed on the outer circumference at four equally-spaced portions so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft 12. Further, the brush pieces 13 are formed by folding the central portion after two layers are stacked, and are mounted so as to be formed at four equally circumferential positions with respect to the groove portion 19 after mounting the stopper 18. . As a material of the brush piece 13, a synthetic resin foam is used.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 4, the brush piece 13 has a plurality of through holes 15 formed from the end 17 toward the center, and a plurality of holes having a diameter larger than the through hole 15 is formed below the through hole 15. A through hole 16 is formed.
[0009]
Since the cleaning brush according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, when the cleaning brush is used, the through-holes 15 and 16 formed in the brush piece 13 cause stains on the surface to be cleaned. , And a part of the dirt and cleaning water adhered to the brush piece 13 is separated from the brush piece 13 through the through holes 15 and 16. Therefore, dirt and washing water do not stay on the surface of the brush piece 13, the frictional force of the brush piece 13 against the surface to be cleaned can be reduced, and the properties of the synthetic resin foam, such as weather resistance, It is possible to quickly and appropriately clean dirt on the surface to be cleaned while utilizing the high abrasion property. Further, a plurality of through holes 15 are formed from the end portion 17 toward the center portion, and a plurality of through holes 16 having a diameter larger than the through hole 15 are formed below the through hole 15. Therefore, the outer peripheral portion of the cleaning brush 11 is strong and can exhibit high cleaning power, and the central portion of the cleaning brush 11 can remove more dirt and cleaning water than the outer peripheral portion.
[0010]
The cleaning brush of the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, but the material used for the brush piece and the structure to be sandwiched, the shape of the brush piece, the shape of the through hole, the diameter, the arrangement state, etc. Depending on the state of the surface to be cleaned, for example, a through hole is formed so that the diameter gradually increases from the end of the brush piece toward the center, or from the end of the brush piece to the center. There is no problem even if the through holes are formed so that the diameter gradually decreases, or through holes having several kinds of diameters are alternately arranged.
[0011]
Next, FIGS. 5 and 6 show another example of the embodiment. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a cleaning brush according to another embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the front side. In FIG. 5, 21 is a cleaning brush, 22 is a rotating shaft, 23 and 24 are brush pieces, 27 is an end, 28 is a stopper, 29 is a groove, 30 is a slit, and 31 is a circular hole. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a brush piece used for the cleaning brush of FIG. 5 as viewed from the front side. In FIG. 6, 25 and 26 are through holes.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 5, a cleaning brush according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a rotating shaft 22, brush pieces 23 and 24, and a stopper 28. The rotating shaft 22 has a substantially cylindrical shape made of metal, and has grooves 29 on its outer periphery at four equally-spaced portions so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft 22. Further, the brush pieces 23 and 24 are formed by stacking two pieces so that the brush pieces 24 are on the outside, and then folding the center portion thereof. It is mounted so that it is formed at four places. The brush pieces 23 and 24 are made of synthetic resin foam. Further, the brush piece 24 is formed so that the plurality of slits 30 have a stepped shape, and a circular hole 31 is formed at one end of the slit 30.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 6, the brush piece 23 has a plurality of through holes 25 formed from the end portion 27 toward the center, and a plurality of through holes 25 having a diameter larger than the through hole 25 below the through hole 25. A through hole 26 is formed.
[0014]
Since the cleaning brush of another example of the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, when the cleaning brush is used, the plurality of slits 30 of the brush piece 24 formed on the outside are formed. In addition, the dirt on the surface to be cleaned is cleaned, the brush piece 23 comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned, and the through holes 25 and 26 remove the dirt on the surface to be cleaned. At this time, a part of the dirt and cleaning water attached to the brush piece 23 is separated from the brush piece 23 through the through holes 25 and 26. Therefore, the slit 30 cleans the dirt on the surface to be cleaned, and the dirt and cleaning water do not stay on the surface of the brush piece 23, and the stiffness of the brush piece 24 can be strengthened relative to the surface to be cleaned. In addition, the frictional force of the brush piece 23 can be reduced, and dirt on the surface to be cleaned can be quickly and appropriately cleaned.
[0015]
The cleaning brush according to another example of the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above. However, the material used for the brush piece, the structure to be sandwiched, the shape of the brush piece, the shape, the diameter, and the arrangement of the through hole are used. Regarding the state and the like, there is no problem even if, for example, a plurality of through holes having a predetermined diameter are formed in the brush piece 24 having the plurality of slits 30 according to the state of the target surface to be cleaned.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cleaning brush of the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, when the cleaning brush is used, the through hole formed in the brush piece removes dirt on the surface to be cleaned, Some of the dirt and cleaning water attached to the brush pieces are separated from the brush pieces through the through holes. Therefore, dirt and washing water do not stay on the surface of the brush piece, the frictional force of the brush piece against the surface to be cleaned can be reduced, and the properties of the synthetic resin foam such as weather resistance and abrasion resistance The dirt on the surface to be cleaned can be quickly and appropriately cleaned while making the most of the height. Further, a plurality of through holes are formed from the end toward the center, and a plurality of through holes having a diameter larger than the through hole are formed below the through hole. The outer peripheral portion is strong and can exhibit high cleaning power, and the central portion of the cleaning brush can remove more dirt and cleaning water than the outer peripheral portion.
[0017]
Further, like the cleaning brush of another example of the embodiment of the present invention, a brush piece having a plurality of slits is formed outside and a brush piece having a plurality of through holes is formed inside. If the cleaning brush is formed by folding the central portion after the two sheets are stacked, the plurality of slits of the brush pieces formed on the outer side clean the surface to be cleaned when the cleaning brush is used. At the same time, the brush pieces formed inside come into contact with the surface to be cleaned, and the through-holes remove dirt from the surface to be cleaned. At that time, a part of the dirt and the cleaning water attached to the brush piece is separated from the brush piece through the through hole. Therefore, the slits can wash dirt on the surface to be cleaned, and the dirt and cleaning water can be kept from stagnating on the surface of the brush piece. The frictional force of the pieces can be reduced, and dirt on the surface to be cleaned can be quickly and appropriately cleaned.
