Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides an outer sheath for preventing the flexible insertion portion of the endoscope from being contaminated, and a sheath cover for enclosing the outer sheath when covering the outer sheath with the flexible insertion portion. The present invention relates to an outer sheath pack for an endoscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
To prevent patient-to-patient infection through the endoscope during endoscopy, cover the flexible insertion portion of the endoscope with an outer sheath, and attach the outer sheath to the endoscope. It may be replaced every time.
[0003]
However, it is meaningless that the mantle sheath is contaminated before the endoscopic examination. Therefore, when covering the mantle sheath with the flexible insertion portion of the endoscope, wrap the mantle sheath with a sheath cover, and There is one in which a sheath cover is removed from an outer sheath after a sheath is covered with a flexible insertion portion (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-49592 (FIG. 10)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A channel tube for passing the treatment tools is inserted through the mantle sheath so that the treatment tools can be used at the time of endoscopy, and the tip of the channel tube is placed at the tip of the mantle sheath. Usually, it is fixed, and when covering the flexible insertion portion with the mantle sheath, a channel tube is inserted through a guide channel arranged in the flexible insertion portion of the endoscope.
[0006]
However, since such a channel tube is manufactured by cutting a material tube wound around a reel into an appropriate length, the winding habit around the reel remains and often has a bending habit.
[0007]
Therefore, when the channel tube is inserted into the guide channel, the channel tube may suddenly largely rotate around the axis due to a change in the relationship with the guide channel.
[0008]
Then, the outer sheath formed of an extremely thin tube as compared to the channel tube formed of a thick tube having relatively strong stiffness rotates around the axis from the distal end side fixed to the channel tube. In some cases, the sheath is twisted in the sheath cover and cannot cover the flexible insertion portion.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for covering a flexible insertion portion in a state in which a sheath sheath containing a channel tube is wrapped by a sheath cover, and easily covers the flexible sheath, even if the sheath sheath is twisted due to a bending habit of the channel tube. It is an object of the present invention to provide an outer sheath pack for an endoscope, which can smoothly cover the outer sheath with the flexible insertion portion.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the sheath package of the endoscope of the present invention is detachably covered with the flexible insertion portion in order to prevent the flexible insertion portion of the endoscope from being contaminated. A sheath sheath for an endoscope having an outer sheath, and a sheath cover for enclosing the outer sheath when the outer sheath is covered with the flexible insertion portion, wherein the outer sheath has a distal end inside the outer sheath. The channel tube attached to the tip of the is inserted and arranged so that when covering the outer sheath with the flexible insertion portion, the channel tube is inserted into the guide channel arranged in the flexible insertion portion. A pressure-sensitive joining means for detachably joining the outer surface of the base end portion of the mantle sheath and the inner surface of the sheath cover, and the pressure-sensitive joining means is a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. 【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by providing the pressure-sensitive joining means for detachably joining the outer surface of the base end portion of the outer sheath and the inner surface of the sheath cover, the outer sheath wrapped by the sheath cover can be flexibly bent. When the sheath is twisted due to the bending tendency of the channel tube, etc., the sheath cover is also twisted when covering the insertion section, so that the sheath cover is also twisted by hand from the outside only by hand. The torsion can be easily returned to the original state, and the outer sheath can be smoothly covered with the flexible insertion portion.
