Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a mirror with a magnet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The mirror is one of the tools that has been used for a long time. However, the mirror was conventionally made of metal and glass and was hard and heavy.
Mirrors are used for grooming, but you often want to use both hands. Therefore, in the case of the hand-held type, it is often the case that a person has it or leans against something. However, it is often difficult for them to have it alone or to lean against it.
[0003]
In recent years, some are easily self-sustaining and some are relatively easy to use.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, they are still made of glass and there is a risk of breaking.
In recent years, many people have pasted something like a calendar on their home refrigerators or company lockers. Such places are often noticeable.
Especially in company lockers, many people change their clothes or do simple makeup in front of them, so many people have mirrors in the lockers.
[0005]
Under such circumstances, it is preferable that a mirror be attached to a refrigerator or a locker.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the current situation as described above, the present inventor has completed the mirror with magnet of the present invention as a result of earnest research, and the feature is that a plastic mirror is attached to a flexible planar magnet. On the point.
[0007]
The planar magnet having flexibility is usually obtained by mixing a magnetizable powder such as ferrite with a thermoplastic resin and curing the mixture. As the resin, any material such as soft vinyl chloride, soft polyolefin, and polyurethane may be used. Of course, a commercially available product may be used.
The thickness of the magnet is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.2 mm to 1 mm. This may be determined from the problem of the sticking force due to the magnetic force and the cost. Thinner ones are possible with the use of expensive and strong magnetizable powders (also called magnetic powders).
[0008]
The plastic mirror is obtained by applying, affixing or vapor-depositing a light-reflecting substance (a foil or the like) such as aluminum on one surface of the plastic. The plastic itself may be in any number of layers. For example, aluminum may be vapor-deposited on a thin film, which may be attached to another thick film or sheet. Of course, it may be applied to one thick plastic layer. Since the magnet is soft, it is desirable that this mirror is also flexible as a whole, but is not limited thereto.
[0009]
The present invention is obtained by laminating this flexible planar magnet and a plastic mirror. When viewed from the surface, a plastic layer, a metal layer, and a magnet layer are laminated in this order. This makes it easy to stick wherever a magnet is attached. Particularly, it is most suitable for lockers in the changing room of the company.
[0010]
Although the above is an essential requirement of the present invention, the surface plastic layer may be further subjected to an antifogging treatment. Although any method may be used, a method of applying a material having an antifogging effect to the surface is simple. For example, a hydrophilic coating agent or the like is used.
[0011]
Further, the overall shape of the mirror is not limited to a simple shape such as a simple rectangle or a circle, but may be an animal shape, a doll shape, or the like.
Further, the surface may be provided with a pattern or a figure in a certain part of the periphery or the whole surface, instead of the entire surface mirror. For example, the whole shape may be an animal, and a picture that can be recognized as the animal may be placed around the animal. Of course, it may be a character.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the mirror 1 with a magnet according to the present invention. A mirror 3 is attached to a flexible planar magnet 2. The planar magnet 2 is made by kneading ferrite into soft polyethylene. The thickness is 0.4 mm.
The mirror 3 is obtained by depositing aluminum 5 on a thin transparent polyester film 4 (thickness: 100 μm) and attaching it to a thick transparent polyester film 6 (thickness: 0.5 mm).
In this example, the entire shape is also a simple rectangle, has no pattern or the like, and has not been subjected to surface treatment.
[0013]
FIG. 2 shows a deformed shape of a whale, with a slight contour 7 around and inside. Of course, there is no problem because the line portion is not a mirror but is a part. It looks cute and is liked by women.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention described in detail above has the following great effects.
(1) It can be easily pasted anywhere it is attached to the magnet. Lockers, refrigerators, steel furniture, steel doors, cars, various machines, etc.
(2) Both hands can be used and it is more convenient than the conventional hand-held type.
(3) Unlike the wall-mounted type, it is easy to attach and detach, and there is no residual.
(4) By devising shapes and patterns, very cute things can be made.
(5) If the surface is subjected to anti-fogging treatment, it can be used in a washroom or a bath.
