【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成するため、音声送出部からの音声放送を文字データに変換して、音声放送と文字データ放送を異なるチャネルにて同時に放送可能とするため、音声→文字データ変換部、音声データ合成変調部を追加する。
