Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for guiding and stacking punched products such as paper containers, which is capable of sequentially aligning and stacking the blanks punched in a final step of an apparatus for manufacturing blanks such as paper containers by punching paperboard. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when manufacturing a paper container by punching a paperboard with a flat board punching device, a punching die is used to punch out a material sheet of a required thickness into a required shape, and the material punched in the next process is used. A portion of the sheet that becomes a scrap other than a portion that becomes a product is removed by a punching waste separating unit, and is then sent to a discharge unit where it is accumulated. In order to punch a blank of a target paper container from this material sheet, for example, as shown in a schematic diagram of a flat plate punching device showing an example of the operation process in FIG. Then, when the product is supplied to the next die punching unit 102 and is punched by a punching die 103 into a shape and a design designed in advance in a state where the product is normally expanded, for example, a product (blank) and its surroundings and holes are formed. A very small connecting portion is provided between a part (a relatively large hole) and a part to be a scrap so that the product and the scrap part can be laterally fed as it is. At the end of the apparatus, a product portion is dropped from a scrap (extra surplus portion) and stacked on a table 106 at the end of the apparatus. Therefore, in the flat plate punching apparatus 100, there is a chip removal step (104) following the mold punching step (102). In this chip removal step (104), mainly details such as holes and cuts are removed. In the following process, the product B is sent to the discharge section 105 (paper discharge section) where the product B is separated, and the surrounding waste necessary for transport (transverse feed) is dropped to the waste dropping section 107 and collected and removed in the waste bin. Have been to be. Such a processing means (flat plate punching device) is already known.
[0003]
At a place where blanks such as a paper box punched out of the material sheet A ′ by the flat plate punching apparatus 100 as described above are discharged, blanks from which the chips have been removed are sequentially stacked, and the next processing step (for example, a box making step) is performed. In order to convey the sheet, a large number of sheets are stacked to improve workability.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a flat plate punching apparatus 100, when handling blanks of a paper container, when taking out the products B through a chip removal step (104) (referred to as a page dropping step), the products B are sequentially stacked and the amount convenient for transportation. In order to accumulate them, they are stacked on a pallet placed on a table 106, and the movement to the take-out position is sent at regular intervals so that there is no variation. However, when a product having a relatively small size is to be produced, there is a problem that a deviation is apt to occur in the course of being stacked on the pallet 108 on the table 106 at the discharge position, and it is difficult to accumulate correctly. If the accumulated products are displaced, there is a possibility that, for example, when supplying to the automatic box making device in the next process, there is a problem that the products cannot be supplied in a correct posture. However, at present, this has not been solved.
[0005]
This is because the transport line from the sheet feeding unit 101 to the product discharging unit 105 through the punching step 102 and the chip removal step 104 from the sheet feeding unit 101 is performed at the same level in a series, Since the products B (blanks) to be dropped are sequentially stacked on the pallets 108 arranged in the stacking unit, the products received on the pallets 108 which are gradually lowered from the transport line by the elevating means in the stacking unit. It is considered that one of the reasons is that there is a free fall relationship up to the upper surface. That is, since the blank of the required shape and dimension has a small drop distance but is free during the descent from the transport line to the stacked product B on the pallet 108, the blank always has the air resistance acting on the lower surface of the product. It can be inferred that it is impossible to land exactly at the same position, and it tends to move freely in the horizontal direction, albeit very slightly, and cannot be stacked accurately.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and a product cut off from a scrap by providing a product drop guide means in a final product discharging type (a scrap removing type) in a flat plate punching device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stacking and guiding apparatus for a punched product such as a paper container having a function of correctly guiding the sheets to a stacking section so as to be stacked.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Functions / Effects]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, an integrated guiding device for a punched product such as a paper container according to the present invention comprises:
The lower die of the product discharging means provided at the discharge part of the punched product in the flat plate punching device is provided with expandable and contractible guiding means for guiding the product to be withdrawn to the stacking position while keeping the posture of the product to be dropped substantially horizontal. It is characterized by the following.
[0008]
According to the present invention, when a punched product such as a paper box is sequentially processed from a material sheet by a flat plate punching device, the product is dropped as a product and discharged to a stacking position, the upper and lower molds of a product discharging means provided in the discharging portion are provided. When the product is cut off from the scrap portion (excess portion) of the outer peripheral portion gripped by the gripper, the product that falls through the inside of the lower mold as it descends is attached to the lower mold so as to extend and contract. Guided by the guide means, the outer peripheral portion is guided, falls down while keeping a horizontal state without swaying to the accumulation position, and is superimposed directly on the previously stacked products, and repeatedly operates at a predetermined speed. The required number of products can always be accumulated at a predetermined position in accordance with the operation cycle of the punching die. Therefore, there is an effect that the products accumulated on the pallet can be supplied to the machine without any trouble when the products are transferred to the next step and subjected to automatic box making.
[0009]
In the above invention, the guide means for guiding the punched product to the stacking position is provided at a plurality of locations such that the guide surface thereof substantially matches the inner peripheral surface of the lower product drop hole of the product discharge means and is vertically expandable and contractable. It is good to arrange so that the product can be guided. By doing so, the guide means can expand and contract according to the height relationship of the receiving surface at the product accumulation position without being synchronized with the lifting and lowering of the lower mold, so that the periphery of the product falling in the mold can be reliably ensured. There is an advantage that it can be guided and can be reliably guided and stacked at the collecting position without being in a free state.
[0010]
In the above invention, it is preferable that the guide means is disposed at least at opposing portions in a product longitudinal direction and a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. In this way, the punched products can be correctly guided and integrated without causing a displacement. The guide means includes a fixed guide portion with a guide groove fixed so that the guide surface is along the inner peripheral surface of the lower product drop hole, and a guide surface formed by the guide surface of the fixed guide portion. And a movable guide piece which can be freely suspended under its own weight without slipping off the guide groove at the same level.
[0011]

The upper die 10 is disposed at a position above and provided above the transport line a for the material sheet, and the punching die (not shown) arranged below the transport line a to face the upper die 10 The lower die 20 moves up and down a required size in synchronization with the above, and a guide means 25 incorporated in the lower die 20. The upper mold 10 and the lower mold 20 substantially correspond to a product discharging means in the present invention. In addition, a table of a product receiving mechanism that moves up and down at a required speed is provided below the installation position of the accumulation guide device 1.
[0014]
The upper die 10 and the lower die 20 constituting the integrated guide device 1 are products in which the upper die 10 is a male die and the lower die 20 is a female die, and is punched from a material sheet by a punch die in a previous process. It is a wooden pattern having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of. In the integrated guide device 1 of this embodiment, two products are taken out (in practice, several tens of pieces may be simultaneously punched out of a material sheet depending on the size of a punched product).
[0015]
First, the upper die 10 has a base plate 11 that can be removably mounted on a frame above a drop-out position (discharge portion) of a punched product in a flat plate punching device, and is supported by the base plate 11 and held by a gripper. The punched sheet A that has been moved and moved (the scraps other than the surplus portion A ″ (margin portion) having a portion a ′ (see FIG. 5A) attached to the outer peripheral portion without separating the product portion by the punching die in the previous process. Is formed of a movable holding plate 12 and a product drop-out plate 13 which sandwich a margin portion of the product with the upper surface 21a of the lower die 20. The product pull-out plate 13 is arranged at a predetermined interval. And are arranged in parallel.
[0016]
The base plate 11 is a square plate having a required thickness such that the movable holding plate 12 and the product drop-out plate 13 are held downward with respect to the mounting portion thereof, and is mainly formed of plywood.
[0017]
First, the product drop-out plate 13 and the movable holding plate 12 mounted on the base plate 11 are formed so that the product drop-out plate 13 is substantially similar to the outer shape of the product portion of the punched sheet A and its punching line c (Edge portion depicting the outermost shape of the product, see FIG. 5 (a).) A plate piece smaller than the shape, which is fixed to the lower surface of the base plate 11 by the lock pin 14 via the spacer 13a. They are arranged at predetermined intervals. In addition, at least one air vent hole 13b (two locations in the specific example) is provided at an intermediate position of the product removal plate 13, so that the product can be in close contact with the surface portion of the product when the product is removed from the punched sheet A. Has been.
[0018]
With respect to such a product drop-out plate 13, the movable holding plate 12 is formed with an appropriate gap t so as not to contact the outer shape of the product drop-out plate 13, and is slightly more than the product punching line c. A cutout portion 12a having a small contour is provided, and the outer shape is formed to have a size inside the gripper position for conveying the punched sheet A. In this embodiment, a part of the rear side (paper feed side) in the transport direction is omitted, and when a large number of product blanks are punched from one material sheet as described above, A required number of cutout holes (cutout portions 12a) are formed so as to surround the entire circumference of the product blank.
[0019]
Further, such a movable holding plate 12 is suspended from the base plate 11 by a suspension rod 15 at a plurality of positions so as to be able to move up and down from the base plate 11 while maintaining a gap t with the product removal plate 13. The support surface 12c is supported by the coil spring 16 loosely inserted into the lower surface 15 so as to be positioned below the surface 13c of the product drop-out plate 13 when not in operation. One end of the coil spring 16 is held by the mounting portion 15a of the hanging rod 15 on the back side of the movable holding plate 12, and the other end is inserted into a hole 11b provided in the base plate 11 to be in a steady state. Is held in. Accordingly, a block 17 for maintaining the vertical movement of the suspension rod 15 is fixed to the upper surface side of the base plate 11, and a screw portion 15b is formed at the upper end of the suspension rod 15, and the nut 15c is used to control the coil spring 16 by the nut 15c. The pressing force of the movable holding plate 12 can be adjusted.
[0020]
On the other hand, in the lower die 20, the product drop hole 22 which forms the outermost periphery of the product B (blank) to be dropped into the main body 21 is made to correspond to the pitch between the center lines of the product dropout plate 13 of the upper die 10. A guide means 25 is provided on the inner peripheral surface 22a of the product drop hole 22 so that the guide surface substantially coincides with each other on both the vertical and horizontal sides. The main body 21 of the lower mold 20 is a rectangular block body in which plate materials are laminated to a required height similarly to the upper mold 10, and is mainly formed of plywood.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the guide means 25 attached to the lower die 20 has guide surfaces 26b and 27b on the inner peripheral surface 22a of the product drop hole 22 in the lower die 20. A fixed guide portion 26 with a guide groove 26a embedded and fixed downward so as to substantially match, and a movable guide portion 27 which is slidably fitted in the guide groove 26a and freely incorporated under its own weight are combined. Configuration.
[0022]
The fixed guide piece 26 protrudes from the intermediate position of the inner side surface 22a of the product drop hole 22 to the lower surface of the main body 21 of the lower die 20 as appropriate and has a length on both sides so as not to move to the product drop hole 22 side. It is inserted into a dovetail-shaped fitting portion 23 having a steep slope and fixed with a wood screw 24. A long hole 26c is provided in the longitudinal direction in the bottom surface of the guide groove 26a portion of the fixed guide piece 26.
[0023]
On the other hand, the movable guide piece 27 has substantially the same length as the fixed guide piece 26, and both sides slide into the guide groove 26a, and its surface is used as a guide surface 27b. Are related. In addition, a part of the intermediate portion is formed as an elastic movable piece 27c, and a projection 27d is provided on the back side of the tip thereof in a normal state. The projection 27d is attached to the fixed guide piece 26. It is engaged with the long hole 26c provided by the elastic force at the time of combination so that it can freely move and cannot fall off. At the upper end of the movable guide piece 27, a cut 27e is formed to cross the head of a wood screw 24 fixing the fixed guide piece 26 by the dovetail-shaped fitting portion 23 of the lower die body 21, It is formed so that the height dimension is the same as the fixed guide piece 26 at the time of the maximum contraction (see FIG. 4B).
[0024]
The integrated guide device 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above is a product discharge portion of a flat plate punching device, in which the base plate 11 of the upper die 10 is inserted from the outside into the body frame, and the product is dropped downward. The plate 13 is installed so that the orientation thereof is the same as the arrangement of the punching dies (not shown) in the preceding process (not shown, but fixed at a fixed position by well-known fixing means at the upper die insertion portion). .
[0025]
The other lower die 20 is provided with a center line C between the product drop-out plate 13 and the product drop hole 22 of the upper die 10 on an extension of a punching-type lifting operation frame (not shown) or on an upper surface of a frame which moves up and down in synchronization. And the block-shaped main body 21 is fixed. At this time, the guide means 25 (substantially the movable guide piece 27) is disposed so as to hang down.
[0026]
By the operation of the flat plate punching device, the material sheet is sent from the paper feeding unit to the punching unit, punched into a required shape, and pressed by a ruled line, and the punched sheet A from which swarf such as a punch hole is removed in the next step. (At this time, the product blank B is connected to the surrounding surplus portion A ″ at the narrow connecting portion c to form a sheet) and is sent to the discharge portion.
[0027]
In this discharge section, the punched sheet A is intermittently fed to a predetermined position. When the lower die 20 moves up in synchronization with the operation of the previous process, the upper surface 21a of the main body of the lower die 20 and the upper die The margin portion A ″ of the punched sheet A is first sandwiched by the movable holding plate 12.
[0028]
Further, when the lower die 20 continues to move upward and the movable holding plate 12 lifts the punched sheet A against the elastic force of the coil spring 16 arranged to be fitted on the hanging rod 15, the punched sheet A The product dropout plate 13 comes into contact with the product B portion of the lower die 20 and the lower die 20 rises by the rising stroke, so that the product on the upper die 10 side fixed to the upper surface edge of the product drop hole 22 of the lower die 20. The joint a ′ between the margin portion A ″ and the product B in the punched sheet A is sheared by the cutout plate 13.
[0029]
The product B separated from the punching line c in the punched sheet A in this way is given a falling speed by the pushing force of the product drop-off plate 13 by entering the product drop-off plate 13 into the product drop hole 22 of the lower die 20, It is guided along the inner peripheral surface 22a of the hole 22 and descends freely. On the other hand, the lower mold 20 moves to a descending stroke together with the lower molds of the other processes and descends by a predetermined distance. At this time, the movable presser plate 12 of the upper die 10 is returned to the steady position by the accumulated force of the coil spring 16 as the lower die 20 descends.
[0030]
The lower die 20 is provided with guide means 25 so as to substantially coincide with the inner peripheral surface 22a of the product drop hole 22 so as to guide the outermost periphery of the product at a plurality of locations. The guide piece 26 and the movable guide piece 27 extend below the lower end of the product drop hole 22, and the movable guide piece 27 matches its guide surface 27b with the inner peripheral surface 22a of the product drop hole 22. In this state, the products B stacked on the pallet on the table located immediately below the discharge unit can always be guided and lowered correctly. In addition, the margin portion after the product B is discharged is transferred as it is and is discharged to the scrap receiver at the end of the transport line.
[0031]
That is, the upper surface of the pallet 30 (also indicated by a chain line in FIG. 4) disposed on the table in the discharge section is configured to gradually descend from the rising position in accordance with the discharge of the product. However, since the product B does not descend according to the paper thickness and operates without the descending speed being synchronized with the discharge, an error always occurs between the product B and the vertical stroke of the lower mold 20. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the movable guide portion 27 of the guide means 25 is slidably combined with the fixed guide portion 26 so that the elongated hole 26c provided in the fixed guide portion 26 and the movable guide portion As shown by the two-dot chain line in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the movable guide portion 27 keeps the guide surface 27b constant by the sliding hole 27c by the sliding engagement of the protrusion 27d with the protrusion 27d. Since the product B is allowed to hang freely within the movable range, the product B that falls freely by the guide surface 27b can be discharged and supplied to the stacked product stacking position while maintaining a constant posture.
[0032]
In short, the movable guide piece 27 of the guide means 25 functions to complement the variation in the amount of movement of the table in the discharge unit by the free change in the amount of hanging, so that the product stacking position always follows the stacking position. As a result, products can be accurately integrated.
[0033]
In the integrated guide device described above, the use of a molded product as the guide means is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. If the two guide surfaces are made to coincide with each other as the guide surface, a pipe-shaped piece can be combined. In addition to the coil spring as in the above-described embodiment, the elastic body that applies a pressing force to the upper movable holding plate may be an elastic body that can change volume (for example, a sponge-like elastic body, an elastic force due to a shape change). The resulting resin parts) can be used.
