この発明は、入院患者や、日常生活に不自由な自宅療養患者が場所を問わずに使用することのできる携帯型簡易股間洗浄具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、便所に付設されている股間洗浄具として固定式のものでは、一般家庭にて使用されているものとしてはウオシュレット（登録商標）があるが、又、乳幼児の股間清浄装置（例えば、特許文献１参照。）、又携帯用のお尻洗浄具も開発さている（例えば、特許文献２。）。但し、前記の特許文献２のような携帯用のお尻洗浄具は一般に市販されていない。

【発明の解決しようとする課題】
このような固定式のウォシュレット（登録商標）及び特許文献１のような股間洗浄具では、そのような装置又は設備のあるところでしか利用することができないという問題点がある。通常このような股間洗浄具は通常の病院等では設置されていない。このような股間洗浄具のない病院で、お風呂にも入れない白血病の患者さん等、その他お風呂に入れない人が、股間を洗浄したくとも適当な携帯型の洗浄具がないために、やむを得ず股間をタオル等で拭いているのが現状である。
又、特許文献２の尻洗浄具は携帯型ではあるが、洗浄水の噴出量の調節ができない欠点がある。

そこで、この発明は、患者さんが病床で股間をタオル等で拭いてもらうのみでは、不快感が残るために、患者さんが、自ら簡易股間洗浄具を便所に持込み、この洗浄具にて自らの股間を自分で洗浄することができ、しかも洗浄水の噴出量を自由に使用者自らがコントロールすることのできる比較的安価な携帯型簡易股間洗浄具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成すべく、この発明は、洗浄水を入った手持ち可能な容器であって、該容器内の洗浄水を給水するホースと、該ホースを下部に取り付けると共に外周に雄螺子を刻設し且つ上端給水孔の外周に凹溝を形成してなる取付部と、
中央に貫通孔を設けると共に下部には前記凹溝に嵌まる突出下部を設け、且つ外周を先細テーパー部とした円錐弾性体と、内部空胴の下部に螺着可能の手持ち部の上方小径部の雄螺子と螺着可能の雌螺子を設け、且つ内部空胴部の上端に前記円錐弾性体の外周先細テーパー部に加圧接触するように設けられた先細テーパーを内設してなる水圧調整部と、からなる携帯型簡易股間洗浄具で以て、患者さん自らが洗浄水の水圧を自ら調整をして股間を洗浄し得るようにした。
更に、水圧調整部外周上部は先細テーパーとしてある。
また、水圧調整部外周上部は湾曲状とすることにより、安全に使用し得るようにしてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
【実施例１】
この携帯型簡易股間洗浄具１は、所量の洗浄水２を収納してなる容器３と、この容器３の上部にはモーター４と、このモーター４を駆動させる乾電池５が内蔵せられ、スイッチ５を入れるとこのモーター４及びポンプ６が駆動され、容器内の洗浄水がビニール管からなるホース３１より一定圧力の吸水し且つ送水するようになっている。
但し、上記モーター４、乾電池５等からなる電源、ポンプ６とは蓋部３０の内部に格納されている。ホース３１の先端部には取付部７と、円錐弾性体８と、水圧調整部９とからなる股間洗浄具１０が形成されている。

この股間洗浄具１０を更に詳しく以下説明する。
取付部７は、下部よりホース３１を取り付けてなる下部大径部１１と上方小径部１２とからなり、上方小径部１２の外周に雄ねじ部１３を刻設されると共に、上端給水孔の外周に凹溝１４を形成してあり、更にこの下部大径部１１と上方小径部１２の中央部内を貫通する通孔１５が貫通してある。

前記の上端給水孔の外周に凹溝１４に嵌合する下部突出部１６が形成された円錐弾性体８はゴム又は弾性合成樹脂よりなり前記取付部７の上端部１７に配置されるものであって、中央に貫通孔１８は、前記下部大径部１１と上方小径部１２の中央部内を貫通する通孔１５と連通しており、且つこの円錐弾性体８の上方外周は先細テーパー部１９としてあるものである。

更に水圧調整部９は、内部空胴２１の下部内周部には、前記上方小径部の外周に刻設された雄ねじ部１３に螺着する雌ねじ部２２が刻設されている。
水圧調整部９の外周上方部は内設先細テーパー２３が形成されていると共に、水圧調整部９の筒内の上方部は円錐弾性体８の上方テーパー１９の外周と接触するように筒内部先細テーパー２３が内設されている。なお、水圧調整部９の外周には外周先細テーパー２４が形成されてある。

従って、この水圧調整部９を螺動させ、取付部７に対して水圧調整部９を下方に微動させることによってゴム又は弾性合成樹脂よりなる円錐弾性体８の外周先細テーパー部１９の外周を内設先細テーパー２３が押圧することとなり、貫通孔１８が縮径することになり、ホース３１から送られる一定圧力水は次第にその送水圧力を強くすることができる。逆に、水圧調整部９を上方方向に螺動させることによって、送水圧力を弱めることもできる。
更に、股間洗浄具１０のやや下方のホース３１の外周を使用者が把持し易いような円筒形状のハンドル３２が固定してあるものである。

【実施例２】
先の実施例１では、水圧調整部９の上部外周は先細テーパー２１となってるため、その使用法を誤れば股間を傷つける危険性があるため、このような危険性を回避するために、水圧調整部９の上部を彎曲状２５に形成するとにより一層安全に使用が可能となる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の股間洗浄具では、洗浄水を入った手持ち可能な容器であって、該容器内の洗浄水を給水するホースと、該ホースを下部に取り付けると共に外周に雄螺子を刻設し且つ上端給水孔の外周に凹溝を形成してなる取付部と、
中央に貫通孔を設けると共に下部には前記凹溝に嵌まる突出下部を設け、且つ外周を先細テーパー部とした円錐弾性体と、内部空胴の下部に螺着可能の手持ち部の上方小径部の雄螺子と螺着可能の雌螺子を設け、且つ内部空胴部の上端に前記円錐弾性体の外周先細テーパー部に加圧接触するように設けられた先細テーパーを内設してなる水圧調整部と、から構成してあるので、患者さん自らが洗浄水の水量、水圧を自ら調整をして股間を洗浄し得る。しかも、使用する者が自ら持ち運び、例えばトイレ等のようなところで使用者の好みの水量又は水圧を自ら調節して股間部を自由に洗浄することができる。
請求項２の股間洗浄具では、筒内部外周先細テーパーとほぼ同様の内周テーパーを形成してあるので使用者は噴出水の圧力の程度を使用上の経験から予測し易い効果がある。
請求項３の股間洗浄具では、水圧調整部外周上部は湾曲状としてあるので、使用者は股間部を損傷することなく安心して使用できる効果がある。
