Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cooling motor fan widely used in home electric equipment or office equipment electronic equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1] Noise reduction method for fan device: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-238988
The general configuration of a motor fan according to the present invention, which includes an electric motor 2 held by a motor frame 1-1 integral with a venturi case 1 and an impeller 5 integral with a rotor 4 of the electric motor, is well known. And details are omitted.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a stator 3 fixed to a motor frame 1-1 integral with the venturi case 1 and a rotor 4 which is coaxial with the stator 3 and is rotatably supported. is there. The noise during the operation of the motor fan is an electromagnetic noise due to energization and a vibration noise due to the rotation of the rotating unit, and the latter occupies a large part of the noise, and it is a well-known problem that the vibration propagates and expands through the housing. It is.
When looking at motor fans that are in practical use, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-238988, there are examples in which a means for suppressing the propagation of vibration is provided in the fan motor itself. Although not described, details are omitted, but it is common to insert a vibration suppression member in a connection portion with an external housing.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the motor fan according to the prior art as described above, the motor fan itself includes a rotor shaft 6 supported by a bearing fitted to a fixed portion as shown in FIG. Since the rigid bodies are connected by fastening, the vibration caused by the rotation of the motor fan propagates directly to the outside. It is necessary to insert a member, and there has been a problem of improvement in practical use such as preparing another member at the time of mounting.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and an object of the present invention is to realize a motor fan having a vibration-proof structure in which vibration of the motor fan itself is hardly transmitted to the load side of the fan.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the motor fan according to the present invention, the cup-shaped hub for integrally holding the rotor and the impeller has a small hole in the center of the bottom surface, and the small hole is fitted with the support shaft with a small gap. Is fixed and held via a flexible member, and preferably, the small hole and the support shaft of the cup-shaped rotor yoke have at least one of their fitting-facing surfaces with a step in the axial direction. The back yoke for holding the permanent magnet of the rotor has a cup-like shape, and a small gap is provided at the bottom center of the back yoke. A hole, the small hole is directly fitted and held in a press-contact state with the support shaft, the impeller is held by a cup-shaped hub provided so as to cover the back yoke, and the cup-shaped hub has a bottom surface. It has a small hole in the center, and the small hole is fitted with the support shaft with a small gap. The outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the back yoke and the inner peripheral surface of the cup-shaped hub are configured so as to be fixed and held in a gap between the two via a flexible member. It is configured to be fixedly held via another member.
[0007]
[Action]
Since the motor fan according to the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to realize a motor fan having an anti-vibration structure in which vibration of the motor fan itself is not easily transmitted to the load side of the fan.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a fastening state between a rotor shaft 6 and a cup-shaped hub 5-1 of a rotor 4 of a motor fan according to the present invention. A small hole 5-11 at the center of the bottom surface of the and a rotor shaft 6 inserted through the small hole 5-11 are fitted so as to face each other with a small gap 7 at both ends and a large gap 8 therebetween. The figure shows a state in which another member 9 is filled in between.
[0009]
Since the separate member 9 having flexibility is interposed between the above two gaps, the vibration caused by the rotation of the rotor 4 is difficult to propagate to the rotor shaft 6, but the interposed member 9 is a flexible member. Since it cannot be denied that the outer peripheral surface of the rotor body easily swings with respect to the axis of the rotor shaft 6, the gap 7 at both ends is reduced as a means for suppressing the swing phenomenon.
[0010]
Therefore, it is preferable that the small gap 7 is small as long as it is not in direct contact with the rotor shaft 6, and details thereof are omitted. However, as shown in FIG. It is also effective to add and fix the ring member 10 to the shaft.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, in addition to the above-described first configuration, a cup-shaped hub that supports a cylindrical portion of a back yoke 4-2 that supports a rotor permanent magnet 4-1 of an electric motor 2 and an impeller 5 The configuration in which another member 9 having flexibility is interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 5-1 and the inner peripheral surface also increases the effect of suppressing the propagation of vibration caused by the rotor 4 itself of the electric motor 2 including electromagnetic factors. It is effective for
[0012]
FIG. 3 considers the vibration caused by the impeller 5 rather than the vibration caused by the rotor 4 of the electric motor 2. The back yoke 4-2 supporting the first wheel 1 is directly fastened, and only the cup-shaped hub 5-1 supporting the impeller 5 is fastened via the flexible member 9.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Since the motor fan according to the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to realize a motor fan that can effectively suppress the propagation of vibration caused by the motor fan itself to the load side by a simple method.
