しかしながら、上述した特許文献１の廃棄物収集システムの場合、粗大ゴミ処理手数料納付券の発券が不要となり、従って粗大ゴミへの粗大ゴミ処理手数料納付券の貼り付けも不要となったが、逆に、ゴミ処理手数料納付券が粗大ゴミへ貼り付けられていないために、粗大ゴミ収集場所に出された粗大ゴミが、収集予約受付されたものであるか否かの確認が困難となるという問題があった。

以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。

ところで、特許文献１の廃棄物収集システムの場合も含めて、一般に、粗大ゴミとして処分される物には、そのままであるいは少し手を入れることで再利用可能なものと、再利用が不可能のものがあるが、再利用可能なものであってもそれらの多くが再利用されずに廃棄されてしまうという問題がある。これは、世帯毎に粗大ゴミを依頼する日が決まっていないことや、粗大ゴミの収集場所が自宅前であることから、再利用のために粗大ゴミの引取を希望する引取希望者に粗大ゴミの詳細な情報が行き届かないからである。
