Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seal reference service system for providing a seal imprint reference service for a report stamp of a customer account in a financial institution.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The registration stamp of the passbook deposited by the financial institution is stored and managed by the financial institution, and is stamped as a secondary seal on the passbook held by the customer.
Usually, a customer has a plurality of seals and uses them according to the situation. However, by looking at the sub-seal of the passbook, it is possible to easily grasp which seal the report stamp is.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the event that the bankbook is stolen, there is a problem that fraudulent payment may occur by falsifying the seal from the secondary seal stamped on the bankbook. Abolition (not stamping the secondary seal) is under consideration, and some financial institutions have actually abolished the secondary seal.
However, when the secondary seal is abolished in this way, it is considered that the customer loses the function of managing and confirming the registered seal at hand and forgets which seal was used.
[0004]
As described above, when the passbook sub-seal is abolished, the customer needs to go to the financial institution to which the notification has been sent in order to confirm which seal was used. Alternatively, if various requests (for example, fund transfer, etc.) are made using an incorrect notification stamp, there is a problem that the request application is not accepted and returned to the customer due to “difference in seal”, and unnecessary labor is required. .
Further, when the information of the seal stamp corresponding to the sub-seal is stored at the customer's responsibility, for example, together with the passbook, there is a danger similar to the case where the sub-seal is stamped on the passbook.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration to solve the above-described problem.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the processing for processing the seal image.
As shown in the figure, there are a round shape, an oval shape, a square shape, and the like, which are processed into a "quarter" of the lower left area from the center of the whole image of the seal. This is because when the person himself / herself identifies a seal, it is possible to sufficiently confirm even a partial image without an entire image. In addition, since the seal image is a partial image rather than the whole, even if such a seal image data is illegally acquired by a third party, it is not possible to forge a registered seal image based on this. Extremely difficult. Therefore, even a seal stamp inquiry service from a customer by such general access can be realized without lowering security.
