本発明は、温水をノズルから噴出して人体の局部を洗浄する温水洗浄便座において、特に人体洗浄用ノズルの掃除に係わる物である。

本発明に係わる従来技術としては、洗浄水をおしり洗浄ノズルやビデ洗浄ノズルなどの洗浄ノズルから噴出して人体の局部を洗浄する温水洗浄便座が知られている。

局部の洗浄ノズルを駆動する方法としては幾つか具現化されているが、その内の一手段として、アーム揺動式が知られている。

上記した構成の従来の衛生洗浄装置では、アーム部やその先端部分のノズル部分に糞尿や水垢等の汚れが付着した場合、手でふき取ってやる作業が必要である。

本発明は上記課題を解決するために、便座前部の下方に開口凹部を形成し、その中にノズル支持部とともに人体洗浄ノズルを収納し、駆動手段によって使用時に繰出すようにした局部洗浄機構を有する衛生洗浄装置で、人体洗浄ノズル収納部の側壁部にノズル洗浄手段を有するものである。

なお、本発明に用いている洗浄用ノズルは、噴霧ノズルであれば何れの種類も使用可能であるが、特に扇形ノズルの様な広角な範囲に噴霧するノズルを用いた場合より広範囲な洗浄が可能となり、洗浄の効果が向上する。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明の衛生洗浄装置によると便座前部の下方に形成された開口凹部のノズル収納部の側壁部にノズル洗浄手段を有することで、人体洗浄ノズルが汚れた場合でも洗浄手段から洗浄水の噴霧を行うことにより、人体洗浄ノズルやノズル支持部、またその周囲の洗浄も簡単に行なうことができる。
