Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sludge preventing material used for civil engineering work and the like, and a construction method for civil engineering work and the like using the sludge preventing material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Muddy water, cement milk, or mortar used at a civil engineering work site may leak into soil having a large gap between soil particles such as a sandy soil layer. In order to prevent this, conventionally, in addition to fibers such as natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and inorganic fibers, walnut grains, cotton nuts, bentonite grains and lumps, and the like have been used. By mixing an appropriate amount, it functions as a clogging material in a relatively large gap in the soil, and is generally used so that the lost material does not leak.
[0003]
[Prior Art Issues]
However, many fibers conventionally used as lost materials have a low specific gravity, and even when mixed with lost materials such as muddy water, cement milk, mortar, etc., these fibers remain above the lost materials. And it is very difficult to disperse. For this reason, in the past, as a pretreatment for preventing lifting, water was previously absorbed into the fibers to improve the mixing, but the number of steps increased, which required a long working time, and the dispersion work was also very complicated. Was a problem. Recently, there are also those using compressed pulp with good water absorption, but even if the fresh water has good water absorption, the dispersibility in muddy water, cement milk, mortar is not as good as the conventional product It has been confirmed from the applicant's experiment that there is none.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-B 1-35032 [0005]
As a result of intensive studies in view of the current situation, the present invention has excellent dispersibility, for example, by using a mixture of a fiber material that is a material for disposable diapers and sanitary articles and a highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material such as a polymer polymer. It is possible to obtain anti-lodging material at low cost, and by using it, it is possible to effectively prevent leakage of lost material such as muddy water, cement milk, mortar, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a sludge preventing material useful as a stabilizing liquid, a sludge material, a super sludge material or a lubricating material, and a construction method using the sludge preventing material.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a sludge preventing material for preventing leakage of lost materials such as muddy water, cement milk, mortar, etc. is constituted by mixing a highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material with a fiber material. It is characterized by having done.
[0007]
As the fibrous material used in the present invention, pulp fibers such as pulp cotton, waste paper, and waste pulp are preferable, but cotton, asbestos, and cotton lint can also be used, and these can be used alone or appropriately. Can be used in mixture.
[0008]
Further, as the superabsorbent synthetic resin material (starch-acrylonitrile copolymer) used in the present invention, a polyvinyl alcohol / polyacrylic acid-based or sodium polyacrylate-based superabsorbent polymer can be used.
[0009]
As is well known, this superabsorbent polymer is a dry gel consisting of a polymer network into which ionic functional groups have been introduced, and when it comes into contact with water, these ionic functional groups dissociate, which is several hundred to 1,000 times their own weight. It is known to produce a degree of swelling that reaches even Naturally, the dissociation depends on conditions such as the pH and salt concentration at which the gel is placed. Therefore, in addition to the polyvinyl alcohol / polyacrylic acid-based or sodium polyacrylate-based superabsorbent polymer, the present sludge preventing material is added. Other superabsorbent polymers depending on the conditions of the lost material in the ionic atmosphere can be appropriately selected and used.
[0010]
Fibrous materials, especially pulp fibers, have a low specific gravity, easily float on the liquid surface, and have a high bulk as a product, so that there are many compressed products. Therefore, by mixing the highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material between the pulp fibers, the highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material starts to absorb water 50 to 500 times at an early stage and swells to expand the gap of the pulp fiber. Disperses and quickly disperses in lost material such as muddy water, cement milk, mortar, etc. Of course, the same applies to the use of cotton, asbestos, and cotton waste in addition to the pulp fiber material.
[0011]
Further, in order to obtain the sludge preventing material at a low cost, in the present invention, the pulp fiber material and the water-absorbing synthetic resin material are formed by using waste materials generated in a process of manufacturing a disposable diaper or a sanitary article. It is desirable.
[0012]
In the sludge preventing material according to the present invention, the mixing ratio of the fibrous material and the highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material is such that at least 5 parts by weight of the water-absorbing synthetic resin material is mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the fiber material. It is also desirable to keep the dispersibility of the satisfactorily. If the amount is less than 5 parts by weight, good dispersibility of the fiber material cannot be obtained.
[0013]
The sludge preventing material thus configured is used, for example, as a stabilizer for cast-in-place piles, continuous walls, reverse piles, and BH piles, as a stabilizer for muddy water shield or muddy water propulsion work, or as muddy soil. Used as a pressurized shield or a muddy material or a super muddy material for mud pressure propulsion work, used as mortar pile, soil pile, cement milk or mortar for anchor, and further used as a lubricating material for propulsion work be able to. As described above, the sludge prevention material according to the present invention can effectively prevent leakage of lost materials such as muddy water, cement milk, and mortar in various types of civil engineering work.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention comprises a mixture of a fibrous material and a highly water-absorbing synthetic resin material such as a high-molecular polymer to constitute the anti-sludge material, so that muddy water, cement milk, mortar, etc. The fiber material can be reliably prevented from floating on the lost material, and can be dispersed in a short period of time, so that the lost material can be reliably prevented from leaking into the soil. Since waste materials discarded in the manufacturing process of the article can be used, this kind of sludge prevention material can be obtained at low cost. Further, by using the anti-lodging material according to the present invention as, for example, a stabilizing liquid or a muddy material / super-mud material or a sliding material used in the construction of various civil works, the construction can be performed early, and It can be performed in a short time, and has many excellent effects such as a great reduction in construction cost.
[0015]
Embodiment 1
100 parts by weight of pulp fiber, which is waste paper diaper, was mixed with 10 parts by weight of a polyacrylic acid-based superabsorbent polymer also contained in waste paper diaper to produce a sludge preventing material according to the present invention.
And the sludge prevention material according to the present invention was used for cast-in-place pile construction at a construction site. There was a gravel layer at this site, and lost mud was expected from the beginning.
First, 5 kg of the sludge preventing material of the present invention was added to 1000 L (liter) of fresh water, and about 15 seconds after the addition, the sludge preventing material was uniformly dispersed. Thereafter, CMC and bentonite were added to produce and use a stable liquid.
When the sludge preventing material according to the present invention was not used, there was 7.3 m3 of sludge against excavation of 80 m3 of muddy water, but 1.5 m3 when using the sludge preventing agent of the present invention. , And it was confirmed that a very excellent sludge effect was obtained.
