Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joining structure and a joining method of a seepage control sheet laid at a final waste disposal site.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The final waste disposal site generally has, for example, a structure in which a concave storage portion is excavated in the ground, and a plurality of waterproof sheets are laid on the slope of the concave storage portion. In such a final waste disposal site, the waste is dumped into the concave storage section where each sheet is laid, and the impermeable sheet is used to prevent contamination of groundwater and the like due to contaminated water leaching from the waste. Is to be laid.
[0003]
At the final waste disposal site, if the impermeable sheet is damaged, the contaminated water from the waste may permeate the groundwater from the damaged part. Therefore, at the final disposal site, a protection mat made of non-woven fabric is laid on the slope, a waterproof sheet is laid on it, and an intermediate protective mat is placed on it, and a waterproof sheet is placed on it. And a protective mat (a light-shielding coating or the like is provided on the exposed portion to protect the water-impermeable sheet from sunlight), which has a multilayer sheet structure having at least a water-impermeable sheet and a protective mat. It is common.
[0004]
Since the protective mat placed at the surface of the uppermost layer expands and contracts when exposed to the sun, a tack is provided on a part of the protective mat so that a margin is provided and the protective mat can withstand expansion and contraction.
[0005]
In addition, the protective mat and the impermeable sheet are connected by 2m wide to cover the slope. To fix them on the slope, a fixing work is provided on the slope, and each sheet is fixed. The concrete block is pushed in from above and the concrete block is pushed in from above to fix it. In addition, the waterproofing sheet and the protective mat are bonded and fused together.
[0006]
Therefore, conventionally, as a method of joining the waterproof sheet and the protective mat, there are a method of bonding with an adhesive tape or a double-sided tape, a method of bonding with an adhesive, a method of fusing by heat fusion, and a method of bonding a double-sided adhesive tape on the back surface. A method of joining with a hook-and-loop fastener that has just been attached is employed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-19614 (
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional bonding method has the following problems.
That is, the protection mat arranged at the surface position of the uppermost layer is fluttered when the wind blows because the tack is provided.
However, if the bonding between the protective mat and the impermeable sheet is too strong using a bonding method such as an adhesive, when the wind blows, the protective mat will flutter and at the same time a large force will be applied to the impermeable sheet by the wind. Because of the stress applied to the fixing work, the protective mat and the impermeable sheet were simultaneously damaged. Therefore, there is a problem that the contaminated water may leak from the damaged portion.
[0009]
In addition, in the case of bonding using a double-sided tape, if the bonding is weak, only the protective mat that has been peeled off from the impermeable sheet by the force of the wind will flutter, but the double-sided tape, which is the bonding means, is made of nonwoven fabric. Since the mat material adheres and the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape weakens, it is difficult to adhere again. Therefore, there is a problem that the impermeable sheet is easily exposed from the protective mat and is easily damaged.
[0010]
Further, according to the conventional bonding method using a surface fastener described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-19614, a surface fastener in which a double-sided adhesive tape is simply adhered to the back surface is difficult to deform, and is adapted to the unevenness of the ground. There is a problem that the adhesive strength between the hook-and-loop fastener and the water-impervious sheet is weak because the surface of the water-impervious sheet to be laid is small.
[0011]
Then, this invention is made in order to solve the said problem, In a final waste disposal site, it aims at preventing a waterproof sheet from being easily damaged, and joining a waterproof sheet and a protection mat. It is an object to provide a joining structure and a joining method.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is configured to solve the above-mentioned problem, and the invention according to
[0013]
According to the present invention, even if the impermeable sheet is uneven due to the unevenness of the slope, the foam of the hook-and-loop fastener follows the unevenness and the adhesive portion does not become a point contact. Further, the engaging portion of the hook-and-loop fastener is engaged with the protection mat made of non-woven fabric, so that the engagement state between the protection mat and the engaging portion is strong.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the engaging portion of the hook-and-loop fastener has a convex portion having a granular tip.
[0015]
According to the present invention, in addition to the operation according to the first aspect, the fixing between the engaging portion of the hook-and-loop fastener and the protective mat is further strengthened.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first or second aspect, the back surface of the engaging portion of the hook-and-loop fastener and the foam are heat-sealed. I do.
[0017]
According to the present invention, in addition to the operation according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, the foam and the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener are not easily separated, and the hook-and-loop fastener has a strong structure.
[0018]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to any one of the first to third aspects, the hook-and-loop fastener is fixed to the protective mat by an adhesive force adhered to the impermeable sheet. It is characterized by a larger fixing force.
[0019]
According to the present invention, for example, when a strong wind blows, only the protection mat and the hook-and-loop fastener are peeled off from the impermeable sheet and flutter, and the impermeable sheet remains stuck to the ground. This prevents the impermeable sheet from being damaged. Further, when the protective mat returns in the wind and returns to the ground again, the protective mat is again joined to the impermeable sheet by the adhesive force of the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener.
[0020]
The invention according to claim 5 has a multilayer sheet structure which is used in a final waste disposal site and at least uses a water-impervious sheet for covering the slope of a concave storage portion formed on the ground and a protective mat made of a nonwoven fabric. In the joining method for a water-blocking sheet, a step of stacking each sheet on a slope of the concave storage portion, a step of providing the water-blocking sheet disposed on an upper layer of each sheet, and a step of forming a foam on the water-blocking sheet Providing the protective mat via a hook-and-loop fastener having an engaging portion on the front surface and an adhesive portion on the back surface.
According to the present invention, even when the wind blows, by the foam of the hook-and-loop fastener, the stress that tends to peel off the impermeable sheet is reduced and the stress on the adhesive portion is reduced, and the impermeable sheet becomes difficult to peel off. At the same time, it is hard to break. In addition, the foam easily fits the undulations of the slope, has a large adhesive area with the water-impervious sheet laid according to the unevenness of the ground, and is hard to be peeled off. Further, the engagement with the protection mat is strengthened by the engagement portion of the hook-and-loop fastener.
[0022]
