Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a bathtub lift for a plurality of bathtubs for bathing a physically handicapped person or an elderly person (hereinafter referred to as a bather) in a plurality of bathtubs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional technique, Japanese Patent No. 30098888 discloses a column that is erected substantially vertically in a bathroom, an elevating unit attached to the column, an elevating unit that moves the elevating unit up and down, An arm connected to the elevating unit and a wheelchair attachment unit attached to the other end of the arm unit, wherein the plurality of bathtubs are arranged radially with respect to the center of rotation of the arm of the wheelchair lift. A wheelchair bathing device is disclosed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the wheelchair bathing device does not include a configuration for easily setting the lower limit position of the wheelchair or the upper seating portion of the wheelchair so as to stop the lowering of the elevating portion corresponding to the bottom depth of each of the plurality of bathtubs. Therefore, when there is a difference in the bottom depth of each of a plurality of bathtubs, the caregiver or the like needs to check the lower limit position of the wheelchair or the upper seating portion of the wheelchair each time when taking a bath, and there is a problem that the operation is complicated. .
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and to provide a bathtub lift for a plurality of bathtubs in which the lower limit position of a wheelchair or a seat portion of the wheelchair can be set by an easy operation corresponding to the bottom depth of each bathtub. Is what you do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention relates to a bathing lift 5 for holding a wheelchair 3 or a seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 and bathing in a plurality of bathtubs, wherein the bathing lift 5 includes a control unit 6 for controlling the lifting and lowering of a lifting unit 16, and a bathtub. This is a bathtub lift for a plurality of bathtubs having a lower limit stop portion 7 for automatically stopping the lowering of the lifting / lowering portion 16 corresponding to each bottom depth.
In addition, the lower limit stop unit 7 includes a lower limit setting unit 8 that can appropriately set a lower limit value related to a lowered position of the elevating unit 16 corresponding to the bottom depth of each bathtub, and a bathtub selector that selects a target bathtub to be used for bathing. 26, a position detector 9 for detecting a lowering position of the elevating unit 16, a position comparator 10 for comparing a lower limit value of the lower limit setting unit 8 with respect to a selected bathtub and a position detection value output by the position detector 9. When the lower limit value and the position detection value become the same value, a signal is transmitted from the position comparator 10 to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 automatically stops the lowering of the elevating unit 16.
Alternatively, the lower limit stop unit 7 detects a load applied to the lifting unit 16, a threshold setting unit 18 that can appropriately set a threshold value of the load applied to the lifting unit 16, a bathtub selector 26 that selects a target bathtub to be used for bathing. A load detector 17 and a load comparator 19 that compares the load threshold value of the threshold value setting unit 18 with the load detection value output by the load detector 17. When the load detection value becomes equal to or less than the load threshold value, Then, a signal is transmitted from the load comparator 19 to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 automatically stops the lowering of the elevating unit 16.
In addition, the lower limit stop unit 7 includes a limit setting unit 28 that can appropriately set a limit distance between the bathtub bottom surface and the elevating unit 16, a bathtub selector 26 that selects a target bathtub used for bathing, a bathtub bottom surface and the elevating unit 16. , And a distance comparator 29 that compares the limit distance value of the limit setting unit 28 with the distance detection value output by the distance detector 27, and the distance detection value is the limit distance. When the value becomes equal to or less than the value, a signal is transmitted from the distance comparator 29 to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 stops the lowering of the elevating unit 16.
[0006]
[Action]
The bathing lift 5 is arranged near a plurality of bathtubs. The assistant enters the lower limit value of the lower limit position of the wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 into the lower limit setting device 8 in advance in consideration of the bottom depth of the instep tub 1 before taking a bath. The input lower limit value is stored in the lower limit setting device 8, and in the second and subsequent bathing, if the assistant selects the bathtub 1 as the bathtub to be bathed, the bathtub selector 26 is activated, and the lower limit setting device 8 is activated. Automatically reads the lower limit value of the instep tub 1 stored in the storage device, there is no need to input the lower limit value.
[0007]
The wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 is hung on the elevating part 16 of the bathing lift 5. The caregiver raises the elevating unit 16 and then manually rotates the elevating unit 16 horizontally so that the bather is placed on the upper part of the bathtub 1. Next, the elevating unit 16 is lowered, and the bather is bathed in the instep tub 1.
[0008]
When the lifting unit 16 descends into the bathtub 1, the lower limit stop unit 7 operates, and when the wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 reaches a suitable position in the bathtub 1, the wheelchair is controlled via the control unit 6. 3 or the lowering of the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 is stopped. More specifically, the position detector 9 detects the lowering position of the elevating unit 16, and the position comparator 10 compares the detected value of the lowering position of the position detector 9 with a previously input lower limit value of the bathtub 1.
[0009]
When the elevating unit 16 descends to the lower limit, the position comparator 10 transmits a command signal to the controller 6 when the detected position value and the lower limit become equal, and the controller 6 controls the operation of the driving unit 24. Then, the lowering of the elevating unit 16 is stopped.
[0010]
When leaving the bath, the assistant first raises the elevating unit 16 from the inside of the bathtub 1 to a predetermined height position in a procedure reverse to the bathing operation. Next, the elevator 16 is rotated horizontally to the original position, and then the elevator 16 is lowered, and the wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 is lowered to the original position, and the wheelchair 3 or the seat of the wheelchair 3 is lowered. The section 4 is separated from the lifting section 16.
[0011]
Next, when the bather can bathe in the second tub 2 having a different bottom depth from the instep tub 1, the assistant sets the lower limit setter 8 to a lower limit corresponding to the bottom depth of the second tub 2. As appropriate. At the time of bathing for the second and subsequent times, if the assistant selects the second bathtub 2 as the bathtub to be bathed, the bathtub selector 26 is activated, and the lower limit value of the second bathtub 2 stored in the lower limit setting device 8 is read. You do not need to enter a lower limit. The elevating unit 16 is directed to a position above the surface of the bathtub 2, and the bathing lift 5 is operated in the same manner as in the case of the instep tub 1 to bathe the bather.
[0012]
In addition, the load detector 17 of the lower limit stop 7 detects a load applied to the wheelchair 3 or the lifting unit 16 of the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3. Before taking a bath, the assistant inputs and stores the load threshold value in the threshold value setting device 18 in advance.
[0013]
The bathtub to be bathed is selected, and the elevating unit 16 is lowered.
The load comparator 19 compares the load detection value detected by the load detector 17 with the load threshold set by the threshold setting unit 18. When the bottom of the bathtub comes into contact with the wheelchair 3 or the seat portion 4, the detected load value decreases, and finally the detected load value and the load threshold value become equal to or less than the same value. When the detected load value becomes equal to or less than the load threshold value, a signal is transmitted from the load comparator 19 to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 controls the operation of the driving unit 24 and stops the lowering of the lifting unit 16.
[0014]
Alternatively, the distance detector 27 of the lower limit stop unit 7 automatically detects the distance between the bottom of the bathtub and the elevating unit 16 with respect to the bathtub. The limit distance value is input to the limit setting unit 28 in advance and stored. When the detected distance value becomes equal to or less than the limit distance value, a signal is transmitted from the distance comparator 29 to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 is driven. The operation of the unit 24 is controlled, and the lowering of the elevating unit 16 is stopped.
[0015]
【Example】
1, 2 and 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the bathing lift 5 includes a column 23 erected on a base 35 on the bathroom floor 21, a lifting unit 16 that moves up and down along the column 23, and the like.
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, one bathing lift 5 is arranged on a bathroom floor surface 21 at an intermediate position between the digging type bathtub 1 and the digging type bathtub 2. .
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a configuration of the control unit 6, the lower limit stop unit 7, the drive unit 24, and the operation unit 25 of the bathing lift 5. The drive unit 24 configured by the drive motor 30 and the like raises and lowers the elevating unit 16, and the control unit 6 receives a signal from the operation unit 25 or the lower limit stop unit 7 and controls the operation of the drive unit 24. It is.
[0017]
The elevating unit 16 includes a horizontal lift arm 22 provided horizontally on a column 23, and a vertical lift arm 31 provided manually and rotatably vertically to the horizontal lift arm 22, and the like. An attachment portion 20 for hanging the seat portion 4 of the wheelchair 3 is provided at a tip end portion of the wheelchair 3. The base end portion 22a of the horizontal lift arm 22 is fixed to an elevating belt or the like (not shown) inside the support column 23, and can be moved up and down by winding the elevating belt around the driving unit 24.
As another embodiment, the wheelchair 3 may be hung on the mounting portion 20 of the vertical lift arm 31, and the entire wheelchair 3 may be immersed in the bathtub.
[0018]
The lower limit stop unit 7 includes a lower limit setting device 8 for appropriately setting the lower limit stop position of the lifting unit 16 in consideration of the bottom depth of each of the instep tub 1 and the second tub 2, and a plurality of bathtubs used for bathing. Among them, a bathtub selector 26 for automatically selecting a bathtub on the lower position side of the horizontal lift arm 22, a position detector 9 for detecting a lowered position of the elevating unit 16, and a lower limit set in the lower limit setting unit 8 And a position comparator 10 for comparing the value with a position detection value detected by the position detector 9. The lower limit setting device 8 stores the lower limit input by the assistant.
[0019]
The bathtub selector 26 specifically includes limit switches 26a disposed between the horizontal lift arm 22 and the column 23 and near the left and right of the front of the column 23, respectively.
When the horizontal lift arm 22 rotates and reaches near the end position of the movable range of the horizontal lift arm 22, one of the limit switches 26a is pressed. By pressing the limit switch 26a, a bathtub to be used for bathing is automatically selected, and the bathtub is input to the lower limit setting device 8 in advance, and the stored lower limit value relating to the lowering position of the lifting unit 16 is designated. Is done. That is, the assistant simply rotates the horizontal lift arm 22 toward the upper tub 1 or the second tub 2, and the lower limit value related to the lowering position of the lifting unit 16 with respect to the first tub 1 or the second tub 2 is read out. You do not need to enter a lower limit.
[0020]
When the elevating unit 16 is lowered into the instep tub 1 or the second tub 2 to bathe the bather, the elevating unit 16 automatically stops lowering by the function of the lower limit stop unit 7.
The stop switch 32 of the operation unit 25 controls the elevating unit 16 to descend to the bathroom floor surface 21 and the emergency stop of the elevating unit 16 during elevating.
[0021]
When bathing in the digging type bathtub 1, the assistant moves the wheelchair 3 on which the bather is seated on the bathroom floor surface 21, approaches the bathing lift 5, and is separably mounted on the wheelchair 3. The part 4 is hooked on the mounting part 20 at the tip of the vertical lift arm 31, the elevating part 16 is raised slightly, and the seat part 4 is separated from the bogie part 33. The caregiver inputs the lower limit position when the elevating unit 16 is lowered into the lower limit setting unit 8 as a lower limit value in consideration of the bottom depth of the bathtub 1.
[0022]
At this time, the lower limit is set so that when the elevating unit 16 descends, the seat unit 4 softly lands on the bottom surface of the bathtub 1 or stops at a favorable position close to the bottom surface. Note that the lower limit setting unit 8 can set a lower limit value for each of a plurality of bathtubs, and the set value is stored in the lower limit setting unit 8 until it is cleared. When bathing in the instep tub 1 for the second time or later, the assistant simply turns the horizontal lift arm 22 and the bathtub selector 26 reads the initially input lower limit value. Can be omitted.
[0023]
Subsequently, the caregiver operates the operation unit 25 to raise the elevating unit 16 to a predetermined height, and then manually operates the horizontal lift arm 22 so that the seat 4 is disposed above the surface of the bathtub 1. To rotate. At this time, the bathtub selector 26 automatically selects the upper bathtub 1 as the horizontal lift arm 22 rotates in the direction of the upper bathtub 1, and adapts the lower limit of the lowering of the seat 4 to the upper bathtub 1. .
[0024]
Next, the lifting unit 16 is lowered. When descending, the position detector 9 detects the descending position of the elevating unit 16 with reference to the position where the elevating unit 16 is at the highest position. The position comparator 10 constantly compares the lower limit value and the detected position value, and when both values are equal, transmits a predetermined instruction signal to the control unit 6 and controls the operation of the drive unit 24 by the control unit 6. Then, the elevating unit 16 is lowered and stopped.
[0025]
When the bather is to be taken out of the bath, the reverse operation is performed.
That is, the lifting unit 16 is raised, the horizontal lift arm 22 is manually rotated to its original position, the lifting unit 16 is lowered, the seat 4 is placed on the bogie unit 33, and then the wheelchair 3 is moved up and down. Separated from 16. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 34 denotes a release handle for detaching the seat portion 4 attached to the attachment portion 20 from the attachment portion 20.
[0026]
Next, a case where another bather is bathed in the second bathtub 2 will be described. The second tub 2 is a dug-in tub having a different depth from the upper tub 1. The other bather is seated on the wheelchair 3 and approaches the input lift 5. In consideration of the bottom depth of the bathtub 2, the caregiver inputs the lower limit position of the elevating unit 16 to the lower limit setting device 8, locks the seat 4 on which the bather is seated on the mounting unit 20, and performs the same operation as described above. The bath lift 5 is operated to perform a bathing / leaving operation. This bathing / leaving operation is the same as the bathing / leaving operation in the instep tub 1 described above, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0027]
In the above description, a suitable bathtub was selected for each bather and bathed. However, when a plurality of bathers A and B are to bathe in a plurality of bathtubs of the upper bathtub 1 and the second bathtub 2 at the same time, the wheelchair 3 should be used. A plurality of units are prepared, and the seat portion 4 on which the bather A is seated is lowered into the instep tub 1, and the release handle 34 is operated to separate from the mounting portion 20. With the seat 4 on which the bather A is seated remaining in the bathtub 1, the horizontal lift arm 22 is raised and returned to the starting position, and the seat 4 on which the next bather B is seated is moved by the bath lift 5. Lower into the second tub 2. By operating the release handle 34, the seat 4 is detached from the mounting section 20, and the horizontal lift arm 22 is raised to return to the starting point position.
At the time of bathing, the horizontal lift arm 22 is lowered into the instep tub 1, the seat 4 on which the bather A is seated is hooked on the mounting portion 20, the horizontal lift arm 22 is raised, and returned to the starting position. End the bathing work. Hereinafter, the assistant repeats the above procedure to perform a bathing operation.
[0028]
In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the position detector 9 in the first embodiment is replaced by a load detector 17, the lower limit setting device 8 is replaced by a threshold value setting device 18, and the position comparator 10 is replaced by a load comparator 19. Things.
[0029]
The load detector 17 is provided inside the distal end of the horizontal lift arm 22, and detects the load on the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3, which is fixed to the mounting unit 20 and seated by a bather.
The threshold setting unit 18 sets a load threshold, and the load comparator 19 compares the detected load value of the load detector 17 with the load threshold of the threshold setting unit 18.
[0030]
When bathing in the instep tub 1, the assistant inputs a load threshold value to the threshold value setting device 18. The load value decreases when the elevating section 16 descends and the lower surface of the seat portion 4 comes into contact with the bottom wall of the bathtub 1, and finally becomes equal to or less than the load threshold value. The load comparator 19 compares the detected load value of the load detector 17 with the load threshold value of the threshold value setting device 18, and when it is detected that the detected load value is equal to or less than the load threshold value, the load comparator 19 The signal is transmitted to the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 stops the lowering of the elevating unit 16.
[0031]
In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5, in the lower limit stop unit 7, the lower limit setter 8 according to the first embodiment is set to the limit setter 28, the position detector 10 is set to the distance detector 27, and the position comparator 10 is set to the distance. The comparator 29 is replaced with another.
The distance detector 27 is provided at the lower end of the vertical lift arm 31 and automatically detects the distance between the bottom of the bathtub and the seat 4, and is constituted by a magnetic sensor or the like.
[0032]
The assistant inputs the limit distance between the bottom of the instep tub 1 or the bottom of the second tub 2 and the seat 4 in advance to the limit setting device 28 before bathing. When taking a bath, the elevating unit 16 of the bathing lift 5 descends, and when the distance between the bottom surface of the bathtub 1 and the seat 4 reaches the limit distance value, a signal is issued from the distance comparator 29 and the control unit 6 The control unit 6 controls the drive unit 24 to stop the lowering of the elevating unit 16.
[0033]
FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, as a substitute for the upper tub 1 and the second tub 2 of the first embodiment, an upper moving tub 11 on casters and a second moving tub 12 on casters are arranged.
[0034]
FIG. 7 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In the fifth embodiment, as a substitute for the non-movable upper tub 1 and the non-movable second tub 2 of the first embodiment, a movable upper tub 13 and a movable second tub 14 are arranged. Things.
The arrangement of the plurality of bathtubs and the bathing lift 5 is not limited to the mode shown in the first, fourth and fifth embodiments. For example, the instep moving bathtub 11 on casters and the second moving bathtub 12 on casters can be used. May be arranged at right angles in plan view.
[0035]
FIG. 8 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In the sixth embodiment, a bathtub 15 with a bathtub lift and the bathtub 14 with a bathtub mounted thereon, in which the lower end of the bathtub lift 5 according to the first embodiment is attached to the outer surface portion 36 of the bathtub, are arranged at right angles in plan view. . In this case, the limit switch 26a attached to the column 23 is provided at a position where the horizontal lift arms 22 are activated when they move toward the bathtub 15 with a bathing lift, and at a position where they are activated when they move toward the bathtub 14 with the second lift.
[0036]
FIG. 9 shows a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The bathing lift 5 of the seventh embodiment is a laterally moving bathing lift 37, which stands upright on a base 35 on the bathroom floor 21, and moves up and down with respect to the pillar 23. The horizontal lift arm 22 of the part 16 is provided so as to be vertically movable in a T-shape in a front view. Further, the vertical lift arm 31 is suspended so as to be able to reciprocate between both ends of the horizontal lift arm 22. The vertical lift arm 31 is reciprocated in a horizontal direction by a driving unit (not shown) inside the horizontal lift arm 22.
[0037]
When using the bathing lift 5 of the seventh embodiment to bathe the bather in the digging type bathtub 1, the caregiver moves the seat 4 on which the bather is seated to just before the base 35. Then, the seat 4 is hooked on the lower end of the vertical lift arm 31. Next, after raising the horizontal lift arm 22 of the elevating part 16 to a predetermined height, the vertical lift arm 31 is protruded toward the shell tub 1 so that the seat part 4 is arranged above the surface of the shell tub 1. Slide in the direction of the tip of the horizontal lift arm 22. The horizontal lift arm 22 is lowered, and the bather is immersed in the bathtub 1.
[0038]
The configuration and mechanism of the lower limit stop unit 7 that automatically stops the lowering of the elevating unit 16 according to the bottom depth of each bathtub, and the operation of inputting the lower limit value related to the lowering stop of the elevating unit 16 are described above. The description is omitted because it is the same as in the first embodiment. The limit switches 26a are provided at both ends of the horizontal lift arm 22, respectively.
[0039]
In order to take the bather out of the instep tub 1, the reverse of the bathing operation is performed. That is, the seat 4 on which the bather is seated is raised by the horizontal lift arm 22 and the vertical lift arm 31 is moved in the direction of the column 23. The horizontal lift arm 22 is lowered, and the seat 4 is placed on the bogie unit 33 waiting on the bathroom floor 21, and the seat 4 is united with the bogie unit 33. The bather is returned to the original position as appropriate and the bathing is completed.
[0040]
When bathing in the dug-in type bathtub 2, the same operation of the bathing lift 5 as the above-mentioned bathtub 1 is performed on the bathtub 2. That is, the seat 4 on which the bather is seated is moved immediately before the base 35, hooked on the vertical lift arm 31, raised, slid in the direction of the bathtub 2, and then lowered. In the bathtub 2. The operation of leaving the bath is the same as the operation of leaving the bath in the instep tub 1 and therefore will not be described.
[0041]
Incidentally, as in the case of the first embodiment described above, a plurality of bathers A and B can simultaneously bathe in the instep bath 1 and the second bath 2. In this case, first, the first wheelchair 3 is moved between the bathtub 1 and the base 35, and the bather A bathes in the bathtub 1. Subsequently, the seat 4 is left in the instep bath 1, and the elevating unit 16 is pulled up. The second wheelchair 3 is moved between the second bathtub 2 and the base 35, and the bather B takes a bath in the second bathtub 2.
The configuration of the lower limit stop 7 relating to the stopping of the lowering and lowering of the elevating unit 16 is described in the load detection method described in the second embodiment and the load detection method described in the second embodiment, in addition to the lower limit position detection method in the first embodiment. The distance detection method may be used instead.
Further, the plurality of bathtubs are not limited to the dug-in type bathtub 1 and the dug-in type bathtub 2, and the instep moving bathtub 11 with casters and the moving bathtub 12 with casters, or the instep bath 13 It is good also as a combination of the placing tub 14.
【The invention's effect】
[0042]
The bathing lift 5 of the present invention comprises a control unit 6 for controlling the elevation of the elevation unit 16 and a lower limit stop unit 7 for stopping the elevation of the elevation unit 16 corresponding to the bottom depth of each of the plurality of bathtubs. Therefore, with one bathing lift 5, for a plurality of bathtubs having the same or different bottom depths, the seat portions 4 can be easily set in each of the bathtubs so as to reach respective suitable lower limit positions, The bather sitting on the seat 4 at the position can be suitably bathed, which is convenient.
[0043]
The lower limit stop unit 7 provided in the bath lift 5 of the present invention detects the lower limit value of the elevating unit 16 previously input to the lower limit setting unit 8 before bathing and the lowering position of the elevating unit 16 detected by the position detector 9. When the value becomes the same value, the lowering of the elevating unit 16 is automatically stopped, so that the lowering can be set to stop immediately before the wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3 reaches the bottom of the bathtub. The seat 4 softly lands on the bottom surface of the bathtub or stops in a non-contact state, does not suddenly arrive at the bottom surface of the bathtub, and does not give a shock or fear to the bather. In addition, it is not necessary for the assistant to watch and confirm the descent stop position of the seat portion 4 every time the bathing operation is performed, and the work load on the assistant can be reduced, which is convenient.
[0044]
The lower limit stop unit 7 included in the bathing lift 5 of the present invention includes a load detector 17 that detects a load applied to the lifting unit 16, a threshold setting unit 18 that sets a load threshold, and a load detection value and a load threshold. Since it is composed of the load comparator 19 to be compared, the work of inputting the lower limit value of the elevating unit 16 to the lower limit setting unit 8 in the other embodiments in consideration of the bottom depth of each of a plurality of bathtubs is performed. It can be omitted, and the assistant can stop the lowering of the elevating unit 16 only by setting the load threshold in consideration of the empty state of the bathing lift 5 before taking a bath. is there.
[0045]
The distance detector 27 of the lower limit stop 7 provided in the bathing lift 5 of the present invention provides a distance between the bottom of the bathtub and the lower end of the elevating unit 16 (the distance between the bottom of the bathtub and the wheelchair 3 or the seat 4 of the wheelchair 3). Is automatically detected, and when the distance value becomes equal to or less than the limit distance value previously input before bathing in the limit setting device 28, the descent of the lifting unit 16 is stopped. The elevating unit 16 can be reliably stopped without impact according to the bottom depth of each of the plurality of bathtubs without any impact, and it is convenient without giving a sense of fear to a bather.
