Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a food component supply system in cooperation with medical treatment for the purpose of preventing and preventing various diseases such as cancer caused by lifestyle-related diseases.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, it has been elucidated that free radicals and hydrogen peroxide resulting therefrom are one cause of diseases such as cancer. FIG. 7 shows the outline. Due to recent changes in eating habits, the number of people suffering from lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, obesity, and reduced immunity has increased. Is linked with active oxygen and hydrogen peroxide in the body, and induces diseases such as arteriosclerosis and cancer.
[0003]
On the other hand, to remove these active oxygen and hydrogen peroxide, an enzyme known as superoxide dismutase (SOD) for the former and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) for the latter is known. In order for these enzymes to work, Zn and Cu are essential for SOD, and Zn and Se are essential for GSHPx. Therefore, in order to effectively remove free radicals and hydrogen peroxide from the body and prevent the above-mentioned diseases, it is essential to ingest these trace elements (trace elements).
[0004]
However, despite the fact that such intake of necessary amounts of trace elements is extremely important for preventive medicine, at present, such intake is left to the judgment of the general public without medical knowledge. is there. In other words, it should be prescribed based on a medically knowledgeable physician in the same way as a drug. Not actively involved. As a result, for example, there have been problems such as excessive intake of trace elements by supplements and lack of vitamins as scavengers, which are antioxidants taken from meals. Further, the contents of various components in the raw materials are known in food ingredient tables and the like, but when they are actually cooked, they often fall below theoretical values depending on the combinations of raw materials and cooking methods. Therefore, it is practically impossible for ordinary people to grasp how much trace elements are actually contained in foods collected by themselves, even if individuals have analytical instruments.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
First, definitions of various terms in this specification will be described. First, “body fluid” refers to a fluid that fills the space between blood vessels or tissues and cells in the human body, and includes, for example, blood, lymph, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid.
[0012]
"Diagnostic data on a specific component" refers to the concentration level of a specific component (for example, serum concentration such as cholesterol or copper) or the activity level of a specific component (for example, an amount that changes a substrate for an enzyme such as alkaline phosphatase). ), Or diagnostic data based on direct or indirect, quantitative or qualitative results for a particular component, such as the presence or absence of the particular component.
[0013]
In the following examples, “specific components” refer to trace elements (eg, Zn, Cu, Se, Cr), complex enzymes (eg, SOD, GSHPx), lipids (eg, TG, TC, LDL, HDL). However, the present invention is not limited to these, and includes any other components that are generally subjected to biochemical tests. For example, a component to be precisely measured is also included in this.
[0014]
The “food component” refers to a cooked food prepared by combining a plurality of ingredients and cooked as a component in order to quantify a specific component contained therein. For example, a hamburger is a cooked food prepared by combining a plurality of ingredients such as meat and onions. With respect to the hamburger (food part H), the specific component A contains the component A in a certain amount (for example, 100 mg) or a certain level (for example, a high level among three levels of I to III). As in the case of food component HA-100 or food component HAI, the specific component B is contained in a certain amount (for example, 50 μg is contained) or in a certain level. This refers to making a part such as a food part HB-50 or a food part HA-III (for example, containing a low level among three levels).
[0015]
“Regularly” refers to a period such as one month, three months, six months, and one year. However, this does not mean that the intervals are equal, and, for example, the case where the first test is performed one month later, and the next test is performed three months later is also included in the concept of “periodically”.
[0016]
The difference between the first invention and the second invention is that the latter requires that the user terminal is connected to the network, while the former is not essential. In the following embodiment, only the mode in which the user terminal is connected to the network will be described. However, the mode in which the user terminal is not connected (that is, a part of the first invention) may be understood by those skilled in the art. It can be easily implemented.
[0017]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a food component supply system according to the present invention. The network 1 is connected to a
[0018]
The operating organization is an organization that manages the entire operation of the food component supply system according to the present invention, and performs other operations such as possession and management of the
[0019]
Next, the medical institution analyzes the various components (for example, trace elements: Zn, Cu, Se, Cr; enzymes: SOD, GSHPx; TG, TC, LDL, and HDL) in the blood, and the analysis department. Based on the analysis result, a medical department (typically, a doctor) diagnoses whether various components in the user's blood correspond to deficiency (level I), normal (level II), or excess (level III). ). In the case where the analysis department is an analysis institution outside a hospital, it may be understood that the analysis institution is not a medical institution in a narrow sense. However, in this specification, an analysis institution outside a hospital is also referred to as a pure medical institution. Together with institutions (hospitals, clinics, etc.), they are called "medical institutions." The terminal 200 on the medical institution side is present in the medical department, and it is preferable that the operation thereof is limited to a doctor.
[0020]
The food parts supply organization is roughly divided into (1) a food parts ordering section for ordering food parts to be supplied to a user to a food parts production section described later, and (2) an ordering instruction from the food parts ordering section. A food parts production department for producing food parts, (3) a delivery department for delivering food parts produced in the food part production department to the user, and (4) a food part production department for producing the food parts. Instead of delivering the food parts directly to the user, they are delivered to the nearest department store, supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store, or the like, and the food parts are provided to the user in exchange for the price. In addition, these divisions may be separate corporations, and even in this case, in this specification, these corporations are collectively referred to as a "food parts supply organization". Each of these departments does not need to be physically separate departments. For example, a food parts production company that is a food parts ordering department may be responsible for delivery to a user, which is a role of a delivery department. . The terminal 300 on the food component supply organization side may exist in any department, but preferably exists in the food component ordering department.
[0021]
Next, the user is, for example, a discharged / outpatient, a diabetic patient, a home patient, or a home care family. These users will know the services of the system, typically from a medical institution. In addition, general consumers can also become users through advertising activities by the operating organization through homepages and pamphlets on the Internet. Further, by cooperating with a local organization such as a local NPO organization, a local company, or a local agricultural organization, these group members can also become users. The user-

In the first mode (that is, the mode in which the user side terminal does not need to be connected to the network), when a plurality of combinations are extracted, it is necessary to further select the most suitable one. . At this time, for example, a request from the user in advance (for example, information such as a preference that Japanese food is good or information that this meal is not used because it causes an allergy) is heard from the user, and this information is transmitted to the

[0036]
In the above example, the combination of food components is picked up for each level of various components, and then the greatest common denominator combination of food components common to all components is determined. This will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the physician assigns the trace elements, the complex enzymes, and the TG / LDL to one of levels 1 to 3 as a whole. Therefore, there are 27 patterns in all patterns. One or more suitable combinations of food components are assigned to each pattern. For example, when the trace element level is 1, the complex enzyme level is 2, and the TG / LDL level is 3, it corresponds to the pattern 6, so that one or a combination of the food components allocated to the pattern 6 is used. Multiple decisions will be made. By employing such a method, it is possible to easily determine the combination of food components.
[0037]
Next, a series of flows of the system according to the present invention will be described. First, the user directly goes to a medical institution and collects blood, or the user himself collects blood and sends it to the medical institution. In a medical institution, the analysis department requests a blood analysis, and the analysis department transmits the measurement results of the blood concentrations of various components to the medical department. Next, the physician belonging to the medical department assigns each of the various components to any one of levels I to III based on the measurement results from the analysis department, while considering user information such as the age of the user. Here, as described above, such a distribution may or may not be performed by using the

Note that the delivery department can also send out food parts for 7 days or 10 days at a time when shipping food parts to a patient who is a user (unit package system). In this case, on a container (for example, a cardboard box or a styrene box) packed with these food parts, a check sheet (necessary for the name of the packed food parts, information on various trace elements contained therein, and the patient's code number) is recorded. It is also preferable to attach a delivery slip according to the request.
[0041]
When storing the food components in the package in the refrigerator, the received user hangs this check sheet on a refrigerator door or the like, and selects the food components determined every day or the food components according to the taste of the day as appropriate. Then, write the consumed food parts on the check sheet, and after taking all the food parts 7 or 10 days later, bring the check sheet to the doctor.
[0042]
The physician receiving this check sheet from the user loads the reader into the reader, thereby calculating the amount of the trace element or the like ingested by the patient for a predetermined period. , Guidance, or subsequent appropriate measures. Conventionally, even when a doctor instructs a patient on meals, it is almost impossible to know what the patient is eating, and to know the exact information necessary for medical treatment such as trace elements in it. From this point, it is extremely innovative. Furthermore, since the information is managed by the code number, it is possible to protect the obligation to protect the medical information of the patient. Further, by installing the automatic reading software, it is possible to transmit only necessary information to a registered dietitian or the like, and it is possible to eliminate a possibility that an unnecessary method is leaked to a distributor or the like.
[0043]
Further, when packing, it is preferable to freeze or chill all food components. With this configuration, the product is stored in a freezer near the patient in a frozen state, for example, when the product is delivered, the shipping date is stamped when necessary, and the product is thawed naturally in the refrigerator at the patient's home. Not only can you eat with a simple hot water bath, etc., without forcing thawing, but the mandated date of manufacture can replace the date of freezer shipping. In addition, since the frozen product can be delivered from the freezer to the patient's home even in the chilled temperature range, the merits of quality control and the cost of delivery can be enjoyed.
