従来、空気清浄装置を構成する主部材であるファンは加振源であるため、空気清浄装置のケーシング本体にファンを取付固定した際に、振動が伝わる問題がある。
一般的にファンの振動を防止する手段としては、特開平5−168188号公報に開示されるように、ファンケースにモータを固定したモータ取付板をネジで固定する際に、前記モータ取付板と前記ファンケースとの間に防振ゴムを挟む方法が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる特開平5−168188号公報による方法は、防振ゴムによりある程度の振動は防止できるものの、ファンの振動がネジを介してケーシング本体へ伝達されてしまうので、より優れた防振対策が必要である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の空気清浄装置は、前記課題を解決するべく、ネジ等の振動伝達体を介さないでファンを固定することで、前記従来技術の不都合を解消しようとするもので、請求項1記載の通り、ケーシング本体にファンを取付固定された空気清浄装置であって、前記ファンをファンベースに締め付け固定した状態で、該ファンベースの周縁部を、防振パッキンを介して前記ケーシング本体と防振プレートで挟み込んだ状態で、前記ケーシングに固定したことを特徴とする。
また、請求項2記載の空気清浄装置は、請求項1記載の空気清浄装置において、前記防振パッキンは断面コ字状であって、前記断面コ字状部に前記ファンベースの周縁部を挿入するようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の空気清浄装置としては、送風機、フィルタを内蔵した構造のものであれば全て含まれ、特に限定されるものではない。

前記空気清浄装置のファンとしては、シロッコファン、斜流ファン、遠心ファン、軸流ファン等の全てが含まれ、特に限定されるものではない。

前記ファンベースは、ファンを固定するためのものであり、従来通りネジなどで固定しても構わない。また、防振のため、ファンとファンベースの間に防振パッキンを介装することは任意である。

次に、本発明の空気清浄装置の具体的実施例について説明する。
図1は本発明の空気清浄装置の一実施例のファンフィルタユニットの断面図、図2は図1の要部A拡大図である。
図中、1はファンフィルタユニット(以下FFUと称す)、2はファン部、3はフィルタ部、4は前記ファン部2に収容された軸流ファンを示し、前記ファンフィルタユニット1は、ファン部2とフィルタ部3を2段に積層し、ボルトで締め付け固定されている。
また、図中、5は前記軸流ファン4を固定するための、アルミニウム製の厚さ1mmのファンベース、6は前記ファンベース5をケーシング本体7に固定するためのアルミニウム製の厚さ1mm、サイズ200mmφの防振プレート、8はボルト、9はポップナット、10はEPDM製の厚さ5mmのリング状防振パッキン、11はボルト、12はナット、13、14はEPDM製の厚さ2mmのリング状防振パッキンを示す。
前記防振パッキン10は、図3(a)、(b)に示すように、断面コ字状に形成され、ファンベース5の周端部5aを挿入できるようになっている。
また、前記防振パッキン13、14は円板状に形成され、ファン4の周端部4aの表裏側にそれぞれ介装できるようになっている。

次に、前記空気清浄装置の要部の組み立てについて説明する。
まず、前記軸流ファン4の周縁部4aを、前記ボルト11と前記ナット12により、前記防震パッキン13、14を介装させて前記ファンベース5に締め付け固定する。
次に、前記ファンベースの周端部5aを前記ボルト8と前記ポップナット9により前記防振パッキン6を介装させて前記ケーシング本体7に締め付け固定する。

次に、本発明のファンフィルタユニットの実施例装置と、従来のリング状防振パッキンを使用して、ボルト・ナットによりファンの周縁部をケーシング本体に締め付け固定する従来例と、従来のリング状防振パッキンも使用しないでボルト・ナットによりファンの周縁部をケーシング本体に締め付け固定する参考例とについて、図4に示す各測定点Mにおける振動加速度を振動計にて計測した。
尚、測定モードはRMS(実効値)とし、天面及び側面の測定値の平均を振動加速度測定結果として表1に示した。

表1によれば、参考例では、測定位置の天面で0.280、側面で0.180とかなり高い振動加速度を示し、防振性が不十分であり、従来例では、測定位置の天面で0.115、側面で0.064とまだ高い振動加速度を示し、防振性は不十分である。これに対して、実施例では、測定位置の天面で0.056、側面で0.040となり、かなり低い値を示し、防振性は十分である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した通り、本発明によれば、ファンをファンベースに締め付け固定した状態で、該ファンベースの周縁を、防振パッキンを介して前記ケーシング本体と防振プレートで挟み込んだ状態で、前記ケーシングに固定することで、ネジ等の振動伝達体を介さないでファンを固定するようにしたため、従来不十分であった防振性を向上し、高い防振性能を得ることができる。

According to Table 1, the reference example shows a considerably high vibration acceleration of 0.280 on the top surface of the measurement position and 0.180 on the side surface, which is insufficient in vibration isolation.
