Description

【0001】

[0017]
A bogie having running wheels 23 to 25 is constituted by the support frames 20 to 22 and the running wheels 23 to 25. The running wheels 23 to 25 are provided at both ends of the bogie frame in the inward and outward directions, and the bogie is provided. The gate-shaped portions such as the upper frame portion 36 and the vertical frame portions 38 and 39 of the support frames 20 to 22 may be omitted, for example, the door body 7 is placed and fixed on the frame. The traveling wheels 23 to 25 may be provided so as to be vertically adjustable with respect to the support frames 20 to 22 or the bogie frame with screws or the like for fixing the wheel bracket 46.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the support member 49 is disposed in the opening / closing direction almost directly below the door body 7, and both ends are fixed to the lower frame portion 37 of each of the support frames 20 and 21. Each vertical axis 50 is fixed to the support member 49 in the vicinity of each of the support frames 20 and 21, and the guide roller 26 and the overturn prevention engagement tool 27 are provided below the vertical axis 50. .
[0019]
Each of the guide rollers 26 is rotatably fitted on the longitudinal axis 50 and is rotatably fitted in the guide groove 9 between the guide portions 10 of the guide rail 5. The door 7 is movably guided in the opening and closing direction along the guide rail 5 by the cooperative action with the rail 5.
[0020]
The overturn prevention engaging member 27 is a disc-shaped member or the like, is fixed to the lower end of the longitudinal axis 50, and is disposed so as to be engageable with the overturn prevention engaging portion 11 of the guide rail 5 from below. When the incline 7 is inclined inward and outward, the overturn prevention engaging member 27 is engaged with the overturn prevention engagement portion 11 of the guide rail 5 to prevent the overturn.
[0021]
Note that the guide roller 26 is received by a fall prevention engagement tool 27. The vertical axis 50 is formed of a screw shaft such as a bolt, and penetrates the support member 49 and is fixed so as to be vertically adjustable from both upper and lower sides thereof by nuts 51 and 52. Therefore, the guide roller 26 and the overturn prevention engagement member 27 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. The fall prevention engagement member 27 may be provided rotatably on the longitudinal axis 50. The guide roller 26 and the overturn prevention engaging member 27 may be integrally formed.
[0022]
This sliding door 4 is used as follows. When the entrance 3 is opened, the door 7 is retracted into the retracting portion 8 inside the structure 2 and stored as shown in FIG. When closing the entrance 3, the user grips the handle 45 and operates the door 7 in the opening direction. Then, the running wheels 23 to 25 of the door body 7 roll on the ground 1 in the opening direction, and the door body 7 is divided into two parts, the guide part 10 of the guide rail 5 and the end of the door body 7 on the side of the retracted part 8. While being guided by the guide action of the guide roller 26, the door 8 moves in the opening and closing direction from the retracted portion 8 to the door stop support column 6 along the guide rail 5. Then, as shown in FIG. 1A, the support frame 22 on the door stop side of the door 7 is brought into contact with the door stop support 6, and the door 7 is locked to the door stop support 6 by the locking means 44.
[0023]
As described above, the door 7 is guided by the guide rail 5 laid on the ground 1 side and the two guide rollers 26 provided at a predetermined interval at the end of the door 7 on the side of the retracted portion 8. It moves in the opening and closing direction while being guided by the action.
[0024]
Therefore, the guide rail 5 may have a length corresponding to the range of movement of the door body 7 on the side of the retracting section 8, which is compared with the case where the guide rail 5 is provided from the conventional retracting section 8 to the entire entrance 3. Thus, the length can be shortened, the work at the time of construction is easy, and the cost can be reduced without waste of material. Further, since it is not necessary to provide the guide rail 5 on the ground 1 side of the entrance 3, the guide rail 5 does not become an obstacle when a car, a person or the like passes through the entrance 3.
[0025]
In addition, fixed wheels are employed for the traveling wheels 23, 24 on the side of the retracting portion 8 of the door 7 and the traveling wheel 25 on the door stop side, and the traveling wheels 23 to 25 are substantially linearly arranged along the guide rail 5. Since the vehicle travels, the door 7 does not swing inward and outward as in the case of the swinging wheel type, and the door 7 can be smoothly and reliably guided along the guide rail 5 in the opening and closing direction. Therefore, damage to the guide rail 5, the guide roller 26, and the like can be prevented as much as possible.
[0026]
An overturn prevention engagement member 27 is provided below the guide roller 26, and the overturn prevention engagement member 27 can be engaged with the overturn prevention engagement portion 11 in the guide rail 5 from below. Even when wind pressure and other external forces are applied to the door body 7 in the inward and outward directions, the overturn prevention engagement member 27 is engaged with the overturn prevention engagement portion 11, so that the inward and outward directions can be prevented. . In addition, since the overturn prevention engagement member 27 is provided together with the guide roller 26, the structure can be simplified as compared with a case where it is provided separately.
[0027]
FIG. 6 illustrates a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the inner and outer running wheels 25 mounted on the support frame 22 on the door stop side of the door body 7 are of a swinging wheel type. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0028]
As described above, the traveling wheel 25 on the door stop side of the door body 7 may be a swing-wheel type. In this case, the support frame 22 on the door stop side of the door body 7 can be adjusted inward and outward, and the support frame 22 of the door body 7 can be easily locked by contacting the support frame 6 in the closed state.
[0029]
7 and 8 illustrate a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, one or more, for example, two placing shelves 55 are provided in the auxiliary door 19 in the up-down direction, and a flower pot 56 in which flowers, houseplants and the like are planted in the placing shelves 55, and others. Can be placed.
[0030]
The mounting shelf 55 is provided substantially horizontally between the side frame portion 30 and / or the support frame 21 of the main body door 18 and the side frame portion 34 and / or the support frame 20 of the auxiliary door 19, and extends inward and outward. The dimensions are substantially the same as the inward and outward dimensions of the support frames 20 and 21 or are slightly longer than the inward and outward dimensions of the support frames 20 and 21. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0031]
In this manner, the placing shelf 55 is provided on the side of the drawing portion 8 of the door body 7, and the flower pot 56 and the like can be placed on the placing shelf 55. In this case, since the supporting frames 20 and 21 are provided on both sides of the mounting shelf 55 in the opening and closing direction, the flower pot 56 and the like on the mounting shelf 55 can be protected. Further, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the auxiliary door 19 is always located on the side of the retracted portion 8 behind the structure 2 and does not exit to the entrance 3 side. However, it is not exposed to the outside.
[0032]
9 to 11 illustrate a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the door 7 is constituted by one main body door 18 having support frames 20 and 22 and running wheels 23 and 25 at both ends in the opening and closing direction. Are provided with a guide roller 26 and a fall prevention engagement member 27 via a support member 49. Other parts such as the door stop side of the door 7 are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0033]
The support frame 20 on the side of the retracted portion 8 of the door 7 is one, and traveling wheels 23 of a fixed wheel type are provided on both sides in the inside and outside directions of the support frame 20. The support member 49 includes a lower frame portion 37 of the support frame 20, a fixed bracket 57 fixed to a lower side of the lower frame portion 29 of the main body door 18 at a position separated from the lower frame portion 37 by a predetermined distance toward a door stop. It is erected in the opening and closing direction. The support member 49 is provided with the guide roller 26 and the overturn prevention engaging member 27 via the longitudinal axis 50 and the like. The fixing bracket 57 can contact the buffer 17 of the stopper 13 when the door 7 moves to the door stop side to the closed position of the entrance 3. Therefore, even when the main body door 18 is in the closed state, a part of the main body door 18 on the side of the drawing portion 8 overlaps the inside of the structure 2.
[0034]
As described above, the number of the support frames 20 on the side of the retracted portion 8 of the door body 7 may be one. When the running wheels 23 are mounted on both sides of the support frame 20, the number of the running wheels 23 on the side of the retracted portion 8 of the door 7 is one in the opening and closing direction, but there are two guide rollers 26 at a predetermined interval. The door 7 can be smoothly guided in the opening and closing direction along the guide rail 5.
[0035]
As mentioned above, although each embodiment of the present invention was illustrated, the present invention is not limited to each embodiment, and various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the first embodiment, each bogie having the traveling wheels 23 to 25 is configured by the supporting frames 20 to 22 and the traveling wheels 23 to 25 mounted on both sides of the supporting frames 20 to 22 in the inward and outward directions. In the illustrated example, a single bogie frame having a rectangular shape in a plan view is provided on the side of the retracting portion 8 of the door body 7, and a pair of inner and outer running wheels 23 and 24 are opened and closed in the opening and closing directions on both ends of the bogie frame. Two sets may be provided at predetermined intervals.
[0036]
At the end of the door 7 on the side of the retracted portion 8, one or two pairs of traveling wheels 23 and 24 may be provided in the opening and closing direction in the inward and outward directions, or three or more wheels may be provided. Similarly, two or more traveling wheels 25 on the door stop end side of the door body 7 may be provided in the opening and closing direction. However, the traveling wheel 25 on the door stop side may be either a fixed type or a swing type, but it is preferable that at least the traveling wheels 23 and 24 on the retraction unit 8 side be a fixed type. The traveling wheels 23 to 25 may be directly attached to the inside and outside of the door 7 via the wheel bracket 46.
[0037]
The guide roller 26 may have a plurality of guide rollers at a predetermined interval in the opening and closing direction at the end of the door body 7 on the side of the retracting portion 8, and may have two guide rollers as illustrated in the embodiment, or three or more guide rollers. You may do it. Further, the overturn prevention engagement member 27 may be any one as long as it can be engaged with the overturn prevention engagement portion 11 of the guide rail 5, and may be one or two or more at predetermined intervals in the opening and closing direction. It may be plural.
[0038]
The guide roller 26 and the fall prevention engagement member 27 may be provided separately. Even when the guide roller 26 and the overturn prevention engaging member 27 are mounted on the vertical axis 50 or the like, the vertical axis 50 or the like is directly attached to the lower side of the door body 7 without using the support member 49 or through some member. You may make it attach.
[0039]
The guide rail 5 is provided so as to protrude from the ground 1, but may be buried in the ground 1 so that its top surface is substantially flush with the ground 1. Further, the guide rail 5 is provided with a pair of guide portions 10 so as to protrude toward the guide groove 9 substantially at the center in the width direction (inside and outside directions), and the lower side thereof is a fall prevention engagement portion 11. However, a guide portion 10 may be provided on both sides in the width direction so as to protrude outward, and a lower portion thereof may serve as a fall prevention engagement portion 11. In this case, a plurality of guide rollers 26 may be provided in the opening and closing direction with a pair of inner and outer pairs corresponding to the guide portions 10 on both sides of the guide rail 5. A plurality (for example, two) of guide rails 5 may be provided inward and outward.
[0040]
It is desirable that the guide rail 5 be laid inside the structure 2 so that the end does not protrude toward the entrance 3 side. However, depending on the conditions of the site and the like, the guide rail 5 may be partially laid so as to protrude toward the entrance 3 side. good. For example, in the case of the third embodiment, since the door 7 does not have the main body door 18, the guide rail 5 is protruded toward the entrance 3 so that substantially the entire door 7 corresponds to the entrance 3 when closed. It may be provided. However, it is desirable that the stoppers 12 and 13 on the entrance 3 side be provided at the end of the guide groove 9 of the guide rail 5 so as not to protrude upward from the ground 1 or the guide rail 5.
[0041]
The door 7 may have any shape and structure. For example, even when the vehicle travels in the opening and closing direction along the linear guide rail 5, it is not necessary to be linear in the opening and closing direction as illustrated in each embodiment, and it may be an arc, a zigzag, or another shape in plan view. It may be curved.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, one door body 7 having the traveling wheels 23 to 25 is movable in the opening and closing direction between the retracted portion 8 and the closed position along the guide rail 5 laid on the ground 1 side. The guide rail 5 is laid on the draw-in portion 8 of the sliding door provided at a predetermined distance in the opening and closing direction at the end of the door 7 on the drawing portion 8 side, and is guided by the guide rail 5 in the opening and closing direction. A plurality of guide rollers 26 and a fall prevention engaging member 27 that engages with the guide rail 5 to prevent the door body 7 from falling down, so that the laying range of the guide rail 5 can be shortened, and It can be easily manufactured and installed at a low cost, does not obstruct the passage of cars, people, etc., and can prevent the door body 7 from falling inward or outward due to wind pressure or the like.
