Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fence to be installed on a sidewalk, a bicycle road, a mountain road, and the like, and a method of assembling the fence.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Fences will be installed on sidewalks and bicycle roads to prevent vehicles from entering. Conventional fences are mostly made of concrete or metal guard rails, guard cables, guard pipes, etc., and are assembled with concrete cast or steel materials welded or bolted, which makes assembly difficult. there were.
On the other hand, a large amount of thinned wood is generated in the construction of mountainous areas, and the treatment of the thinned wood has become a serious social problem, and the effective use of the thinned wood has been studied in various fields.
[0003]
[Object of the invention]
The present invention was conceived in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fence which is excellent in assemblability and can contribute to the problem of treating thinned wood, and a method of assembling the fence.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object as described above, a fence of the present invention is a fence in which a horizontal rope material is stretched between columns erected at predetermined intervals, and the horizontal rope material is inserted through the column. The horizontal rope member is provided with a stopper body that can be reduced in diameter, and the stopper body is pushed into the through hole to fix the horizontal rope member to the column.
[0005]
Here, the end of the horizontal rope material is folded back and inserted into the two through holes opened to the end pillars, and the stopper members are pushed into the through holes respectively to fix the ends of the horizontal rope material to the pillars. be able to.
The stopper body has a cutout formed in a part thereof so as to be able to be externally provided from the side of the horizontal rope material.
[0006]
Further, the method for assembling a fence according to the present invention uses a strut made of a thinned material having a through hole, a horizontal rope material stretched between the struts, and the stopper body described above. The horizontal rope material is fixed to the column by inserting a horizontal rope material into a column, arranging the stopper body in the horizontal rope material, and pressing the stopper body into the through hole to reduce the diameter. It is.
[0007]
Here, the horizontal rope member can be fixed to the intermediate support by pushing the stopper body into the through hole from both left and right sides of the intermediate support.
Alternatively, the end of the horizontal rope material may be folded back and inserted into the two through holes of the end post, and the stopper bodies may be pushed into the respective through holes to fix the horizontal rope material to the end post. it can.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
<I> Fence (Fig. 1)
The fence 1 is installed on a sidewalk, a bicycle road, a mountain road, or the like, and includes a plurality of columns 2, a plurality of horizontal rope members 3, and a stopper body 4.
[0010]
<B> As the support column 2, two types of end columns 2A installed at both ends and an intermediate column 2B installed between the end columns 2A are used.
As the material of the end support 2A and the intermediate support 2B, it is desirable to use a thinned material.
The usage form of the thinned wood is appropriately selected as required, such as a round cross-section or a square cross-section.
Treat the surface of the thinned wood with preservatives and insects.
A plurality of through holes 20 having a uniform diameter penetrating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the end support 2A and the intermediate support 2B are opened at predetermined intervals in the height direction. The through-holes 20 are for inserting the horizontal rope material 3, and the through-holes 20 are coaxial when the end struts 2 </ b> A on both sides and the plurality of intermediate struts 2 </ b> B stand on the ground 5.
In addition, a through hole 21 is opened in the end support 2 </ b> A in close proximity to the through hole 20 (see FIG. 3).
[0011]
<C> Horizontal rope material The horizontal rope material 3 is formed by knitting a plurality of element bundles (usually three bundles) made of synthetic fibers such as polyethylene and nylon. Further, hemp fiber or the like may be used so as to match the scenery such as a promenade.
A strand bundle formed by twisting a plurality of strands, a method of knitting a plurality of strands, and the like are the same as in the related art.
The horizontal rope material 3 is inserted into the through holes 20 and 21 of each of the columns 2 (the end columns 2A and the intermediate columns 2B), and is fixed to the end columns 2A and the intermediate columns 2B with the stopper body 4 described later interposed therebetween. The rope materials 3 are stretched in parallel with each other to form the fence 1.
[0012]
<D> Stopper body The stopper body 4 is made of a flexible member such as rubber or resin.
The stopper body 4 is a cylindrical body having a tapered surface 40 having a conical or pyramid-shaped outer portion as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and having a hollow hole 41 through which the horizontal rope material 3 can be inserted. is there.
In addition, the stopper body 4 has a notch 42 communicating the outside and the inside over the entire length in the axial direction, and has a C-shaped cross section. The notch 42 not only functions as an insertion port for the horizontal rope material 3 but also serves to provide the stopper body 4 with a diameter reducing function. The approximate width of the stopper body 4 is determined by the opening width.
[0013]
Next, a method for assembling the fence of the present invention will be described.
<A> The length of the thinned wood used for the upright support column 2 is cut into the length of, for example, about 1800 mm in accordance with the size of the fence 1. The side where the thinned wood is buried in the ground is preferably sharpened at the tip 22 so that it can easily penetrate the ground.
In addition, through holes 20 and 21 are opened at predetermined positions of the column 2.
Since the thinned wood is easily processed, the through holes 20 and 21 may be opened at the installation site.
The support columns 2 are driven at predetermined intervals, and are erected on the ground 5.
The strut 2 is not limited to the underground penetrating type, but it is necessary to construct a foundation or open a hole in which the strut 2 can be inserted beforehand, insert it into this hole and set it. The column 2 may be removed and the hole may be covered with a lid.
[0014]
<B> Insertion of horizontal rope material The horizontal rope material 3 is inserted into the through hole 20 of the intermediate support 2B. After each end of the horizontal rope material 3 is inserted through the through hole 20 of the end support 2A, the tip is turned back and inserted into another through hole 21.
The insertion of the horizontal rope material 3 may be performed sequentially from one end support 2A to the other end support 2A so that only one end is inserted, or both sides from the intermediate support 2B so that both ends are inserted. May be performed toward the end support 2A, and can be selected as appropriate.
Although not shown, the horizontal rope material 3 is temporarily fixed at the end support columns 2A and 2A at both ends so that the horizontal rope material 3 does not come off.
[0015]
<C> Attachment of stopper body The stopper body 4 is attached from the side of the horizontal rope material 3 inserted between the supporting columns 2A and 2B.
That is, with the small diameter side of the stopper body 4 facing the through hole 20, the notch 42 is pushed and spread by hand, and the stopper body 4 is mounted so as to cover the horizontal rope material 3 from the side through the widened gap. . Since the stopper body 4 has flexibility, it can be easily pushed out by hand.
The stopper body 4 is attached to the through holes 20 and 21 for the end support 2A, and is attached to the left and right sides of the through hole 20 for the intermediate support 2B.
In the vicinity of the end support 2A, as shown in FIG. 3, the stopper bodies 4 are respectively mounted on the horizontal rope members 3 which are inserted through the through holes 20 and 21 and turned back.
When the stopper body 4 is mounted around the horizontal rope material 3, the horizontal rope material 3 is preferably kept in a pulled state.
In this way, the stopper bodies 4 are sequentially mounted and attached near the left and right sides of the intermediate support 2B through which the horizontal rope material 3 is inserted, and near the end support 2A.
Here, it is conceivable to use a cylindrical stopper body having no notch as a means for fixing the horizontal rope material 3. However, with a simple cylindrical stopper body, the horizontal rope material 3 is connected to the through holes 20, 21 of the columns 2. It is necessary to insert the stopper body into the end of the horizontal rope material 3 and mount the stopper member every time it is inserted into the horizontal rope member 3, which requires much labor and time.
In the present invention, only the notch 42 is formed in the stopper body 4, and it is not necessary to cooperate with the work of inserting the horizontal rope material 3 into the columns 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B, and the stopper body 4 is collectively combined with the horizontal rope material 3. It can be easily attached from the side, and work efficiency is good.
[0016]
<D> Fixation of the horizontal rope material The horizontal rope material 3 can be moved with respect to the columns 2A and 2B only by mounting the stopper body 4 on the horizontal rope material 3.
Then, each stopper body 4 is pushed into each of the through holes 20 and 21 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
Since the outside of the stopper body 4 is a tapered surface 40, the diameter of the hollow hole 41 is reduced while the width of the notch 42 is reduced as it is pushed. As a result, the horizontal rope material 3 is clamped in a state where the stopper body 4 is hooked on each of the through holes 20 and 21.
Thereby, the horizontal rope material 3 can be fixed to the end support 2A and the intermediate support 2B via the stopper body 4 without using bolts and nuts.
The horizontal rope member 3 is securely fixed to the end support 2A by folding the horizontal rope member 3, so that the horizontal rope member 3 does not come off even when an external force is applied.
[0017]
<E> Dismantling of the fence When disassembling and removing all or part of the fence 1 such as during the snow season, or replacing it with a new component, the stopper body 4 is pulled out from the through holes 20 and 21 to release the fixing. By simply doing so, the necessary range can be dismantled by removing the horizontal rope material 3.
Since the stopper body 4 is only pushed in, it can be easily pulled out and removed.
[0018]
Embodiment 2 of the present invention
A flange 43 may be formed at one end of the large diameter side of the stopper body 4 (see FIG. 4).
In this case, the stopper body 4 may be pushed into the through-holes 20 and 21 until the flange 43 comes into contact with the column 2, and workability is good.
[0019]
Third Embodiment of the Invention
The example in which the through holes 20 and 21 having the uniform diameter and the stopper body 4 having the tapered shape are combined has been described above. However, as another fixing means of the horizontal rope material 3, the outside of the stopper body 4 is formed to have a uniform diameter. The through holes 20 and 21 may be formed in a tapered shape.
Further, a combination in which both the stopper body 4 and the through holes 20 and 21 are formed in a tapered shape may be used.
In short, any structure may be used as long as the diameter of the stopper body 4 is reduced when the stopper body 4 is pushed into the through holes 20 and 21.
[0020]
[Effects of the present invention]
According to the present invention, as described above, the following effects can be obtained. <A> After the horizontal rope material is inserted into the through hole of the column, the horizontal rope material can be fixed to the column by simply pushing the stopper body into the through hole without using bolts and nuts, so that the assemblability is extremely good.
<B> The horizontal rope material can be removed by pulling out the stopper body from the through hole, and can be easily disassembled when the fence is not used.
<C> By using the thinned lumber for the pillars, the thinned lumber, which has been a disposal problem, can be effectively used. In addition, by recycling the thinned wood, which is a waste, without discarding it, it greatly contributes to the prevention of environmental pollution.
<D> By using thinned wood for the pillars, it is possible to provide a landscape in harmony with nature.
